It's 10:15 at night, hubs out of town, and I wanted a midnight snack for movie night. I ordered two tacos and a vanilla shake. The service in the drive thru was a typical wait but the gal providing my goods was very professional and pleasant. As far as ambiance I can't comment because I drove through but will say the lot was clean and no riffraff were seen. The tacos were hot and tasted as usual but did have a lot more grease as if they had been sitting for a bit. I'm not an ice cream fan but had a craving for a vanilla one. It was so so thick that a spoon had to be used. But that's a good thing...when I got home I scooped a bit out into a bowl and added fresh fruit and granola. Perfect combo for a night in on a hot evening. read more

Jack in the Box - Two Tacos - Fast Food Near Me - San Jose, California

My mission for the day was obtaining the Jibbi from the Double Chicken Supreme meal, and I was satisfied to see the poster advertising the meal at the front of the store, confirming that the meal was available. This Jack in the Box is a little smaller than others I have been to, but it still had many available seating areas. The service was quick and the cashier was kind and welcoming. My meal did not take that long for them to prepare. This meal was $14 but enough to spread out across two meals, so it was a great economic choice on the menu. The double chicken supreme had an ample amount of chicken and great sauce spread across the sandwich. The two tacos had a decent crunch and the meat was flavorful. The large drink was a bit much for me and maybe I shouldn't have filled it all the way, but I guess it is great for other people who deeply enjoy fast food beverages. The curly fries were a bit salty for me, but I usually eat blander foods. And alas, I finally got the blue Jibbi, Icy. I would visit this Jack in the Box again if I needed a quick and affordable fast food meal once in a while. read more

425 Blossom Hill Rd San Jose, CA 95123 Well I'm back! It's 5:10pm on a Monday. I'm in the drive-thru ordering a Double Jack Combo ( Reg Size). I'm the only customer in line, so service is quick. The server is very nice and prompt. I get napkins and ketchup....and I ask for a receipt. Whoa! The burger and fries were hot and fresh. The Double Jack was juicy, hot and well dressed. The fries were hot, but not enough salt. Lose 1-star for value. You're serving the same food, but with higher prices. read more

Came here today for two reqson: 1) Craving a Sour Dough Jack, and 2) Wanted to tey this boba Milk Tea. The sour dough Jack doesn't seem like it was it used to be. Barely any signs of bacon in it. Has this sandwich always been this flat? The milk tea was a questionable one. It was way too sweet for me. I reckon it is the American sweet tea with creamer or milk. The boba texture was subpar, had an interesting texture, like agar boba and tapioca boba had a kid, chewy but also crunchy. Service was expected, going through a drive through. read more

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern following a very unpleasant experience at your location. I had placed an order and, upon reaching my destination, began eating my chicken wrap. To my shock and disgust, I pulled a hair from my mouth while chewing. When I looked down at the wrap, I noticed multiple small, black, curly hairs embedded throughout it. I was already nearly halfway through the meal before realizing this. I immediately returned to the location and, after waiting in the drive-through, asked to speak with a manager. When I explained the situation--specifically that I had pulled someone's hair from my mouth and there were still visible hairs in the wrap--the manager showed no empathy or concern. Instead, she bluntly asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement, stating, "but all the wraps are gonna have hair in them." I chose the refund, though the comment itself was incredibly alarming. I calmly tried to express how upsetting the situation was, and rather than acknowledging the seriousness of finding hair in food--let alone pulling it from my mouth--she rolled her eyes and rudely dismissed me, saying, "I gave you a refund." Her attitude was cold, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer service standards. I left feeling disgusted, disrespected, and completely let down. I believe this situation could have been handled with far more care, understanding, and accountability. No one should have to experience this, and certainly not be treated with indifference when bringing it to your attention. I hope you take this matter seriously and address both the sanitary practices at this location and the unacceptable behavior of the staff involved. Thankfully, me and my coworker work at the urgent care because we both were experiencing nausea and abdominal pain. Sincerely, disgusted and never coming here again! (FYI, I have long red hair so the hair cant be mine..) read more

The manager literally "Threw" the my money back to me,dropping my change in Drive Thru lot. I ordered 2 lettuce wrap burgers. they put a burger patty inside of a plastic container and put a piece of lettuce on top of it and cheese on top of the lettuce and handed it to me and tried to rush me off as if I wouldn't check the bag. All the other staff is cool And honest about not knowing how to actually wrap the letter burger. Sucks that they offer it but no one trained them how to make. The manager being upset and throwing chains out the window is uncalled for & flat out disrespectful. In-N-Out 1. jack in the Box 0 read more

Never felt compelled to write a bad review about a restaurant--a fast food one at that--but this Jack in the box genuinely is insanely bad at doing its job--providing the food you've ordered. The last three times I've RECENTLY been here, I've been missing significant parts of my order or being given the wrong order. First time, gave me the incorrect order. Jalapeño poppers instead of a whole burger. I'm pretty sure they come in different boxes and are spelled significantly different. Did not realize until I got home that they gave me an incorrect order. Second time, missing a large fries. Third time, ordered a meal online and thankfully received the correct meal. Just to find out they forgot the three sauces I ordered and the drink machine ran out of syrup so the soda is buns. It seems like other people having a bad time at this Jack too so I would just drive to some other one or McDonalds because they really miss the mark on almost everything. read more

