Amazing prices extremely fast service wonderful atmosphere if I could it would be a 10

Several incidents later I have decided to share the rudeness, laziness and toxic environment of this location. I am tired of businesses opening in Greenville and the goal is to hire the sorriest of the lot to service the customers. First, I witnessed a young man on break, sitting on top of a side counter near the front on his phone. Second, on June 24, 2026, I attempted to order the blueberry biscuit dessert and was met with, "We don't have not ice cream." It was stated as if I was supposed to know what was in stock in the back. When I asked for the blueberry biscuit by itself, I was told, "we don't have that either." I said well you have it posted outside and it's a new item, "Well I don't know what to tell you." Thirdly, I forgot about my dismal experience yesterday and went today, June 25, 2026 for the two breakfast burritos that are $5.99 for both. I get to the window and was told it was $9.??. When I asked what price was I charged, I was told the they were no longer on sale. Once again...I stated but the price is listed on the board back there. After acting as if I was taking a pot shot at her, a manager was called to void the transaction or key turn or whatever the process was. I was then told in a very nasty tone to pull up. I said no, I will not be pulling up. (at this point, I didn't trust my food being made by a competent person) As a matter of fact, I want a refund. After a 3 minute standoff, a manager was called over to complete the refund. No other contact with the manager except providing the refund. I AM OFFICIALLY OVER THIS LOCATION. PERIOD. I don't even want dog food on a silver platter for my dog. This location should close for the caliber of employees they have and the service they provide DAILY. read more

On Saturday May 2,2026, my sister and I decided to eat breakfast at Jack's. I placed my order, and then paid with cash. The young lady that took my order gave me my change; but I noticed she didn't give me back the correct change. I was shorted by 2 cents. I brought to her attention that I didn't get my correct coins back. In a very rude response she said "we don't do pennies ". The other lady that was working the window, asked her what was the problem; she then told her I wanted my 2 cents. That lady took rudeness to a different level and said " don't no one in Greenville have pennies ". She then all of a sudden come and give her my 2 cents. My reason for doing this review is not because of the 2cents; it's because of the attitude and rudeness that these two ladies displayed to me. I am very aware of the fact about penny shortages. But for me, don't just assume that it's okay to short me; but just say that we cannot provide you with pennies. That would have been just okay with me. The food is decent....when you can get waited on. The Customer Service is a JOKE, and the Manger on duty is STUPID! I tried to use the promo coupon on their App for a Buy one get one free Sausage biscuit with egg & cheese...the poor woman taking my order couldn't get the order right and the Manger WOULDN'T help. I tried several times to get the Mangers attention, but she deliberately ignored me. I left JACKS without pursuing anything...this is not the first time. I had to cross the highway to McDonald's, where I enjoyed an excellent breakfast without all the drama....they honor their coupons! Never ordering from this location again! Placed an order directly through the app for pickup and got home missing 6 items. Called the store and was told they would have it ready when I got back. They didn't and then accused me of lying about the items. Waited another 30 while they ignored me for my 2 fries and 4 pies. Just incompetent and not willing to make it right. read more

Not impressed. I'm not coming back. They wouldn't give me a receipt. So, I asked for one. She didn't know how to print it. So, she called the manager over and he didn't know what he was doing either. He was so slow and acted like he didn't want to print it. He was acting like he was fixing the receipt printer but in fact, he was a bad actor. He kept ignoring me and walking back to look inside the office. Why? Anyway, they just can't do one simple thing and give me a receipt for my purchase. Not to mention a bad attitude to go with it. Tried to order breakfast. There were 2 cars ahead of me. After I placed my order I was flagged to not pull forward by the manager. After waiting several minutes I pulled up and asked what was going on. I was told they were trying to get the orders together. Really? You can't handle 2-3 cars in your drive thru? They didn't even know which order was mine. These are the people that think they should get big bucks??? read more

I feel the breakfast at Jack's is a good breakfast, however the customer service leaves much to be desired. I placed four breakfast orders and ordered two extra sides of grits. When I received the orders, items were missing from all four orders, and the extra sides were also missing. When I walked back into the restaurant and told the workers what was wrong, there was no empathy, sympathy, or apologies. At that point, I didn't want replacements; I just wanted a refund. Against my better judgment, I decided to visit Jack's on opening day. The line wrapped around the building twice and moved kinda fast initially. Then the line barely moved. There was a young lady outside taking orders, but she disappeared before I got to her. By the time I got to the speaker (where customers would usually order), she was still missing. No one spoke through the speaker and it wasn't clear how customers should place their orders. I finally made it to the window and learned that the young lady was supposed to take my order. I ordered at the window and had to pull up to wait for my order...the wait was super long by this time. My order was wrong, but I was so over it at that point. I didn't get my chicken finger dinner and was disappointed that I didn't get the green beans and mashed potatoes. I got chicken fingers and fries instead. The chicken fingers were terrible, thick and flimsy. The fries were bland. The honey mustard sauce was extremely thick and nasty. I also got a random piece of fried chicken and biscuit (which I didn't order). I wasn't impressed by the fried chicken, but the biscuit was delicious. I had a free burger promo in the app, so got to try that as well. The flavor was good but the actual burger patties had a weird texture. My sweet tea tasted like cardboard water. I get that this was Day 1, but I don't feel the store was adequately prepared to handle the crowd. My visit to Jack's was both a waste of time and money. read more

