I called a lot of carpet installers and Osmin, the owner of DunRite Services, called me right away,…read moregave me a quote for installing a carpet I bought at Home Depot to be installed in my attic, and scheduled his visit to my house on a Saturday to make sure he has everything he needs before installation. Osmin came the day and time he said he will be at my house. He honored his quote that he gave me over the phone. The next day, Sunday, he came with his other worker exactly when he said he will be at my house. I asked if he cane also vacuum once they're done with the installation and he said that's no problem. Installation was professionally done. Clean, Nice and Very Well Installed. I live in the North Shore and Osmin made it on both days during the weekend. Highly recommend Osmin and DunRite services for their professionalism and their craftsmanship.

Highly recommend SML Roofing and repair! I selected them based on ratings but also the fact they give elderly and veterans discounts. I felt that said a lot about the values of the company and I wasn't wrong. This husband and wife team are warm and responsive and they were out the next day and very apologetic about not being able to come out that same day. They were very reasonably priced and he even went above and beyond. It seems like in this world between Covid and inflation businesses seem more out for money and this concept personal connection, quality work and going above and beyond while being very fairly priced and guaranteeing work is now the exception rather than the norm. SML is that exception! If you need roof, gutter work look no further! I haven't had a issue with my roof since!

Ok, folks get ready for a true story. Kevin, aka Jack Frost…read morewas given work to do for my mother's house. He performed a series of work, including a new outdoor floor/roof for an enclosed deck. He ranted and raved about a new kind of flooring to use, and we agreed to it, assuming he knew what he was doing. A few months after the vinyl flooring was installed, it started to discolor, separate, leak, and fall apart. I reached out to Kevin to get the issue addressed, and have been trying to do so for almost a year. Kevin first gave me all the standard excuses as to why he will eventually look at it, nothing happened. The deck continues to fall apart and leak every time it rains. We've spent a good $5,000 on this deck remodel. Currently Kevin will not respond to my communications and he hopes to weasel his way out of his obligations as a business owner and a man. We will be taking him to court to get remediation from this nightmare. Here's the reason why we'll win in court---he took advantage of my 88 year old widowed mother, who lives alone. What kind of man does this to an elderly woman? She trusted him, and he cheated her out of her money. We will go to court over this, and this will be an easy win. I hope you are ready, Kevin.

Jack Frost & Handyman Services is a great company…read more Kevin truly understood my needs, he works with/for you and not about the expensive pricing. Since this was unexpected, it was very stressful. However, Kevin made it less stressful plus put me on a payment plan, followed up every step of the way, even touch based with me on trying to lower the cost with materials. The work was completed sooner than expected and before the other companies could even set up an appointment for an estimate. Thank you!!!!!!

If there ever was an issue (like something was missed), they were sure to have it corrected right away. I appreciate having a company that doesn't use toxic products but can still clean well! They've been very reliable and flexible with my scheduling needs, and have also been able to accommodate extra requests as needed here and there. The only downside has been that sometimes the turnover is frequent and some people did not do as good of a job as others (but again, they were sure to correct it). Even so, I still give them 5 stars because everything is handled fairly.
