I called Kristy the next day. I told her the gates did not work and that we would like to have them picked up and not be charged for the entire week. First of all the only way this Kristy women communicates is thru text messaging. I had already sent an email the previous week with no response. She told me she wasn't going to pick the gates up and make a special trip. We then offered to bring them to her. She said no. I asked her her about not charging us for the entire week since we weren't able to use them. She got back to me after I sent repeated texts saying that should would only charge us for one day. So a week later she texted me to make sure we put the gates and stroller out. I asked her in 2 different texts is she refunding us our money like she said. NO REPLY!!!! Needless to say it has been a few days with no response and no refunded money. BEWARE DO NOT USE this company for baby rental. They don't care about pleasing the customer, it was obvious to my husband and I that Kristy only cares about making some easy money.

There were only one staff at this large but narrow store. This staff was an old white woman, wearing a whitish cowboy hat on this day. We crossed her twice, closely, when we entered and exited the store. The store has very narrow walkways, she looked at us with unfriendly face as to say; what the hell are you doing here. No greetings or a smile, just mean stares! The second time when we cross her again on the way out, she looked at us with side eyes again, seems annoyed. This was unfortunate and abnormal, as we have been to many other stores in town. Everyone was friendly, greeted us and tried to help. Do not go here unless you want to be treated with a bad attitude. Management, if you care, we were at this store on Aug 30, 2024, around 10:30am.

However, recently I noticed the fitted sheet began to rip and disintegrate. Given the incredible price, I thought the store would back up their product. The sheets were used infrequently and washed with THEIR recommended product. To my dismay, they tried to tell me I had done something wrong ( dont you hate stores that do that?) and when I wouldnt have it, they suggested a 20% credit towards another sheet! Why would I buy another expensive sheet when the first one disintegrated on me???? I am so disappointed that Scandia Down did not make good on their merchandise... or at least try and make good in a real way. I told them I was dissatisfied and they just didnt care. Buy linen products somewhere else. I dont recommend doing business with a store that doesnt care.
