Stop by for a quick meal. The lady at the front told me about their new promotion for a keychain. Of course, I ended up getting that meal, and I love the keychain. Great job by the staff to inform me of the promotion. Food was good, the inside of the restaurant was very clean, which was nice. It was fairly quiet...Besides the background music. I guess one of the drawbacks was the soda machine was not working correctly. I could not get Cherry Coke. read more

Ordered lunch on the appt. Was greeted as soon as I walked in to get my order. My order was packaged and ready for pick up upon arrival. No wait, no fuss, easy lunch pick up with plenty of time to get back to work to enjoy my lunch. My order was packaged perfectly with all the needed utensils. 9/19 7:23pm just got my order of tacos and fries. I guess people like to eat with no condiments. Ketchup and taco sauce should be automatic. Like wtf read more

having to wait in a long line just for our order to be wrong then going back to fix it got told there's no such thing as a jr chicken sandwich meal apparently. it's on the menu . it got approved for it to be ordered in the first place. overall they need to have better communication and understanding with these types of things. read more

I should have read the reviews before stopping here. Let's start by saying the Ultimate cheeseburger I got was delicious. Best I've had in a long time. However, it ended there. Ordered a 3 pc jalapeño poppers with ranch. Didn't get the ranch. The poppers were gross. Fries were cold and somehow overcooked. Customer service was ok. There was a bag of food outside of the drive thru window. Kind of weird. read more

Lady in the front, was extremely disrespectful!; Waited 20 minutes just for them to ask, what are you waiting for you already got your stuff. Just to be completely wrong and had my order not even started and not on the screen due to them skipping by my order. read more

i never leave a bad review, but the two times that ive been, ive only ordered the monster shake. both times have taken atleast 30 minutes and when i finally got my shake, it was completely melted both times. (it wasnt busy at all) im going to give the benefit of the doubt because i know that mistakes happen. read more

ordered a ultimate cheeseburger and requested it to be "cook to order" only for the scrawny black girl on the mic says, "NO, NO EVERYTHING IS ALREADY FRESH" and said it very rudely ghetto and unprofessional. some of us work long and hard shifts compared to fast food, and all we want is some food, but instead of feeding the community you agreed to feed according to your job application when you applied, it is your mere duty to serve the customer and provide quality hospitality and customer service. the tacos my friend ordered as well has little to no lettuce and the lettuce was old with red brown stains on the leafs. the ambience does not look friendly with the night crew treating their night customers in such a disgusting manner, and must be held accountable and either fired or retrained. food was okay 5/10 for "NO NO EVERYTHING IS FRESH" i do not recommend this location unless you want to be verbally harassed and stared at with a mean mug read more

I think I've reviewed this place before and that is partially my fault for eating here again. Same old story different day. The employees are completely uninterested in customer service and the wait is just ridiculous along with the attitude of everyone working here. Just pathetic! read more

Terrible attitude at the window, as we were trying to check our order. The older blonde at the window was very frustrated with us and rushed us away. She scoffed when I didn't grab the drinks right away. We ended up leaving without part of our order. I called to complain and the young lady who answered the phone answered it like it was her house phone. read more

This is the closest one to my house and I get mixed feelings from this place. Sometimes my food is made fresh and comes out hot and made right. Other times, I'm given food that has been dried out, sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. It is literally hit or miss with this place. They do seem to be slower than other locations and I find that they don't always update the prices on the board. The late night wait to get food from here is bad, but it's bad for all late night places around this location. So it's just a rush late night and you're gonna wait for food. My largest disappointment of recent visits, curly fries could have been considered tooth picks more than fries. They were so dry, and dark. Like over fried or just sat out from being cooked many hours before. It's almost worth it to ask which is fresher before asking for regular or curly fries. But I guess it is what it is. If I want JITB, it's here or get something else. read more

This Jack-in-the-Box is none like the other this Jack-in-the-Box has horrible service horrible wait time and the food isn't even delicious. They got the order wrong and the workers were rude. I had high expectations for this place. But the expectations were not met. I found an eggshell inside of my sandwich. The tacos that I ordered separately were mixed together, and also my drink was flat. I do not recommend this place and I will never come here again. read more

3.5/5 Basic burgers but it's the best fast food burger by a long shot. Heard the customer service is abysmal at these locations but personally never experienced it. read more

They can never get the order right for some odd reason. No cheese no mustard. Is that so hard to ask for.

