I wrote my 5 star review 3 years ago, I am back to say this place is still amazing with the best team! They are fast, professional, and super helpful in suggesting items to try when I stand there with a dumb look on my face. To me, the location is 10/10 would recommend! So here I am Recommending it. I hope this review helps, and I have you have a fantastic day. Thank you for reading and thank you, truly thank you for being you. read more

First off, the ambience inside the diner was horrible. Stifling heat in these hot conditions. Either the AC needs to be repaired or at least utilized. Customer service was sub par. I was ignored and not greeted by several employees behind the counter while waiting for service. Food was not packaged properly and scattered inside bag. I was hoping to enjoy my experience inside the diner to escape the heat outside of the restaurant. I was not even given a receipt. Disappointing visit and a waste of money. Please correct this behavior and the level of discomfort inside the establishment. From both the staff and physical comfort inside. Your employees need customer service training or not work with the public in general. I may return to see if any change has been implemented by upper managerial staff or the owner. This has been a local neighborhood restaurant for decades and it's too bad to the service and location deteriorate. read more

Under $10, Drive thru was a little slow delivering to window, but I think it was a staffing issue. Got the Munch Better meal, which was a Dbl Jr Jack with cheese, fries and drink, added 2 tacos for $2, Food is solid, cheese melted, burger bun fresh, And whatever mystery meat recipe is responsible for the Tacos, I dont wanna know, I just want to enjoy the treat that they are. read more

Jack in the Box - Burger , fries, tacos, also came with a drink - Burgers Near Me - Sacramento, California

Lovin' the new Smashed Sliders... Simple but pretty darn good. Still enjoying the classic tacos, curly fries, and jumbo jacks, too.

How does a fast food restaurant offer online deals but won't let you order the deals online it is barely 7:00pm. What a joke! And then my husband pulls up to their location and tell them I tried to do an online deal for pick up and guess what they said online only. Well we tried that. Terrible advertising. False advertising. read more

Jack in the Box - This is how they get you. When you tried putting an order online for pickup. Not accepting any orders right... - Burgers Near Me - Sacramento, California

I've been going to this restaurant since I was around 5 years old I really never had too many issues occasionally they would mess up the occasional order but it was very seldom and the food was always very good the only thing I was wondering and this is probably the wrong place but why does nobody put Health scores online supposedly all these places are regulated by Health departments but yet I have to go to the physical address and look for a posted sign that gives me the score read more

They literally ran out of regular fries. RAN OUT OF FRIES!?!? Whoever was in charge of ordering inventory needs t be written up. You're a fast food joint. How? How do you run out of regular fries??? A staple of your menu??? ‍ read more

This locations service was terrible!! I went to the drive-thru around 10pm with my family and the worker was incredibly rude, and rushed my order as if he was annoyed I was ordering for 5. He wasn't answering any my questions and had ZERO patience. When I pulled up to the window, they had my food just sitting there bagged, for TEN minutes! We eventually drove off because of how long they took to prepare our order. We paid close to $60 to receive terrible service and no food. Very disappointed in the service I received tonight, and will not be returning for awhile! Management, please remind your employees what customer service and quality checking is!! read more

Stopped by to get some classic Jack in the box. It's truly sad to see what fast food service has become, it feels like it's a problem when customers show up, bad customer service. No receipt with purchase. Wrong order. Getting paid 20 bucks an hour and still can't get the job done correctly read more

Asked for two tiny tacos, not two SUPREME tacos. I feel as though if someone wanted supreme they would say supreme, literally ridiculous.

I've been here a few times lately. The ultimate cheeseburger is delicious. Today I ordered the breakfast sourdough. I asked for extra crispy bacon and they delivered it with zero hesitation. Great customer service and always delicious. It does feel a class above other fast food restaurants. Large menu and everything is always good :) read more

Went to thos place on the way home and Horrible!!!! did not receive my 4 tacos and mini churros

Was in the mood for a sourdough Jack. The place seemed quiet and no line in the drive thru. I placed my order and paid. It seemed a long time to get my burger but they had to make it right then I assume since it tasted great. It totally fit the bill and my craving was gone. I know who craves this but I did. read more

