The guys were very nice, but when moving my elliptical they put holes in our ceiling. Knowing my situation the men told me that they could fix it for me. I contacted SML and let them know about the damage, and that Helping U Move agreed to do the repair. When they finally showed up to complete the repair it was horrible. Then the company quit returning phone calls. We are having to move forward with disputing the credit card charge and hopefully removing them from SML's approved vendors. Great movers, but don't trust them to fix what they damage.

Amazing super star movers!…read more We moved from Anaheim, CA to Wichita, KS last month and had tons of friends in California to help load the truck, but none in Kansas to help unload. We contact Helping U Move to hire three people to unload the truck. These three men were rock star movers! We live in an upstairs apartment with a flight of stairs, a landing and another flight of stairs to get into the apartment. Not only did these three men unload a 26 foot truck in 2 hours, they also put boxes in the desired rooms and never complained. Great customer service with a smile at the end of the job. Used something similar to what we had at home to clean our carpets. Smell did not come out and they said to let them know and they would come back out. Texted back and forth 3 times and he said they would get us in. After a week I texted them again and he said he'd get us on the schedule by Saturday. Never heard another thing. Ended up cleaning our carpets with our home carpet cleaner and the water was black . This was in a room we haven't used because of the carpet issue's , so it wasn't a high traffic room. Didn't expect it to be so dirty right after being cleaned professionally. I emailed and texted once more to see if they'd come back out and heard nothing. We just had another company come today and it was much more high quality equipment and actually steam cleaned.

When I questioned them on their page about this I was blocked. Extremely unprofessional and I'm pretty sure they lied to me saying all equipment was ruined in a wreck and they were unsure when they would get new, and that's the reason why they just didn't show up or contact me for a day after the scheduled cleaning. Even tho a few days after this conversation they were posting on fb about cleaning specials and taking reservations.
