With no visible menu we weren't sure what was available. We could see a sign for what looked like milk shakes with either Pumpkin or Cinnamon Roll. With help from your employee my wife ordered a pumpkin frozen macchiato with chocolate drizzle. I ordered the same style drink with Cinnamon Roll flavor and white chocolate drizzle. Your employee was helpful and I added the 15% tip on the tablet when paying. Our drinks were delivered by a different woman. They looked the same and she told me this one is the frozen drink and this one is iced. When I explained both drinks were to be the same type with different flavors, she couldn't tell which was what flavor. Looking at her tablet didn't help her so she called over the woman that took the order. I reminded her of our conversation and she took my drink and came back with what looked like a chocolate shake. At that point I left rather than make a third try at getting my drink order. It was a $7.50 medium chocolate shake with coffee flavor. I have not been a fan of tipping on tablets when an order is taken. I always tip at a restaurant, after the meal is over. My wife enjoyed her drink so we may return for her to get a drink in the future but I've learned not to tip till service is completed.
