The employees are very friendly but unfortunately, there is an extremely long way every time we come. You are no longer able to go into the location. Amber was unprofessional and childish. Made my food wrong and instead of just fixing it she said I could "take it up with corporate" and got irate. I also have diabetes and had given myself a shot for the food I ordered and thought I received. When told this she refused to give me my money or the food still. (The cops and ambulance had to be called just so I wouldn't pass out from low blood sugar.) Only when an ambulance emt went inside and bought that same sandwhich I had previously ordered with his own money did they make it correctly and I was finally able to eat. I ordered a combo through the app and then when I went to pick it up they didn't have my order. I tried to talk to the employee regarding if she had it or not and she just kept yelling at me to drive up. Most jack n the box drive thru's I go through are very slow, the food is smashed or thrown in the bag, and the service is bad. At this location with a full line of cars at 9pm, my sandwich is beautifully made, the line moved very quick and the service was outstanding. My husband and I went to this location for dinner this evening for a family of four. While ordering the cashier continued to cut us off and ask if we were "done". When I told him we had more to order he sounded irritated. When we finished our order and pulled up to the window "Q" the manager took our money and handed the one bag packed to the brim. (Like, they couldn't use two bags considering we ordered 4 burgers, 3 orders of tacos, and a fry). We asked the manager for LOTS of ranch. We would not have batted an eye if he would have told us at the window it cost extra for extra ranch but he did not say a thing and tossed the ranch in the bag like it was an inconvenience. We started to drive off and realized there were only 3 in the bag for a family of four. So my husband went back in and asked nicely for a few more. Q told him he could only give him one per order of tacos even though we did order fries as well. Fine. When we got home we realized that they had mishandled the food completely. The burgers were hardly wrapped and falling out and one order of the tacos were placed inside the OTHER taco in the wrapper. My husband was so upset with the service and the manner we found our food. He went back to the location to ask for new tacos and he was met with a rude attitude and asked to leave over just advising that there was a problem with our food and the service. We will NEVER go back to this location and I will be using the power of word of mouth to ensure no one I know will ever go to this location again. I tried calling the next day starting from the open time all the way to close in time and no one ever answered the phone I went up there a couple days after the situation, because I was never able to get in touch with them and two managers are are offering no resolution. Manager 1 said that manager 2 who was there that day and we manager 2 came up he said that he was not there. I noticed when I was there it was no organization at all. Music was playing very loud. Some employees were dancing not really working. I gave the manager my number to give it to the GM because they told me the GM would be in the next day and I never received a call . Do not go to this location. The food was nasty and very cold. PLEASE BE WARNED!!! I stopped by the drive thru last night after church for a quick meal w/ my family. We ordered to buttery burgers, 2 tacos, curly fries, reg fry, & 2 drinks for $20. When I got home 4 mins later to eat, the fries tasted stale, the burgers were disgusting and dry, and they forgot my 2 tacos. After trying to force feed myself this junk, I called the night manager to inform them of the issue. He told me to come in the next day for a replacement order & he was sorry for the inconvenience. It's the next day now.... I went in for my replacement order and THEY FORGOT MY TACOS AGAIN!!!! Shouldn't a business try to overly impress a patron when they messed up the 1st time? Then when I asked for my drinks, the manager had the nerve to say, "We're not going to give you replacement drinks, you have to pay for those... SERIOUSLY?!" --- I had to drive back up to the store after THEY FAILED, they forgot items in my bag AGAIN, then wanted me to pay for drinks.... After requesting to have my drinks again, they conceded, and replaced 1 out of 2. Then my children & I dined in. The fries were fresh, the tacos were stale, the bun on the burger was so stale I couldn't even force myself to eat it, the meat was over cooked, & the cheese was placed on top of the lettuce - wilting it to nothing. I'm not a fan of my food smelling like an ash tray. If you do not either, then you may want to stay way from this location. I ordered a Spicy Sriracha Burger, curly fries, and iced tea for lunch. When I got back to work to eat it, I instantly smelled cigarettes. I was so confused by where the smell was coming from. Once I took a sniff of the sourdough bread my burger was in between, I could tell that is where it was coming from! This makes me wonder if an employee or employees take their smoking breaks next to the stored sandwich buns. I really do not know what else it could be...
