Brian has helped numerous times by picking up my car(s) and delivering it back the same day. Definitely a 5 star company.

Don't go to this shop, I went here for a problem with my bmw with oil in the coolant system. When I…read morebrought it to them, they told me that it would cost too much to figure out what is happening and where the leak is coming from so it would just be better to buy a new engine for it. Shoulda done my research at the time but I trusted them an went with it cause I figured something bad happened. 3 months later I get my car back and same problem turns up 3 weeks later, oil in the coolant system again. Scratching my head, I began to do some research an turns out it happened to just be a 14$ gasket (oil filter housing gasket). I then replace the gasket a long behold, the problem goes away. Moral of the story, don't trust shops like these an do ur research. My mistake I guess.

My code reader indicated a control module malfunction. All 3 told me immediately that I needed a new transmission and did not even suggest a diagnostic to be run only after a 30 second phone call. I stopped in Benedict's and that was the first thing they recommended-a diagnostic. They called me the next day after I dropped off my car and ran the diagnostic and said I needed a transmission control module and would have the part orders and installed in a few days. It runs like new-maybe better-after the repair and programming. I am now bringing in my Jeep and pickup for some repairs as well. Nobody likes having a vehicle repaired and the expenses incurred but that's life. An honest skilled mechanic determines and fixes the problem and does not take the easy way out and just replace everything when a part can be repaired or replaced at a cost savings to the customer. I was told by friends and other business owners that Benedict's was honest. They were right! VFC

Give them and try and you won't be sorry. You can thank me later. First and foremost I want to give a "thank you and shot out" for a GREAT "first time" experience to the owner "Cosme Mejia" and his outstanding service writer "Brad". They are very experienced, informative, and expeditious if not instant with their responses. If you WANT the Mercedes Dealership quality of work and backing with the first rate and second to none customer service, this is the place for you. It has all the perks of a top tier automotive shop with decent pricing that won't break the bank for the type of overall service you'll be receiving both with personal interaction and anything vehicle related. I drive a 2014 Mercedes Benz GL63 AMG and I normally take my vehicle to the dealership for service and maintenance, but due to no availabilities for an appointment in a timely manner I looked elsewhere for the first time ever. I truly am glad that I came across this company and shop. I am more than enthused, extremely content, and very happy not only with my decision, but that I actually took the jump and gave this business an opportunity to prove my skepticism wrong and build a friendship with them that will last a lifetime. I look forward from now on out to pledge my loyalty and dedication to "Silver Star Mercedes Benz of Visalia" off of this one interaction. GREAT customer service and superb and flawless work is hard to come by nowadays. This is proof that first impressions are lasting impressions.
