The thing about Roland is that not only will he do a stellar job on detailing your car, but he makes himself available as an advisor even when it isn't making him money. I took my car to Roland for a paint correction + ceramic coating and interior detail as his price was very competitive. The car looked great! I didn't even realize how yellow the white paint had become until he corrected it. The interior cleaning was spotless and looked even better than when I drove it off the dealer lot. He's also a great advisor. Several weeks later, I had left my car at a friend's home where his sprinkler left some serious hard water stains. I got in touch with Roland where he gave me the option to make an appointment or get advice on what product to use to DIY. Fast forward a few months, where I got rear ended. He worked with the collision center and me to add the ceramic coating to the list of repairs that the insurance needed to do! read more

I brought in my 2013 Camry for a car wash and Roland literally made it look brand new as if I just bought it. I've never seen it so clean and shiny! Literally can't see any minor scruffs of water marks! I have no idea what sorcery he did but 10/10 would recommend! read more

I have nothing but praises for Final Touch Auto Expression. When I dropped a Starbucks venti have chip with four extra shots in the back seat of one of my cars, it not only was still pretty full but it also splash on the headliner. Image my panic, yeah... it was one of those "oh F" moments. I contacted a local car wash with detail services but they just wanted to keep adding more costs. I also contacted a local individual with a mobile detail service. It took him five weeks to send me a price list. Roland contacted me within an hour and asked for pictures. Explained a few things to me about coffee and chocolate stains and gave me a price. Well we made an appointment, he showed up at my home on time. He also showed me what he was talking about with the stains and said he will do his best. When Roland was done, he showed me the stain spots but without knowing, you couldn't see them. I was amazed at the fantastic job he did. Honesty, punctual, and no plus selling mark-ups. Here we are fourteen months later with a need to get the Powerbait (manufactured fishing bait) out of my seat that one of my fishing buddies rubbed in and I have easy decision as to whom to call... Final Touch Auto Expression. read more

This is a long overdue review. I got my Rav4 Prime a ceramic coating and a paint correction for some nasty scratches on the hood about 6 months and I could not believe the skills Roland has and how beautiful the car looked after he was done with it and it still looks perfect. I am now returning to Roland for maintenance plus he going to rescue me from another scratch I made on the vehicle. Roland is a magician and is probably one of, if not, the best in Sacramento. read more

Roland was great and very professional with trying to schedule my ceramic coating. He paid great attention to detail, and my car looks absolutely amazing. I did use a Groupon as I'm new to the area, and he still treated me with respect. (I've noticed other businesses were rude when I used Groupon. I think it's great for finding small businesses in the area when you're new). Because Roland was so awesome, I added on a ceramic wheel treatment. You won't be sorry read more

The owner, Roland, came to my house with all his equipment and I had him do my 2018 Honda CRV EXL from top to bottom inside and out. It included the usual wash creaming the leather seats and dashboard scrubbing the mats vacuuming ,tire dressing. All the usuals. But he also included claying my car which is long hard work. Very labor-intensive. It took him almost 5 hours from start to stop and when he was done it looked better than when it came M off the showroom floor! I really can't say enough about Roland and the job he did and the hard work and professionalism he put into this. I would recommend him any time for any car. Now mine was in good shape going in but I have no doubt he could take an Old car and make it look brand spanking new. I highly recommend his service!!! read more

I had been looking to get my car detailed and waxed. I found Roland on Yelp after reaching out through the yelp messaging service to get quotes. He was the most professional so I decided to choose his service. It was more convenient for me to go to him in Sac so I dropped my car off at his place and he dropped me off at a Starbucks so I could do some work. It took about about a total of 3 hours. He did a great job and convinced me that wax was no match for the coating he used which would last about a year or so. My car is very shiny and the paint really sparkles now! He also taught me how to wash my car with minimal water and how to maintain the surface. I enjoyed his service and would definitely recommend! read more

"Great service from beginning to end. I had never heard of Final Touch Auto Expression before a Yelp recommendation this morning. It was pretty difficult to find a detailer that would take care of your vehicle like it's their own. I've gotten my car detailed before but it never met my expectation. I contacted Roland in regarding to paint corrections and ceramic coating. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. I found this service on the next-door app and the very next day Roland, came to my house, picked up my car and made it look brand new again. My car was filthy from me smoking my maryjane, my kids eating in the backseat, and because I have pets, pet hair would stick to our clothes and then in the car...When he brought my car back I could not believe he got even the odor of the maryjane out, I was extremely pleased and will definitely be using his services again I've already referred him to Neighbors!! If you want not only great customer service but also a great detail job I definitely recommend this place... And the bonus for me at this time I didn't care about the outside of the car I just wanted the interior done and he brought it back with the whole thing done I was very surprised and very pleased...thank you.... read more

Contacted Final Touch to have two cars washed a Ford F-150 and a Mercedes GLE 350. They came to my property and did an excellent job washing both. They were on time and all I had to provide was water and electric outlet. They didn't just do a fast job, they put in the time and effort and the total job time was somewhere around 4-5 hours! Great job and I would highly recommend them. read more

Roland was great. He showed up on time, was polite, professional and offers competitive pricing. Just make sure you have a water source and electric connection available. I had no water source, so he had to do the car wash without pressure. I am still giving 5 stars because he works hard and I know for a fact if he had the pressure he would have done an even better job. read more

Ronald did a fantastic job of detailing the seats of my car. There was dried up stains of vomit in the passenger seat which I previously thought was caused by the abrasiveness of trying to scrub it out. I was pleased by the fact that not only was the stain lifted and shampooed, it was completely spotless, as if it was never there. I would recommend his service to my friends who needed their car to be cleaned. A plus side to his service is the fact that he comes on site, meaning he will meet you at your house. I thought that was pretty neat too! read more
