We stopped here for gas on the way out from Arches National Park, as this was the only gas station for miles - pricey because it's in the middle of nowhere. It's an eye catching place to check out. My husband bought a bag of the garlic flavored jerky to try, it was okay - a bit dry.

I think the only man cashier working was already taken because he wasn't the friendliest nor personable guy. But I'm still giving the place 5 stars because I found it a fun, cool spot. It basically looks like the skin walkers, aliens and Sasquatch all could be possibly living in the basement of this fun snack shop. I seen people getting fuel and using the restrooms so it's a great place to take a break from driving in the middle of no where. This cool store has all different kinds of beef jerky including Prime rib, cowboy, rabbit, duck, alligator, kangaroo and a lot of other exotic animals. They also carry the Instagram famous "The Original Bag of Poo" cotton candy selection. Flamingo, Unicorn, Sasquatch, Alien Dragon types of Poo. They also have a lot of cool snacks, chips and cookies that have been made in other counties with American logos with Asian writing such as Oreo, Cheetos, Doritos and Lays. I also bought some Sour cream and Onion puffs snacks that has the Chester Cheeto cat representing Cheetos brand from Asia that were delicious as chips can be. The store is a bit pricey and a total tourist trap, but I find them all over country and I knew what I signed up for. And the good news is that I'll come back to this place because I didn't get kidnapped by the aliens today!

I wished I had bought more by the time I got home. The decor is very unique and worth seeing. In some cases prices may be slightly higher, but there are a few departments where I'll only shop at Village Market because of quality and savings. The deli carries quality Dietz & Watson lunch meats and cheeses that are notably less expensive than the other store. The meat department has a nice selection of fresh meats, typically at significantly lower prices, and the store also carries quality name-brand ice cream at very reasonable prices. The savings on those items alone more than make up for the slightly higher prices on some other products. Another thing I really appreciate is how easy the store is to navigate. Unlike the other grocery store, you can comfortably walk down the aisles without constantly having to say, "Excuse me" or "I'm sorry" throughout your visit. The store isn't cluttered with promotional displays and other obstacles that obstruct "the flow of traffic." It's especially convenient when you just want to get in and out quickly. But whether you're picking up a few items or doing a full grocery run, I'd definitely recommend giving Village Market a try.

When I stumbled upon this place, I wasn't sure how much they would have here or if they would have Gluten Free options, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised. They actually have a lot of food and different brands as well as a LOT of gluten free options. This was amazing, as a lot of small business groceries stores don't have a lot of gluten free options, but they certainly did! The prices were also reasonable. Not cheap, but not to expensive. Good store to shop for groceries in Moab, Utah!

They generally have lower gas prices at Maverick than other location and have a rewards program you can opt into that saves a cent or two per gallon on your fills. Something to note is that when I went to this location, there was some kind of glitch on one of the pumps (I think it was pump number 10, but can't remember exactly at this point). Basically after I scanned my credit card and entered my phone number the pump froze and wouldn't let me get to the point of selecting a fuel type/pumping the gas. I waited for about 5 minutes (which feels like an eternity when you're just standing at the pump) because I was nervous about walking away after putting in my credit card. I ended up running inside to tell the worker and he said that he wasn't sure why it glitched but that it wouldn't charge me for anything and eventually the pump would cancel the transaction and go back to the main screen. He told me to just try another pump which I did, and didn't have any issue. I monitored my card charges like a hawk for a few weeks but never saw anything aberrant show up, so everything was fine. Other than this issue with the pump freezing, I had no issues getting gas at this station. It was a little busy/crowded but not so much so that no pumps were available.
