The white was solid. The spicy vinegar and hot were thin but packed with flavor. All went well with the pork but only the red was good with brisket and ribs. Sweet tea was refreshingly sweet! Don't knock this up to an Alabamian in dire need of Bama BBQ as Porky's Pride belongs among Alabama's best BBQ.
