We absolutely love Dr. Kim and the entire staff! Our children have been coming to Dr. Kim since…read morethey were very young, and we couldn't be happier with the care they receive. Dr. Kim is incredibly professional, and the office is always spotless, welcoming, and family-friendly. The environment makes our kids feel comfortable and relaxed--they are never afraid of dental visits and actually look forward to seeing Dr. Kim for their checkups! The staff is always kind, patient, and friendly, which makes every visit a great experience. Thank you, Dr. Kim and your wonderful team, for taking such great care of our family. We highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an excellent pediatric dentist!

Such a great experience ! I was holding this off for as long as possible because my 3 year old is…read morevery sensitive and hesitant of new experiences. First, we had to keep rescheduling because my son was constantly getting sick for months in his first winter at daycare. The office was so gracious about it. We finally went to our first dental appt and sure enough he rejected everything. They were so patient, had lots of toys, had a tv with Netflix, and we were able to get some things done. They didn't make me feel embarrassed or bad about it at all. They were pros and so experienced. They took the time to answer our questions and we didn't feel rushed even though it was the end of the day. Highly recommend.

My daughter started her braces here and they are amazing! Super sweet with her and I love how they…read moretalk to her and explain everything to not just me but her too! Jose took care of her and he is super nice! Very good with her and explaining the process of everything he was doing to make her feel comfortable. The entire ortho team is amazing! Glad we made the switch to them!

About 2 1/2 month ago I made an original appt at the San Gabriel location for my daughter routine…read morecheck. The dr noticed two of her teeth chipped (they broke when she was learning to crawl) and mentioned that he was to worried as long as she wasn't in pain Fast forward to about a month later my daughter started complaining of tooth pain. The dr explained they would need to refer me to the La Habra location since that's where there pediatric dental office is. Then the nightmare began. We went the following Monday to the appt made. The dr communicated that my 2 year old would need to get a 2 tooth extraction but she would need to be sleep for the procedure to be competed since she was crying. I explained to him she usually did well the first couple of times she's been to the dentist but I think it's the pain that is making her scared. The dentist continued that the anesthesiologist would put her to sleep and along from the 2 extractions see what else would need to be done and that this has been done at their office many times before on such young children. Hesitant already we agreed since she was in pain. We finished up the appointment and discussed the procedure with Adrianna. She explained to me that Just to reserve our spot for the procedure it would require a minimum booking of 2 hrs and cost 1,200 each hr and most likely her procedure would last more than 2 hrs and would additionally cost more I told her ok I ended up financing the procedure they gave me a tentative date because the needed to confirm that anesthesiologist was going to be there. I was under the impression that I wouldn't be charge for the procedure until I was confirmed of the date. To my surprise the office has already charged me for a service that I haven't even received yet or confirmation for! After calling and calling for 2 days they finally got back to me to confirm my daughter would have her procedure done on Oct 12th. Mind you she is still in discomfort and pain. When I got the confirmation of the appt I voiced my concerns about being charged for a tentative procedure without any type of confirmation. I was originally told she would have one of the first appts that day but now they were saying she's scheduled for 9am. I told her that wouldn't be possible due to her being only 2 she has a routine and she's to little to understand why she can't eat breakfast and drink anything for 8hrs prior. She said she understood and would try to accommodate her to be one of the first ones to be seen also, During that time I was explained that the anesthesiologist would call me to explain the process and answer any questions. I began calling on Tuesday 10/ 6 wed 10/7 and finally on Thursday 10/8 the office told me he should've called me and we will put in a request for him to call me asap. Come Saturday morning 10/10 and I have yet to hear from them. The office finally called me back and communicated with me that all of a sudden the anesthesiologist doesn't feel comfortable performing the procedure due to my daughters age after I asked countless time about it. I asked for a refund since they already charged me the procedure and have started to make payments on it. On top of the refund I asked for a letter with the dentist letter head explains that I'm getting a full refund for the procedure. When I asked the office so what am suppose to do my daughters is still in pain. Not only did I take time off of work the day of her appt so did her dad and we arranged child care on the back end side sense we had to be there at 5:45am to check in. The office pretty much said I need to figure it out and call my insurance to see who can perform the procedure WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING A PEDIATRIC DENTIST OFFICE IF ITS NOT GONNA HELP PEDIATRICIAN AGE PATIENTS WHO NEED PROCEDURES DONE!?!? STAY AWAY FROM THIS MONEY HUNGRY PLACE!!!