Has its own parking lot with a decent number of spaces. I would advise being careful backing out since some drivers zoom through. Relatively clean interior with plenty of indoor seating. Almost completely empty at the lunch hour on a rainy weekday. Hand sanitizer dispenser on the wall, and the staff do not wear masks. I mobile-ordered the mega munchie box, two tacos, and some chicken sandwiches. The ETA was 8-10 minutes, which seems like a generic estimate based on previous experiences using their app; I arrived a bit later to allow extra time for the large order, and everything was already bagged up to go on arrival. The mega munchie box is a good deal, considering everything separately would cost more. However, the quality is a bit lacking, and the food doesn't retain its heat well. The mini tacos taste good, but only the edges are crunchy. The filling makes the taco shell especially oily and soft. The chicken nuggets were slightly warm but tasted okay. The curly fries were room temperature and soggy. The taste of everything gets old after a while, so sauces are a must. I would recommend requesting different types of sauce, in addition to the ranch and avocado lime dips that you already get in the box. The regular tacos don't have much filling but taste decent. Can't really complain since it's a good value at 2 for $0.99. The customer service was good. The ketchup packets, extra sauces, and utensils were all there, in a separate bag. I would go to this location again, but maybe try some other menu items. read more

I may be addicted to Jack in the Box. Something about this place makes my heart scream of joy. Recently stopped by for lunch, and my cheeseburger and fries were absolutely delicious. I didn't catch her name but the Asian lady at the drive through was also very nice and helpful. Already looking forward to my next fast food run. Come to Jack to satisfy your cravings! read more

Man I went to jack in the box and Ervin is the one that helped me. Great customer service skills and very nice. I went around 2am but all the other times I went the other workers are rude ass hell but Ervin was definitely on top of his A game. This dude deserves a raise or a promotion or something. read more

Garbage food. Fries are cold. They messed the order up. Didnt give us straws, when we asked for extra boba in our drink they just handed us a boba packet. We were supposed to get curly fries. They gave us regular fries and only half a container of curly fries. Im not going to this location ever again and i am contacting corportate and filing a complaint. This happens EVERY TIME we come here. GARBAGE WORKERS. GARBAGE MANAGEMENT. GARBAGE FOOD. THE WHOLE BUILDING SHOULD BE TORN DOWN! read more

Drive thru is a hit or miss and it's more miss. If you want your food quick and not wait longer then you have too. Go to a different location especially at night. During the day is fine you can go in. Drive thru is a nightmare. read more

There is a lady there that's been working there a long time dark brown or black hair, and every single solitary time I come there she's rude. She should have better customer service skills and not make the customer feel like they can't ask questions. Maybe they don't understand the way you're explaining it. read more

Been here a few times now and the workers make it look like they are closed so no traffic tolls through. When I have received service, we got extremely old chicken sandwiches which we literally could not bite through and had to toss. Too many strikes. Never returning read more

HORRIBLE Customer Service, HORRIBLE food! The person who we placed our order to was giving us attitude for HER getting OUR order wrong and when we told her she got it wrong she yelled "next time speak louder!". She's indian. With the cost of fast food we should expect to at least get quality. I ordered a chicken sandwich not the top of their menu sandwich just a value one as I have always loved it. I always get it with no lettuce and Swiss cheese. To my surprise the chicken patty was burnt with Mayo and cheese on it. I should have went back to get it remade read more

Says it's open 24/7 But I arrived at 3:45 am (just got off work) 3rd in line at the drive through. The two vehicles in front of me ordered their food and are waiting to pay and get their stuff. It's my turn to order and the girl on the intercom tells me they're closed and that this is around the time they close. Despite it being a 24 hour location. Mind you, there are two vehicles in line to pay and receive their food and one of them is at the window. Very confused. Not going back. False advertisement. read more

wanted to try the birria loaded tacos but it was just awful and dry. it only came with lettuce... no cheese or taco sauce as advertised and I didn't receive the birria sauce like requested. also got the loaded wedges and everything fell out the box and into the bag. why does every jack in the box suck :( yall already got your raises lol read more

