I'm writing this review with the bias of being an American. I'm not from the Deep South but I can appreciate some good BBQ.
The Outdoor seating is cozy and pleasant. The menus are on a cold wooden board and easy to read. The pricing is reasonable and the service is excellent. You even get a huge cleaver when you order ribs. What a way to make a guy happy! Give him a big knife!
But a knife is everything at a restaurant, the food is.
The Rib are good. Like 7/10 good. Don't come here expecting your Gran Pappy from the Bayou Level ribs. Expect a good jump better than some California tryhard ribs. They don't put sauce on them until after they are done but they do put spices. You can taste it but the spices make up for it.
So in your in Linz and you want a 1/2 Kilo of GOOD ribs for €14 in a cool spot, there isn't a better place. read more
