Came back after a couple of months to see if this location has redeemed themselves. The old staff i had seen previously has completely changed, everyone was friendly and my meal came out quick. If you were to stop at this location I would personally recommend the country fried steak dinner! Cook to order too!. The young man was tall with glasses and treated me with the utmost respect. Everyone jumped in to complete my order, even asking if i needed any sauce or extra napkins. Even the dishwasher came up after a good while and complimented my sweet chevy pickup truck! I had a good experience with the food here, however there was a manager cussing in front of the customers. He was an African American man with short hair and a white spot in the front. He was very rude. We overheard him yelling and saying discriminating things to the other employees. The things he said made me and my family personally offended. We called in with a special order. Nothing complicated. Just asked for 8 piece dark meat made with the chicken tender breading. My husband worked for Jack's years ago and knew this was something they did. The guy on the phone took our name, said they could do it and that we could pick it up in 30 minutes. We came to pick it up about 35 minutes later. There was such a long, "pull ahead and wait for your order" line that we had to get out of our truck at the drive thru and walk to the window because there was no room to pull forward. It was utter chaos. There was no communication between the guy who too the order and the rest of the staff. They were all arguing about the order and if it was ready or had even been made. They were still standing around arguing when we finally told them that we'd take any 8 piece dark meat that they had because we had an appointment to get to. They gave us a box and sent us on our way. It was most definitely not dark meat. Mostly breasts and like 2 legs. And we were missing a piece. Horrible attitude from the drive thru employees. When we asked about the sauces to make sure they were out in the bag the lady at the window in the black sweatshirt said they were in the bags. They were not. The lady in the pink Sons of Anarchy hoodie was also very unfriendly as well. When returned inside for sauces not in bag we were told by a guy, also not friendly, they were included. I'm a big fan. Was in Alabama for a weekend and saw an ad for Jack's at a football game. We needed a quick breakfast on our way to church and made it a point to stop here, and were so glad we did! I got a chicken sandwich with egg with a side of sausage gravy. Perfect combination. Add a bit of honey mustard to it, and you've got one rockin' sandwich! Not today Satan! Being the ONLY place on the 'main road' through Warrior, I went in with an open mind... what I should have done was kept driving. I went inside and ordered an order of tater tots since it was early in the AM. The interior of the restaurant seemed clean; the order taker was in some other stratosphere, because even after three time me saying "good morning how are you," I never got an answer. As I drove off and started to eat these devils food nuggets, I noticed that the entire order was either hot, warm or cold. WTFO? Fast and very friendly. However I know a lot of people that work there or have worked there. They hire or promote incompetent managers, under appreciate, over work, and under pay the line employees resulting in a high turnover. I know 3 great employees they recently lost for that reason. This was my first visit to a Jack's and it was actually pleasant. I ordered 2 steak biscuits and hash browns. The hash browns were fresh, crispy, and hot. Delicious. The biscuits were a little dry which was kind of expected. All it took was a little of their texas pete to make them moist and yummy. If you have to have fast food, Jacks would be near the top of my list, but it still remains a last resort. read more

I have to say their chicken fingers are great and i stop to get a buck of them for dinner ever so often. Everyone their is nice and the manager that is from New Orleans is a hoot. This is possibly the best jacks on the planet earth!There is hardly ever a wait, their breakfast is spot on, and they always get my order right. There is a jacks 3 minuets from where I live but I drive the few extra miles just to go to this one. They have friendly people and perfect food. I've never once gotten attacked by an alien at this jacks and their milkshakes are made just right. This jacks could beat me up to a near death and I would still come back for their double cheese burger, fries with extra orange dust with tons of comeback sauce, and moose track milkshake. I ordered a shake, and when they handed it to me there was no whip cream or cherry, and when I asked for it, they said they were out!