If you could give zero stars I would give it twice. This location had a tyrannical younger black man with one dread lock in the back of his head at the drive thru last night. He was rude to everyone that came to the line. He admitted to having an attitude and instructed me to hurry up and order so he could hurry up and get this shit over with. His attitude continued to the window where he continued to be rude. He hurled profanity and other insults and insisted that he didn't give a f*ck. I highly recommend this location revisiting the cameras from last night because he was horrible and likely to cause a lawsuit against the company. This was a horrible experience, I'll NEVER order at this location again. There's a Carl's Jr. two blocks down. To make things worse I tried calling to speak with the manager and the Hispanic girl on the phone refused to tell me when a manager would be there. She refused to tell me the name or store number until I threatened to add her to the review. I still haven't received a call and I know they have my number because she hung up on me and I called back repeatedly until I got a call back from her. I don't know if she was trying to protect her coworker or what but that's not protocol. The whole experience was horrible I hope no one else has to be subjected to the young boy and his rudeness and disrespect because he has an attitude as he put it. To make things worse we left without the food. Didn't want anything from him or the establishment. I feel an in person boycott from women coming on. I mean if this is how they let their employees treat people, especially women patronizing their store, we might as well let them know it's not ok and we will let everyone know. read more

Worst carls. The wrap promotiom says 2 wraps for $6. I ordered one of each flavor. They charged $2.69 each. When asked about 2 for $6. They said i have to tell them i want the 2 for $6 promotional deal to get it. That there is different button for the promotion. Still doesnt make sense. They did not give a refund for the overcharged price. I wonder how much extra $ they make when people dont notice the overcharged price. read more

Hate to do this, but this is probably the sh*ttiest fast food joint in Sacramento. I like their curly fries and that they're open really late (that's why I keep coming back), but service has always been super bad. What's wrong with these people? Why hasn't management done sh*t about this? Even trying to be nice, you get nowhere with them. Just miserable people hating life. And it's pretty unhealthy for someone to handle food with 5" nails. Tacky and gross. Please re-train your employees. They don't know any better. Placed an app order, went inside, waited, waited, and waited, and then they finally informed I'd have to pick it up through drive-thru. The app said to go in and pick it up. Waited an additional 15 minutes. Almost half an hour for 2 burgers and curly fries. Crappy experience as always. read more

Food was cold; after I was waiting for prep. Couldn't order at the drive thru...system was down.

Every time I go here past 2am their system is down. Today went there at 450 am. Was told they were closed even though they are open 24hrs and their open sign was on. Lady working told me they open in 10 minutes. I waited cause it's the only place "open" near me. Pull up to order after 5am and now their system is down. Of course it is. This location is a joke. Not the first time I wasted my time trying to order food at this place but it is my last. read more

I understand that it's 4am but when your sign says open in drive thru and then you don't allow anyone to order anything that's extremely frustrating. We get the location !! it's meadowview!!! so instead of telling your people in the drive thru it's "mobile orders or doordash only" how about turning the lights off and just closing all together since you don't want to serve anyone in drive thru like come on !!! if y'all that worried about being robbed CLOSE THE STORE !!!! read more

DO NOT BUY MILKSHAKES FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! They don't clean the ice cream machine. If you get a Milkshake that's got small litte balls in it, it's actually butter. The ice cream machine is constantly churning the cream. Overtime with neglect of not cleaning the machine, the substance starts to turn into butter. One of my friends used to work at Jack In The Box. She told me this. Stay the hell away from this Jack in the Box. Is there too lazy to clean an ice cream machine can you imagine what the rest of the place is like. read more

Rude snappy lady at the drive through must have had a bad night or hates working. Incredibly rude.

Lack of customer service and long wait times. This place is consistently worse than other Jack in the Box locations.

Okay, so the lady who was working drive through tonight, the skinny short lady with the raspy voice, I think she is the night shift manager, the rude one, seemed to be SICK. We're in the middle of a PANDEMIC. Why the F is she working with peoples food?? Obviously I don't know what she has but that's why I'm concerned. I went back around to the drive through speaker to ask if anyone was sick because I was nervous to eat my food and they lied and said "No one is sick. We're not allowed to work if we're sick." Then why was she congested and why did she wipe her nose right in front of me with her hand?? I hope it was just an itch. DISGUSTING. read more
