I went to this location because it's been convenient despite warnings from friends who told me to go to the La Cañada store instead. I ordered several things with 2 cars ahead of me. I got out in a fair amount of time. Food was correct down to the condiments. Service was nice and patient despite my huge order. Keep it up. Sept 26 After 8pm read more

I was very disappointed with the customer service I received at this location. The menu board advertised the salad combo for $10.99, but I was being charged $11.99. When I brought the discrepancy to the employee's attention, she acknowledged that the posted price had not yet been corrected. Instead of addressing the pricing issue, she repeatedly offered me a 10% discount. I explained that I was not asking for a discount; I was simply asking for the advertised price to be honored. What was most disappointing was the way the situation was handled. The employee was dismissive and unprofessional, and as I drove away without completing my purchase, she yelled "OKAY" at me. Customers should be able to respectfully question a pricing discrepancy without being met with an attitude. If a business is aware that a posted price is incorrect, it should be corrected promptly and handled professionally when a customer brings it to their attention. Jack in the Box should provide additional customer service training at this location, particularly on professional communication and appropriately handling customer concerns. This interaction could have been resolved very easily and professionally, but unfortunately, it was not. read more

Thankfully, the food was okay. Everything else was not the greatest. They have the stupid kiosk ordering systems. What a pain! Not only are we, as customers, paying for the food, but we are also paying with our time to try to figure out systems we're not familiar with and aren't very intuitive. It took so long to place an order for Dear Hubby, Sweet Granddaughter, and me that it was annoying. The only one who enjoyed the process was the 6 year old. Yes, the future will be hers and her generation's before very long! Even with the computerized system, the order was incorrect. We got the wrong dipping sauce, and didn't receive our drink cups. We weren't charged for SG to switch from milk to a milkshake. Didn't realize that until later when I was taking a look at the receipt. I would say that JITB is losing out with the computerized system. This is not customer service - it's customer torture! As for "ambiance", this location is sorely in need of a makeover. Fully half of the barstools in the main dining room area have their wooden veneer either partially or extensively peeling off from what's left of the seat. Not attractive, and could snag their patrons' clothing. All this "charm" because SG wanted either McDonald's or Jack In The Box, and we missed the one in La Canada Flintridge on Foothill. It was a long drive westward before we found this next option. I don't think we'll be repeating a visit to this location. read more

Again JNB has over charged me. On salads ...get better though. Menu posted still doesn't match computer cash register. This time it was .30 on each =.60. Had same problem a number of times. It took awhile but I got a refund. It started with the new kiosk system didn't seem to have salads available without a combo. Then at home...I see missing the taco chips on receipt? Oh and grilled chicken, on the other It had two good size tenders at .30 less. If it wasn't close. I would find a better solution like Carl's ( never had any funny business with them and better burgers/service. Be aware at Jack in the box visits and reme.ber to count your change. read more

Cant even say if the food was good because I ordered on doordash, they took the order and took about 40 minutes to "prepare" the food. My poor driver even got there and waited for the food. And last second they decided to cancel my order with no given explanation. Now im hungry and sad and im genuinely never gonna try ordering from here again read more

Cold Food, we ordered several burgers and tacos. The total was $22.15. All the burgers were cold. We had to cook them when we got home. Service was horrible. There was 5 employees working when I made the order. Nobody else but us making orders. Then they tried to cheat my 7 year old daughter out of her fries. Not going back read more

I want to recognize an outstanding performer and honestly performers at this location I absolutely love the staff. I just wanna throw this out there, I noticed a particular night on Valentines day like around 6 or 8 pm? This employee was one of the night shift as cashier helping this woman who was clearly in a bad mood, determined to be angry standing with her phone and yelling at her man loudly all while being disrespectful towards the employee but he handled it under pressure and went above and beyond for her. Please treat your fast food employees with respect, they serve you fresh and hot food ready to eat to keep you fed and they deserve better treatment. Everyone deserves to be treated like a human being no matter the level of job. Always respect fast food workers. Thank you to that guy he was cool as hell too. Give him a raise! read more

Ordered a smash jack 10/21/25 6am and it was prepared very neatly. Looks like they took their time to make the burger look presentable, especially for fast food. Quality is always good. Drive thru male employee was also nice. read more

Surprisingly amazing service at this location. We are redoing our kitchen so a quick and easy meal is appreciated, but the level of professionalism has been a pleasant surprise. Tonight I had a great experience with Emanuel, he was easy to understand, polite and friendly. I asked him if he actually gets credit for the surveys and he said yes, his manager overheard me and mentioned how good of an employee he is. I tried using the QR code but it did not work, hopefully he and his fellow employees get credit for the level of service they provide. There is also a young woman at this location that has been great as well, but I do not know her name. read more

0 stars. I think all the employees are high or drunk at work. She asked me my order 4 times and they still proceeded to give me the incorrect order. And to top it off I was the only person waiting for food. And to make things worse... they gave me a chicken wrap that was not even warmed up. The chicken was pulled out of the fridge and served completely cold. The Food went directly into the trash. Worst service I have ever seen. They should fire everyone that works there. read more

The cashier named Emanuel was very kind and humble. He took my order with care and consideration. yesterday afternoon i stopped by my local jack in box to buy myself a jumbo jack combo with the coupon i had. i decided to write this review because when i received my combo meal the most basic ingredient was missing. that is how i know these employees at this location do NOT listen. as soon as i walked inside the fast food joint, i was assisted very quickly. the gentleman who was at the cashier position was taking my order and when i had given him my coupon for my jumbo jack order, the cashier asked me "would you like cheese on your jumbo jack?" and i said "yes please." - if you are reading this review PLEASE make sure to check your food and make sure it was correctly made before you leave the location. - my order was made very quickly and i didnt even think about checking my food to make sure everything was correct. i trusted these employees to make my order correctly, unfortunately. once i arrived home, i was looking forward to my meal. i opened the bag that my jumbo jack was wrapped in and noticed there was NOOO CHEESE!!!!!!! why ask me if i would like cheese on my burger IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO PUT IT? its like these employees do whatever they want to the order and not actually paying attention what the customer requested. my burger was very sloppy made. at least the fries were good, i guess. i got really frustrated reason why i am writing this review. - one good thing about jack in box is that they dont charge for extra sauce like other fast food joints. - my review is simply to help other customers not make the same mistakes i did. lesson learned. read more

Good and quick food with helpful and motivated staff. Perfect for a late night food run for me and some friends.

Did is always good and the milk tea boba I tried for the first time today was amazing!

Every time I order, something is missing. The staff handling both cash and food don't seem to follow proper hygiene practices. I complained to the manager, and she apologized for the missing item. When I went back the next day to pick it up, the drive-through cashier gave me a hard time. Then when I got home, I realized another item was missing again. I honestly don't understand how this keeps happening. read more

At least a handful of times I've stopped by between 12am-4:30am and there always seems to be an issue with the "system being down for maintenance ". Like seriously though you guys should come up with something better than that or at least be honest. My last visit the last straw, I pull up at around 3:30am only to be told that they are closed for 10 minutes while the "system restarts " I said that's cool no worries. Then the lady said no it won't come back for a while. I drove out of the drive thru and noticed 4 workers sitting down in the dining area. Who knows they might have been on lunch break. Nevertheless not coming back here read more

During mornings, the food can take up to 4 minutes to get done. During afternoons, it can take up to 5 minutes. During late nights, it takes up to 5 minutes to get orders out, even longer when it's a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. It's called fast food, not slow food. By the time the food comes out, it's not even fresh. The cashiers are either polite or impolite. If you're rude, you will be refused service. Don't come back because they don't need your money.
