They did such a good job we ended up redoing floors throughout the whole house to match the remodel. Will was on top of everything from the beginning to the end. We started the project right smack dab in the middle of the pandemic January 2021 which unfortunately what we thought would be an 8 week project, COVID had other plans - took almost 8 months for some of our appliances to arrive but Will and his team were so patient with all my questions and anxiety. I have done a lot of remodeling projects throughout the years but this was the biggest project in our home not only physically but monetarily- but it was very well worth it! I've worked with a lot of handymen and contractors that have either tried to rip me off or add to the stress of projects BUT Will really handled everything from going shopping with us and dealing with my indecisiveness and picky daughter, I thought my daughter was a perfectionist but Will was on another level. We trusted him and his team throughout the entire project. These men had an open door to our home while we quietly worked in our taped off rooms during lockdown! Now every time we open our door everyone is greeted by our expansive beautiful open concept home with the kitchen and big island at the heart! We've had neighbors knock on our door asking to see our kitchen and we're happy to recommend Bull & Bear!!! He was recommended by my BFF and he did an amazing job on her kitchen so happy to be did ours too!

They carefully taped down plastic over our floors and carpet and maneuvered giant ladders around the bottom floor - we have a vaulted ceiling and had we tried to do this ourselves, we might have perished. All in all our entire house was transformed in just 3 days! They did an incredible job and we are so happy with the work they did. It was also impressive that they were able to cover up that dark brown color with only 2 coats of light grey paint. Down with the brown! We highly recommend and will definitely use CM Rowe Painting for any more projects we have in the future.

The work was fine except we had NO HOT WATER after the job was done. I called him up and told him about the problem and he really didn't know what the problem could be. I ran a couple ideas by him and he said that none of my ideas could cause the problem. He had no answer. He did not offer to come out and look out the problem. They offered no answers, no services, no troubleshooting...... nothing!! The next day I called a real plumber out and he discovered that Peet didn't turn the hot water back on!! This cost me an additional $175 for the second plumber to come out. When I told Peet that I thought he should reimburse me for the extra amount I had to pay to correct his problem, he said he would have come out for free. For free? When he flat out said he didn't know what the cause of the problem could be? That made no sense. Where was the offer to come out and give a second look when I first brought it up to him? He only offered this AFTER I asked for some compensation for his lack of ability to fix the problem when someone else could. Additional, he hooked up the washer for $225.....a ten minute job. ALSO, he offered to fix a toilet for $279, when the plumber the second day charged me $25 to fix it. This company has no integrity and will rip you off! The the buyer beware.... The owner, Kathy Kovell, is so experienced, knowledgeable and fun to work with. Her crew, most of whom have been with her for some time, are just terrific. They built a casita (ADU) for us and, while they were here, we engaged them to have our roof replaced, a driveway added, a retaining wall and a pathway. The casita is beautiful. It was completed on time and on budget. The work is first class in every way. We absolutely could not be happier!
