Last winter on an unexpectedly frigid day, my outside tankless water heater completely froze up. I didn't know who to call to get a spur of the moment plumber. A friend of mine suggested these guys. I called them and they were at my house within one hour. They thawed out the water heater lines and insulated them. They charged me a reasonable price ( very reasonable under the circumstances) and I haven't forgotten that. I've had no further issues with the completion of their service.

He was absolutely wonderful -- fast, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Logan immediately found the problem and explained exactly why it happened. He told us the supply hose that failed was an old style from the 1980s that is now outlawed because it's known for bursting. He replaced it with a safe, modern line and showed us what to watch for to prevent future issues. His calm, clear explanations were such a relief in the middle of a late‑night emergency.
