What made the experience especially disappointing was that the bartender acknowledged that this customer is a regular and that she has caused similar situations in the past. The bartender ultimately sided with her and asked us to leave instead. Throughout the interaction, the bartender was condescending and spoke down to us about a situation we did not start. We came to have a good time and were treated unfairly for someone else's behavior. Unfortunately, the way this was handled left a very negative impression, and I can't recommend a place that treats customers this way.

Both my older son and I thought this sounded amazing so we stopped in on a Friday night to try it. We both got fries for our side. The burger was great as expected. Breading and deep frying the lasagna helped prevent it from being a mess and they added enough marinara to give it flavor without overpowering anything. The fries were lightly salted, but were otherwise just boring, plain potato. Apparently 6pm on a Friday is a horrible time to visit Brazen Head Pub if you want to be seated in a reasonable timeframe. My son and I stood there for at least 20 minutes watching a table that was done eating and the gentleman and his credit card in hand, ready to pay if someone would ever stop and give him his bill. While this was going on, another couple at the bar finished their food and sat there for at least 10 minutes waiting for their check. It's almost as if the employees had no desire to turnover tables even with a line at the door including and behind us. There were three people bartending/waiting tables so they had plenty of coverage given the smaller size of the place. At one point, closer to the end of our meal, one of the bartenders looked at my son and I and asked "are you guys good?" as he was literally walking away from us and I was holding up an empty soda glass to show him I'd like a refill. Oddly, he gave me a thumbs up and kept going. I don't even know what to make of that other than poor service. The music that was playing was excessively loud. If it was a live band, I'd get it, that's part of the show and I wouldn't complain. For random music on speakers to drown out all conversations unless you're yelling, that's dumb.

The star of our visit was the coffee cake. It was warm and soft and in every sense perfect. There were literally a dozen soups to choose from for our flights. I picked sausage tortellini, clam chowder and stuffed pepper for my flight. It also comes with a piece of cheese/garlic bread. Not only were the soups nice and hot, they were all tasty. This sentiment was shared by my dining partners. The staff were friendly and helpful. The drinks were reasonable and well made. There was just the one man who I believe is the owner working in front and he was busy taking and filling orders the whole time we were in. We ordered the meatballs app and a sausage pizza. While the crust is not made in house, the thin style we went with was super nice and flaky/crispy and the pizza sauce slightly sweet. All in all it was a good meal.