I just ordered in the drive through and my boyfriend got a large root beer with his meal. I had gotten a medium sprite, so when the lady at the window handed both our drinks they were the same size. He was supposed to get what we paid for, a large styrofoam cup. And when the lady came back to the window and we told her that we ordered a large root beer, and asked, "is this your large?" Holding his drink and she lies and says yes. Like just the other day he got the large styrofoam cup from this same location. Your worker lacks integrity. She lied to our faces and we were both dumbfounded by her answer when we could see the large styrofoam cup through the window, a full stack might I add. Anyways she skimmed me of my money even after I asked for clarification, and I hate to be the one customer, but I shouldn't have to ask what I paid for and get lied to, Thank you Morgan for my order at 11:02 p.m. through the drive thru read more

I have decided to stop coming to this Jack-in-the-Box, even though it is the closest one to my house. I'd rather drive an extra 15 minutes if I really want Jack-in-the-Box the service here is so slow. read more

I ordered through the application, got there and was told by Oscar that they had zero confirmation of my order! Checked bank account and the money had been withdrawn. I asked to speak with a manager, said manager wouldn't be in until the following morning. Asked to get a refund, said we would have to use the application to request a refund. There has to be a better and faster process to get these type of issues resolved other than " send an email through the application to file a complaint ". Terrible experience read more

One of employees with long hair has no hat or anything on her head so her hair falls in the food. Non of them even have gloves on. The service in drive through is so very slow as well...took 30 minutes to get mini munchies and two tacos. read more

Many times I have stopped at this location to grab a bite, unfortunately they are constantly out of product most times. Once or twice is almost forgivable but this is been the norm for a very long time. I've taken surveys and talked to the district managers, Jeremi K being the last one. He assured it wouldn't happen again, but it did, twice. Filled out the survey, called him to inform him. No contact from corporate or Jeremi. All I can say is don't eat here, they may not have what you want and they really dont care about you. Complaints don't matter to them. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. This location is only accepting cash but they don't put that information anywhere ahead of getting in the drive thru line. So once your in line and see that they aren't taking cards you are literally STUCK with no way to get back out of the line. You have to sit there and wait for all the cars ahead of you to clear out before you can leave. The employees are BEYOND rude about it. They are hateful and rude when it's a situation they caused. The manager has zero knowledge when it comes to providing customer service. There are many places they could put signs up to inform people well before they get in the line and they could ask the people who ordered to pull forward to allow those of us that didn't have cash on us to leave the line. I would never recommend this location to anyone and corporate will be notified!! read more

I've been to this location a couple times and they take FOREEEEVER, to make the simplest order. Drive-through is always long and slow moving so I stopped going to this location. It's been a year so I tried ordering Uber Eats from here. The delivery driver sat in line for 30 min for a 2 combo and a couple extra sides and drinks order. I see nothings changed in over a year. I don't know what corporate needs to do but there has been no change in at least a year. Their service is horrible and I won't try this place again. They need to tear it down and let the competition take that corner bc this Jack in the Box location is worthless. I tipped the driver extra for his troubles, it wasn't his fault this restaurant consistently sucks. Read the other reviews and you'll see it's a trend. read more

Omg, I ate there yesterday. My curly fries were stale and about an hour after I ate the $8.00 chicken pita combo i got severe diarrhea and haven't stopped yet. It's been 24 hours ish. Drove to Saginaw location because North Ftw location ice cream machine has been down and once we got there the drive through cashier (Graciela) was very rude and appeared to have never been taught manners! Worst customer service! We order two breakfast meals the order appears correct on the screen when we receive our order there is one sandwich that is completely wrong and both of them didn't have egg. Went to take them back talked to one person who was trying to help them the manager comes asked what was wrong while taking the receipt and crumpled it up after I had opened it to show that my order was wrong. The bad thing is three other orders were wrong and the took back fries and put the fries back in the cooker. Will never go back to this Jack In the Box read more

They only had two people working, I feel bad for those two guys because it was busy. They had such a great attitude even under their circumstances. Horrible drive thru service you will at least be sitting here for 12 minutes or more. I would not recommend coming here it's ridiculous

If I could give negative stars I would. They just suck. One car in the lot and a long line in drive thru. We finally get to order, 20 minutes later, just to be told shake machine is down. Fml cause now we're trapped with a car behind us. One car in front of us still took 15 minutes for one bag. This place is just the worst. But it is Jack In the Box after all. read more

I had to select a star in order to write a review but honestly this place doesn't even deserve one single star!!!! Seriously, this is the very WORST place!!!
