The best part is that the staff were VERY friendly, helpful and attentive. This is not always the case with some of the restaurants we went to. The steaks were a little bit different then we would get in an american restaurant, but they were still excellent!! Don't let that dissuade you from going, seriously, the steaks were great!! I would definitely recommend this place. Also, we were lucky to get a table without a reservation, but I would call ahead if you can.

PRO: food quality (and price) We'll start with the food since that's the highlight. There are a good number of burger selections and combinations. I had the cheeseburger with shinken (ham) and ei (fried egg), which was great. All burgers come with mayonnaise, salat (lettuce), tomatoes, and a bit of mais (corn). The corn was a nice, uniquely non-American addition. And them shinken was a nice adaptation to bacon, which I'm accustomed to. The burger meat is good too. I've had burgers at some other restaurants in Linz that make me wonder if the patties are pre-formed and frozen. The ones from Walker are juicy, tender, and seem fresh and hand-formed. If you're used to American restaurants that serve you a burger with full fixings and a side, be warned. Here, a burger is a burger. The fully dressed burgers comes out on a saucer-sized plate. No extra sides, fries are à la carte, no utensils, no napkins. CON: service Don't expect too much regarding service. I was there on a Sunday afternoon, and there were only two servers for the whole restaurant/bar (three distinct rooms or sections). Once we sat down, it took quite a while (~10-15 minutes) before our server came over to acknowledge us or take our order.
