The quality of their work and the personal touch they bring to the table is second to none. I've read a few reviews on people saying that it took longer than they expected but, as someone who's mother worked at Noyes Insurance for over 30 years can attest, there is the original diagnosis and then when they start taking the vehicle apart there is a supplemental diagnosis for unseen damage that cannot be seen by the adjuster. When this occurs Vic fights for original parts and to make sure your vehicle is 100% and nothing less. Getting it done properly and the quality of their work is what matters. I haven't seen anyone in the area who paints any better than Matt and my truck looks brand new. They are the best around

Victor was very nice and got my car in very fast and explained everything to me regarding different options which ways it could be repaired and how much it would cost. He also told me not to open my trunk before I bring it into the shop because I might not have been able to close it. They looked at my car the same day of the accident! Luckily my insurance covered this accident but he was really upfront with me about everything which is amazing because I don't know much about cars. My car's trunk was misaligned due to the accident and it had a big crack in the bumper as well. My car looks amazing now after the accident! You would never know it was ever damaged and honestly looks brand new. Thank you so much to Victor and his team for fixing my car. They were all very nice and did such an amazing job. I took some before and after pictures which I included below. My car looks amazing and pictures do not do it justice but you can see how nice it looks! I highly recommend bringing your car here! I love my car so much and they took such good care of it.

My Hyundai broke down on the way home (Boston) from Maine, right in front of the tolls in Hampton on 95 in the middle of a Saturday night. The clutch wouldn't engage, and therefore I could not get the car into gear. I had it towed to Hampton Ford/Hyundai, dropped off the key, and waited until Monday morning. When they called, they said they needed to replace the clutch disk and bearings, for $1300+, as well as some brake work for $500-$600, and some service stuff we'd already had done for another few hundred. I found Booker's through an internet search and they said they'd get back to me. Before they could, I called both places and asked them to email an estimate. From the big car dealership, I got basically a text email with no details. From Bookers, I got a pdf of an official estimate, which totaled about $1250 for all of it, brakes and clutch. We asked them to tow the car from the dealership, which they did for basically nothing. It took about as long as it would have at the dealership. When we went to pick it up, we got a little lost and arrived a little after 5 (we had called ahead). They were polite and waited for us. We talked to the man behind the counter, who was friendly and helpful. The whole experience there was pleasant and quick, which was just what we needed. Booker's helped turn what started as a terrible situation into a much less terrible situation. It's never pleasant to have to get work done in your car, especially in an area you don't know, but having someone treat you well and not take advantage of you when you are obviously in a bad situation is a breath of fresh air, especially in this age of mechanics. If you live in the area, or if you ever find yourself broken down anywhere near Hampton, NH, go to Booker's. They deserve it!

Bumper looks absolutely flawless. Obviously it is brand new but the work on it is exceptional as well. It looks like the bumper never had a problem and it looks like my car is brand new. It was so shiny and pretty. They cleaned the thing, inside and out. Vacuumed my interior and washed the exterior. Cleaned the outside of my tires so they are wicked black and gorgeous. It all looks amazing, the chrome on my car was just gorgeous. None of this was affected but they took the time to wash it down and just take pride in their work. They had to get the paint for my bumper and i had rust in my rear wheel wells inside my doors and that was sanded down and painted. No more rust worries there! They did some paint touch ups around the outside which was just really nice. It never bothered me, the rust was a tad scary but i didn't care too much. This car looked nicer when i picked it up from Marshall's than when i bought the car used a few months ago! topping was that we got a pack of cookies when we went in for the keys and papers, wicked good cookies too. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
