When our a/c went out last week (nothing to do with moving that unit), they sent their Technician, Ryan, out THE SAME DAY, who diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes and had the part ordered immediately. The quote seemed fair and was received shortly after he left. Ryan called the day before and came by to discuss the scope of work. The installation crew arrived at 7:30am the following morning and began work immediately. They communicated well throughout the installation to keep us informed of their progress. The following day they completed the installation and cleaned up all debris from the job. Isaac followed up with a walk around the work and asked if we were satisfied! We were very pleased with the ease of this installation. A very professional group of young men! Proud to have worked with them. I would not hesitate to use them for future HVAC needs and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting excellent service at a fair price!

Now it is the coldest week of January 2026 and I have no heat. I called TM Mechanical to get a second opinion. Trey showed up with his crew first thing in the morning. Within an hour they had my heat running again. This company works magic. They are very respectful and trustworthy. Trey even went the extra mile and checked to make sure my breaker box had the right amps for my Unit. Not one person has ever done that. I will always call them for any service needs from this day forward. The price was reasonable, the work excellent and the customer service amazing. I will be recommending them to everyone!

My husband found Willingham Heating & Air on-line. Billy Willingham was able to come to our home within the hour. Billy wore a mask when he entered our home. I received two separate estimates for fixing the ductwork under my 70-ish year old house. The first…read moreestimate, the person walked down the steps into my storm cellar/crawlspace, took one dark picture, told me it all needed to be replaced, and quoted me what seemed an exorbitant price. Then a family member who has used American Veteran on two homes in recent-ish years recommended them. American Veteran came out and did an EXTREMELY thorough inspection of my ENTIRE storm cellar and crawl space (seriously, they were here for I want to say close to an hour). They took a lot of pictures, measured all of my vents and my air return, and quoted me two THOUSAND dollars *less*. The first company was correct, all of the ductwork DID need to be replaced, but between the much lower estimate and the fact that American Veteran did such a thorough job of PROVING why this needed to be done meant I was obviously going with them. It was such a big job that it did take them about a day and a half to complete, but they hauled away all of the old ductwork and I could tell the difference immediately when I was able to turn my HVAC unit back on! There was one thing that they unfortunately weren't able to fix (enlarging my return) due to a sewage pipe being in the way, but this was a surprise even to the installation techs (so basically something it would have been really hard for the estimator to notice even with how thorough of a job he did). This dropped my final bill about $500, so in the end, the total cost was around $2500 less than the estimate I received from the first company. Every person from American Veteran who came out to work on my house was friendly and did their best to explain whatever they needed to/answer any questions I had. Knowing that they also did great work on two other homes for family members, I highly recommend their services, especially if you need hefty work done!

We've made my spa company aware of this incompatibility. Then, a little later on, I hired Gary again to install some outdoor outlets for which he did the work quickly and for a reasonable price.
