DO N0T HIRE THIS GUY!!! Just for context I am 51 years old and have been dealing with contractors…read moresince I was 20 years old. This job was for my 83 year old mother. First off he charges by the day (price was not cheap!), which i have never done, but seemed to know what he was doing and i wanted the full bathroom remodel to come out perfect for my elderly mother. So against my better judgement I accepted his offer. His employees slacked off for days to juice the job for all they could. A 7 day job turned into 12! Second he charged me for a full days work to deliver the materials which turned into an argument that i decided to let slide. Btw do to many health issues I did not inspect the work and paid him in full. When I did inspect the work there were tiles not placed properly, the door frame was crooked, and the glass shower doors were not adjusted correctly so water was spilling onto the outside floor. When I asked him to come back to make the necessary repairs he showed up screaming and trying to bully me. On top of all that they left the old toilet behind which is very heavy and i cannot lift do to back issues. He refused to fix the mistakes. So much for that 1 year warranty he claims to give on his website. Him and his employee's are a bunch of crooks!! I would have posted photos but I'm not computer savvy. The reviews are fake!! No way this guy has positive reviews and a 5 star rating. I actually hired him because of his rating. I'll never make that mistake again. Should have known better that a company that's been around that long only has 13 reviews. Most likely friend & family giving fake reviews SMH

Johnny showed up on Day 1 and completed the entire demolition and kept a very tidy workplace. His team of Ray and Jesus showed up daily and we really pleasant to speak with. We left a list of items to work on and they made sure to communicate where they had questions and sought our feedback. We were very happy with their worksmanship and diligence to completing the job. Our appliances were delayed in arriving and Johnny worked with us to make sure he would be on-site to install them and connect the gas and water lines. Johnny's team can be counted on and are considered reliable. Johnny is knowledgeable and is good at letting you know about potential pitfalls and presenting options. I really enjoyed working with Johnny and would be happy to serve as a reference in the future. Thank you Johnny for the follow through in getting this job done on budget and to our satisfaction. Description of work: We had a dishwasher leak at our town home and this resulted in the floors and ceiling needing replacement and a full re-build of our kitchen and basement. In addition, Johnny's team installed insulation and sheetrock on an exposure section of our roof deck stairs. This also included electrical work, painting, and custom molding.

Then, in our kitchen, we hired Tauhid to install a new kitchen sink and countertop along with a dishwasher. We were so impressed by his work that we then had him re-drywall our living room ceiling and install crown molding. All of the work took many months to complete, and not only was it done beautifully, but Tauhid was amazing to work with and has become a friend who we know we can call on for any small or big jobs that we need. Since that time, we sold that house (I'm sure Tauhid's work helped us get top dollar for our house), and we have since had him install a dishwasher at my parents' home and move washer/dryer lines from the basement to the first floor. My parents had a wonderful experience working with Tauhid as well, and we are all grateful that we found a contractor who is excellent at his craft, is professional, is reasonably priced, and is a kind and trustworthy person.

From start to finish, Victor and the 2 other men on the team were knowledgeable, professional, and provided timely responses. Victor came out for the estimate and pointed things out that I never would've thought of. When I told him I was looking to save money by doing as much work as I could myself, he told me what would reduce costs (like removing carpet and as much furniture on my own as I could) and what splurges might not be worth it (matching laminate quarter-round and replacing my trim - I could just re-paint it). After choosing this company for the job, Victor answered additional questions and was very accommodating with scheduling the install. His brother and one other man came right on time yesterday to install. They were efficient (finished in about 5 hours and never took a break!), professional, and friendly. When finished, they asked to make sure things were cleaned up enough for us. They called Victor for me before leaving to ensure I was ok with the price of the job (which was right in line with the estimate given previously), and so I could ask him any questions. I would highly recommend Construction on Time for your renovation project. I will be reaching out to them for any future projects.