My children and I decided to give this place a try bc of all of the hype and long lines. We all got ice cream and combos and the food was fresh and good. The mind blowing aspect of the visit was the price. The food was beyond affordable and the environment was laidback and cozy... They have daily deals and it's a nice spot to go with family and to have a nice meal and experience.. read more

If you are coming to the new Jack's in Greenville, prepare to be disappointed. Service is rather slow, apparently nobody's in charge of keeping the place clean, the Cokes are flat, and there is no Ketchup. #jacks read more

Positive Feedback: * Modern/Clean exterior. It's a new building so that is to be expected. I like the touch of the Greenville painted on the building. * Hard-working staff. Nobody should expect perfection out of a fast food place that just opened. Mistakes will happen. But the employees seemed to be showing effort even though they were reasonably tired from the constant line of customers. The ones I interacted with had a smile on their face which if you're a person who isn't looking for problems is always a welcome sight. * Food was tasty and of quality. While I do prefer burger patties from other restaurants (these seem to be thinner and not as flavorful), I did appreciate the delicious buns they use and attention to fresh condiments and toppings. The fries were also seasoned well. Sadly they ran out of ranch when I was there, but the comeback sauce they use was delicious. (They even gave me a few extra to make up for the lack of ranch.) Negative Feedback: * I won't be bringing up the drive-thru line speed, because it's not reasonable to judge a new business yet based on speed when so many people are coming at the moment, so I'll only remark on the accuracy. I ordered the same thing twice the two times I've gone (just to taste and compare on different days) and both times the same thing happened where they 1) didn't know they had iced coffee on their menu and I had to guarantee to them it was there before they inevitably found it on their computer inside. And 2) because they were out of ranch it was left out of the order obviously, but I had to stop and ask them for a replacement instead of having them ask me at the window. {}{}{}{} Overall, was a good experience. While visiting family over the weekend knowing that I'm a VERY picky eater I decided to try Jack's. Let me just say I am extremely pleased and proud of the staff at Jack's. I went twice in one day and I ordered something different both times. My family and I was very pleased with the taste and freshness of the food. The morning staff was patient friendly and very welcoming now let me brag on the night shift on Saturday night the entire staff was under 24 I'm sure and they were the most humble hardworking friendly NOT ON THEIR PHONES and quite staff I had ever seen. Thank you to the owners and management staff for bringing such a great establishment to Greenville and having such an amazing staff. Keep it up!!! read more

Went through the drive through. I ordered. ham , eggs and toast. when I got back to the hotel, there was no ham included, no butter, no napkins and no fork. Apparently, you have to ask for every little thing and check your order before you leave the drive through. I also had an eat in breakfast there. They did not give us any napkins, butter, spoons for the coffee. The people were really nice but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Their prices are very reasonable.. read more

Hamburger/Disgusting I scraped all the junk off and ate the dry patty and stale bread

First time stopping by and had high hopes considering the items on the menu looked really good but immediately when someone got to us at the drive through they were very rude and impatient so I just ignored it and continued with my order. When I get to the window I had her read off everything I ordered and she got it all so I played and she told me to pull up. So I do so and wait about 20 minutes which isn't too bad but she damn near throws the food at me when she brings it out. Then before even opening the bags I noticed that things were missing so I asked her about the stuff and she blew me off and went back inside so of course I'm pissed but I role with it and take the food back home. THE OF COURSE SHE DIDNT GET A SONGLE ORDER RIGHT AND FORGOT A WHOLE MEAL.. the attitude was definitely not worth it for those hard sandwiches. My food was extremely cold I only received part of my order so therefore had to wait even longer some of the workers would roll their eyes my hamburger wasn't even right who the hell wants cold ass food and rude employees to serve you. It took them 3 times before I had my whole order right not worth the money even the salad I ordered the lettuce was brown not good at all. Hamburger tasted like old ass grease. First time trying, it was a bad impression, ordered my food they pulled me over that was fine ,but when you pull someone over don't forget they are still waiting, had to go inside after arriving at 11:13 didn't receive my food until 11:50, that was just unacceptable, it was my first and maybe my last,I wasn't happy with the customer service, the food was great. read more

We came here when it opened, it was super good.....NOW, out of napkins condiments for last 3 visits. Wait up to an hour.
