The person taking my order tried to upsell me at every step, not telling me what things cost and nothing outside of the drink was labeled anywhere. Like the price of syrup and the cold foam was not clearly shown anywhere. Again at every step, the person taking my order tried to get me to pay for a 20oz without telling me, offered me cold foam without telling me about the pricy upcharge. I was so convinced that i heard her wrong because that price for one drink is ridiculous that I paid it. Also I heard that the owner takes all the tips meant for the workers.
