They were upfront about pricing and worked with us when changes were made. Any time I needed the slightest thing changed, they were there within a day to get the project done the way I wanted. I'm honestly a little sad they finished my remodel so quickly. Through emails and texts, I was able to communicate with the office and the lead contractor on the job. I pretty much overhauled my entire house. From new bathrooms to a new kitchen, Big Dog transformed my 30-year-old house and brought it into this century. I'm amazed. Their work is nothing short of outstanding and worth every penny. When I am ready for the next project, they will be the only company I call.

He arranged a time to visit to take measurements and prepared a quote for us. We appreciated that he gave us advice, but allowed us to be creative and and use our preferred suppliers. He came out again to our house after we determined that we wanted his company to perform the work. We fine-tuned exactly what we wanted and set up a tentative date to begin work. After we got our items, we confirmed the start date. Stephen and Michael arrived promptly on the day work was scheduled to begin and demoed the bathroom. They arrived every morning at the same time and worked a full day and I'm not sure they even took breaks. They completely cleaned up at the end of each day and sectioned off the work area to minimize the dust throughout the house. The bathroom remodel was expertly performed and came out exactly as we had envisioned. I highly recommend Katamount Construction. From the moment I reached out, Samir responded right away. He is an unbelievably good communicator. Because of scheduling and logistics, we did a lot of texting, and he promptly provided me with a detailed written estimate. Once I chose my color, he handled everything -- purchasing all the paint and supplies, and arriving with his assistant fully prepared. They carefully protected and taped off everything before starting. They were highly efficient, clearly experienced, and paid close attention to every detail. On the first day, they meticulously removed all the cabinet doors, drawers, and hardware, organizing everything carefully in containers. Then they sanded everything thoroughly. They took the doors with them, and just two days later returned to reinstall everything. The finished result is absolutely beautiful. My kitchen looks amazing, and I could not be happier. My wife was late into her pregnancy when we started the work and then we had a newborn and a young child too while the work was being finalized. Samir and team were so conscientious - there were times when we weren't even sure they were there because the were working so quietly.
