She also said that in the future I should call about 20 minutes before they make the order. I appreciated her taking the time to check. I then asked a simple follow-up question: "How would I know when to call if I placed the order two days in advance? How do I know when the order is being prepared?" I was only looking for clarification for future orders. At that point, her attitude completely changed. She became impatient, repeated herself without answering the question, and her tone became rude and unprofessional. When I tried to clarify again, she simply said, "Just call when we open." The issue wasn't that my request couldn't be accommodated I completely understand policies. The disappointing part was how the conversation was handled once I asked for clarification. Team members should be trained to remain patient and understanding when customers are simply trying to understand the process for future orders. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won't be ordering chicken from this location again.