I ordered the following on the app- 2 FOR $6 BREAKFAST BURRITOS: GRANDE SAUSAGE BREAKFAST BURRITO- NO Cheese Sauce. MEAT LOVERS BREAKFAST BURRITO- NO Ham. Add-Sriracha Sauce & Ketchup. The sausage burrito was correct BUT the meat lovers wasn't! If you look at the photo it has beans! How did it end up in my burrito, if it's not offered to begin with? Was it one of the employees breakfast? Also, it had ham which I didn't choose! I wanted sausage and bacon which wasn't included! I'll never order from here again! Lastly, I filled out a contact form on their website at https://www.jackinthebox.com/contact so that my experience will be escalated. read more

This Jack in The Box is terrible. We ordered 4 chicken wraps and the moment they handed them to us they were extremely cold. The stupid cashier said that it's because it's cold outside but it was 60 degrees Fahrenheit and is impossible for them to become cold in 5 seconds. On top of that , we ordered curly fries and jalepenos and didn't receive them even though we were charged for them. They said that they didn't hear us but it they didn't then why did they charge us for them? The cashier and the entire staff was very unhelpful and rude. Never eating here ever again. Worst fast food experience of my life. The cherry on top was that they didn't even give us a receipt. Never eat here ever again. Go to any other Jack in The Box except this one. read more

Can't say many good things about the food. Jack changed the quality of their burgers. I pick up from Chili's now. Service is so bad I started taking videos with my kids when we go through the drive-thru because I have to repeat myself all the time and correct the order for them. I don't speak softly. Oh make sure you check for straws, napkins and ask for condiments. Often times they are missing. read more

Two of us walked in to order. After a few minutes, none of the three or more employees had acknowledged us... so I left.

What can I say? Not sure if I will lose weight or gain weight and spend more during this shutdown but on Tuesday we were hungry and the family decided it'd be best to not allow the mom to cook so this was where we decided to go. I can't remember everyone's orders but the total came to a little over $43. All I know was that he wanted 2 tacos w/o lettuce and a Sprite whilst I ordered their ultimate cheese burger and a box of their loaded mini tacos. I didn't realize it until now that I was not given their dipping sauce (creamy avocado lime sauce). I eat more than the 3 guys that ordered but it's OK because.. gains. Thankful that they were opened during this time. Whether or not the food was great, greasy, or whatever you have to appreciate that we have the freedom to still go out and get food (carryout, delivered). The ultimate cheese burger is small but still delicious as I remembered. I enjoyed the box of mini tacos... if they topped it off w/ sour cream, cilantro, and their dipping sauce then it would have been superb. read more

I've been eating more fast food than usual while my kitchen is currently out of commission. Jack in the Box is close to my house and I've utilized their drive through a bunch recently. I usually get a chicken tender combo but I just tried their Ranch Chicken Club (no cheese) combo. Sometimes I'll get curly fries, but I usually opt for regular fries with their buttermilk dipping sauce. One plus for Jack in the Box is that they serve Coca-Cola products. I've had a couple of instances where the chicken tenders weren't fully cooked in the middle. That's never a good thing, but obviously for convenience sake, it hasn't deterred me. read more

I've been coming here for over 15 years maybe even 20.....tell me why would you have online ordering open and lock up so People cant pick up their ORDER AHEAD OF TIME ORDERS. It's 8pm and the drive thru line is so long it's in the street. I ordered ahead online so I can quickly pick it up. What's up with that? Turn off online orderin. I'm pissed I wasted my money and now I'll have to waste my time. No where does it say closed inside at EIGHT PM !!!!!!! So my food is on the counter I see it looking through the door. My shakes are melting food getting cold...turn off online ordering or put up a sign saying drive thru only. Makes no sense. UPDATE: I called from the door hoping to get my order and the gentleman on duty said and I QUOTE "nOt my FUCKING problem use the FUCKING window" I work in the food biz and have for over 18!years. I was polite even though I was frustrated. I can not believe how rude YOU ARE when you locked the doors. I'm trying to get his name but I'll leave with this...it's Sunday December 19 at 8:23 pm. Good when you're high af or drunk af. Cheap af. Munchie boxes shmack. You know what it is.

Zero stars- went last night waited in drive thru for 40 mins only for them to tell me at the window that the cook premade the chicken mix that goes into the teriyaki bowl with teriyaki sauce (I asked for no teriyaki sauce) that's a lie because I actually used to work at Jack in the box and they do not mix the chicken with the sauce until you order it. What actually happened was they did not pay attention or didn't feel like making my teriyaki bowl without the sauce and then the manager at the drive thru spoon feed me lies !!! They already made the bowl and expected me to buy it. As I said as a kid I worked at a Jack in the box and I know that the mix isn't premade with the sauce already mixed in. Never retuning here again. Especially because of the manager's attitude and lies. I get home open my bag and I have 2 tacos and a medium fry in a large fry box‍‍‍ needless to say my uncomfortable, in pain hungry ass was mad as fuck!
