Every time we order from Jack's we are always missing food. When we try and call to tell them we always get a recording. We give them opportunity after opportunity and they always mess it up. Today we are missing a burger, a milkshake, a biscuit and we ordered a 6 piece chiscken strip and got 4. Unacceptable! read more

My wife and I decided to try Jack's for the first time. Because it was our first visit we were not familiar with the menu or what choices are offered. We tried to decipher a four screen confusing menu and settled for a chicken sandwich combo. The meal was mediocre, with plain tasting chicken on a dry bun. There was no sauce on the sandwich and none was offered at the time we placed the order. I can't see us going back, too bad, I was hoping Jack's would be something better than just another fast food joint. read more

Sadly, would not recommend. I was excited to try a BLT here, and it was terrible. I opened the sandwich up, and there was very fatty bacon, a tiny pile of lettuce, and ONE single slice of tomato that also had a hair on it. You can see the black hair in the photo. I'm a blonde. My family and I were craving Jack's since they opened this week. We gathered the family and upon arriving no spaces were available (to be expected) so we parked next door and walked over and found plenty of seating. So far there were a multitude of employees and seemed to be moving along nicely. Upon ordering a full family dinner, our milkshakes were ready before leaving the cashier. I used a Big Jack burger coupon which took some time but everyone seemed new, so no biggie. Looking at the shakes they were full to the top and free of any goopy mess around the lids. We received the wrong milkshake flavor but upon glancing at the receipt, I noticed the cashier pressed the wrong button for strawberry. The employees didn't question it and replaced it promptly with a smile. At this time our food order was ready and I happily took the trays to our table. When dishing out the goods I noticed a drink and condiments were missing was missing so I figured no problem, I'll go back to the counter and let them know. Again, no questions, items were furnished and returned to the table. While getting the food situated still, two biscuits were missing in action. Now leaning more towards the food came out a little TOO fast. I walked back up to the counter again and waited patiently for my turn to report missing items. These were produced quickly and given to me by the GM. Okay! Back to the table. By now my free Big Jack burger was just above room temp but built well. Flavor was okay and not messy at all. My favorite item would be the Kickin' Bourbon boneless chicken wings. Hot temp and sweet bourbon-spice flavor. They were smaller than expected but still good. I heard great things about the fries so I tried them with high expectations. Salt salt salt. Wow! When asking everyone else at the table, all agreed that it was very difficult to eat. At this point the line was halfway through the restaurant and I wouldn't be making another trip to the counter. I glad-fully went to take a sip of my big'Ol sour herb sweet tea and quickly realized it was indeed, unsweetened. Not as lacking in sugar, it was clearly unsweet. Disappointment sank in. At this moment I had an ace up the sleeve. My butter biscuit! No frills and a second runner up for the best thing I've tried, but still expected it not to be as dry as it was. Overall I felt like we needed a redo. Our girls had a burger, chicken basket and chicken sandwich. All looked good and they seemed satisfied mostly by the milkshakes. The lemonade was pretty delicious and gave a moment of relief. Wrapping things up we headed for the door and upon emptying I had to set our trays aside and mash down everyone else's trash to fit ours in. Looking around there were still a multitude of employees behind the counter but no one going around sweeping the dinning room or attending to the overflowing trash cans. Also during our dinner no one came around to any tables asking how anything was, which is a usual in a first week of a grand opening. Leaving disappointed, we look forward to returning again and trying some more main staple foods for Jack's. So far, good shakes, lemonade and chicken. read more

Just visited Jacks for first time ever at lunch time. Stopped at the new store in Dunlap. I ordered the two piece breast dinner. The service was very friendly, soon as I walked in I was welcomed by the staff with a Welcome to Jack's. I ordered and had my order in under two minutes. The chicken breast was moist and juicy and large and the mashed potatoes were creamy and very good. I was asked by the ladies cleaning out in the dining area if I needed a refill or anything else. The manager greeted me at the front. I would give my first time at Jack's a 5 star. I will be back again. read more

We were excited when we found out Jacks was coming to Dunlap. Unfortunately this Jacks is not very good. The service is terrible and the food is not much better. I waited in line to order and witnessed employees fussing at each other. There are better options for fast food in Dunlap, go there. I don't know who operates this Jacks but if they don't get better leadership it's not going to last long. read more
