Worse customer service, they never have appointments available for the desired time. All they care…read moreabout is your money and they try to overbill you and once they have the money they never call you about anything, they never communicate with you and zero PATIENT SATISFACTION. Its a older house converted into a clinic with old technology and old computers with broken windows and worse, terrible customer service with non professional front desk staff who given false information. When I tried to raise these issue with the manager "TONGI", she lied to me about things, she was rude and not willing to do anything about these issues. Also they are old school, they don't even have any form of online payment system in this era. I was very surprised with some of the previous posts on here by people who they probably know and they gave them good review but I am a independent reviewer so I ended up switching to another 5 star place but I would give spring dental a 0 star if could for their services. They don't know what they are doing, worse customer service skills, manager "TONGI" who doesn't want to do anything about these issues and is a compulsive liar. The only thing she cares about is money and once they have your money they wont communicate with you about the services and follow up appointments, no communication at all. So I highly advice PROFESSIONAL people in town to avoid this place, there are so many other great 5 star dentist in the area who they an go. This place is a dump. Now they may lie again that I was not a customer there when I was a real person receiving bad services.

My 21-year-old daughter had five teeth removed here, and while the procedure itself went fine, the…read moreway her injury was handled was really disappointing. When I picked her up, she had gauze covering her lower lip and chin. No one said a word about any injury. Once we got home and changed the gauze, we realized her lip had been hurt (had a large, ~5mm hole with a scrape going about 1/2-inch beyond her lip). It only got worse over the next few days, and it's been embarrassing for her--especially since she works at a busy checkout where people see her face all day. I called the office and the assistant apologized for the doctor, but at her follow-up, the doctor didn't even bring it up. When she asked him about it, he just said "Oh, it'll heal" and moved on. I couldn't believe how dismissive that was. A dental professional friend told me this kind of lip injury is very uncommon. Even my daughter's hygienist was shocked that it happened--and shocked it wasn't acknowledged at all. Mistakes happen, I get that. But when a patient leaves with a visible injury, I expect honesty, compassion, and a sincere apology. None of that happened here, and that's why I can't recommend this practice.

I can't say enough about Dr. Sorrow. I thought I was going to need a tooth pulled, but he found no…read moreneed for that. He could have made a lot more money by going ahead with it, and I'd have believed him. But instead he was honest, and also very kind, thorough, and caring. I highly recommend him. The other people in the office were very nice too.
