This was a referral from a family friend and we all know that those are the best. Word of mouth is typically a safe bet, and again proven to be true. I called the number on Yelp and Ron answered the phone professionally by introducing himself. First indicator that this place has a decent service standard. After a few minutes conversation back and forth, Ron invited me to come see the property to check out possible spots. Notes I took in favor of this location over others: - Price! The deal of the day is $59 mo. w/ 1 yr agreement & first mo. free - Dump Station on-site $4.00 mo or included w/ 1 yr agree. - Wash Station on-site - Nice guy (Ron) handling business. At the end of the day, service is king and Ron has been great. He followed up our phone call with a text including all the information I needed to check out the place.
