Speed wax using barely enough product to cover a hood much less an entire vehicle. Never really achieving the "detail" aspect of the work. Art of Detailing came through. Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.

Unfortunately, I soon had a small blemish, and neither the dealer, nor another detail shop wanted to assist me. Nic recommended that we do a little touch up, and then use Xpel PPF on the front end. This is a very reputable product, offered by a small network of certified shops, and it carries a 10 year warranty. At no point did Nic try to hard sell me, and his cost for the work was extremely competitive. At no additional charge, he removed the thinner PPF that had been glued on at the dealer's vendor, touched up the blemish with the proper color, did an outstanding job applying the Xpel .. and then detailed the car. I had some concern because we were in the process of resurfacing our driveway, limiting my ability to use our garage. Nic kept the car garaged for me, and was flexible, so I would not need to bring it home during a storm. He kept me informed of progress, and when I got the car back, I felt like he took fantastic care of it. If I need additional services, this is going to be my first stop. I swear I kill half the bug population on the causeway. I used Yelp to shop different installers in the Roseville area. Gold Wurks was one of the first to reply. GW has been installing PPF for over 20 years. I dealt mainly with Christine and she was very communicative about the services, products and timing. She worked with me on my schedule and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Her customer service was one of the reasons I chose GW. I felt she offered the fairest price for the most quality product: Xpel Ultimate Plus. Xpel is considered one of the leaders in PPF with 10 year warranty and self healing properties. Also they could do the install in one day. The protected the following: hood, fenders, front bumper, headlights, frontside of rear view mirrors, luggage strip on back bumpers and door edges. While the quality of the product is important, the quality of install is even more important. GW did an excellent job. The seams were clean and the ends were tight and nicely fitted. My pictures do not do their work justice. To that point, I hired a Detailer (also a PPF installer) to work on my car. That Detailer said they did a really clean install job. I also found out GW installs for a lot of the luxury dealers in the area like Volvo and Porsche.
