Jackson Five Star Self-Storage provided exactly what we needed for the transition at a very fair price... I should note that we needed this space at a time when our community was reeling from a devastating wildfire... Most of the storage facilities were either full or jacked up the price because of the demand... Jackson Five Star was an extremely good neighbor during those times... The facility is well lighted, properly fenced and gated and provides 24/7 video surveillance... Always confident with our items in storage... After three years, we have finally emptied the space and have no further need for it... Our experience was top notch the whole way... We highly recommend this company...

Update on previous review... Last Thursday I found that my…read morethe unit had been broken into. I notified the manager. He told me that he doubted anything was taken (?) because several units had been broken into as well. The mechanism that the lock goes into was destroyed and needs replacing. I told me that he would "try to get to it tthe upcoming week and would call me. It is now the following Thursday and my unit is still unsecured. I have tried calling , but get the answering machine on both numbers that I have. This is ridiculous and no way to run a business. Especially in a small community where word travels fast and we have faith in our locals and their businesses to take care of us. Very dissapointed in Hertzig's.
