First time at a jack in the box and will never come back. Worker was very rude at the window and I felt rushed ordering, everything that we wanted they either didn't have or was broken. We wanted mozzarella sticks and they said we couldn't have them unless we order a meal. Then we just ordered chicken strips and fries, they said to pull around and park in the front. We did the. Going through the drive-through. Someone comes on the speaker box. Because we are shortstaffed and they're only two of us. We cannot operate the drive-through today. We are only taking mobile and online orders only. To which my next thought was, if the drive-through is closed, why are you using the drive-through headset. My next question is does it take two people to make one cheeseburger? Immediately followed by I could order online 40 things. But I can't order a single cheeseburger. Ok. I absolutely love Jack n the box. So when my daughter and I got to go yesterday, we were quite excited. She ordered 2 tacos and jalapeño poppers, and I order chicken nuggets and curly fries. It was quite busy, around 1245 on a Thursday. They seemed to be overwhelmed and people were waiting some time for their orders. We were inside. I'm not sure how the drive thru was going. We waited about 20 mins but we didn't mind. Her order came up first and they called about 5-10 minutes later for my order. No big deal. It tasted ok nothing great this time.i usually get the chicken strips so I wasn't very happy about the nuggets. They seemed soggy. My fries were wrong (as I ordered curly) so I did have to wait for those to be replaced. All in all it was not great but it wasn't bad... That's until last night. I had a horrible case of diarrhea, and it is still lingering. I also had some nausea. Today my daughter informed me that she has had diarrhea all day. This is not good. I did not have any of her tacos, but we did share the poppers, fries and chicken nuggets. I don't know what happened, maybe things were undercooked because they were trying to hurry, or maybe something went in bad. I don't know but I am skeptical to go to this location again. First, the tall employee with curly hair working the front and going through orders today was great. He was so polite, nice, and made sure everyone was taken care of. The food was fresh and so good! Man, this store is hit or miss, between train wreck employees or ever try to get a milkshake from any Jack. In the Box in all of soco after dark forget it, even in June it's like they always say that they are cleaning it for the night. Ok so just so you know, you don't clean it till after close. When I worked food service, if a customer called and wanted an order of wings 2 mins till close and it was going to take me 20 mins to cook the wings, guess what, I still had to make the f-ing wings!!!
