First off, the ambience inside the diner was horrible. Stifling heat in these hot conditions. Either the AC needs to be repaired or at least utilized. Customer service was sub par. I was ignored and not greeted by several employees behind the counter while waiting for service. Food was not packaged properly and scattered inside bag. I was hoping to enjoy my experience inside the diner to escape the heat outside of the restaurant. I was not even given a receipt. Disappointing visit and a waste of money. Please correct this behavior and the level of discomfort inside the establishment. From both the staff and physical comfort inside. Your employees need customer service training or not work with the public in general. I may return to see if any change has been implemented by upper managerial staff or the owner. This locations service was terrible!! I went to the drive-thru around 10pm with my family and the worker was incredibly rude, and rushed my order as if he was annoyed I was ordering for 5. He wasn't answering any my questions and had ZERO patience. When I pulled up to the window, they had my food just sitting there bagged, for TEN minutes! We eventually drove off because of how long they took to prepare our order. We paid close to $60 to receive terrible service and no food. Has its own parking lot with a decent number of spaces. I would advise being careful backing out since some drivers zoom through. Relatively clean interior with plenty of indoor seating. Almost completely empty at the lunch hour on a rainy weekday. Hand sanitizer dispenser on the wall, and the staff do not wear masks. I mobile-ordered the mega munchie box, two tacos, and some chicken sandwiches. The ETA was 8-10 minutes, which seems like a generic estimate based on previous experiences using their app; I arrived a bit later to allow extra time for the large order, and everything was already bagged up to go on arrival. The mega munchie box is a good deal, considering everything separately would cost more. However, the quality is a bit lacking, and the food doesn't retain its heat well. The mini tacos taste good, but only the edges are crunchy. The filling makes the taco shell especially oily and soft. The chicken nuggets were slightly warm but tasted okay. The curly fries were room temperature and soggy. The taste of everything gets old after a while, so sauces are a must. I would recommend requesting different types of sauce, in addition to the ranch and avocado lime dips that you already get in the box. The regular tacos don't have much filling but taste decent. Can't really complain since it's a good value at 2 for $0.99. The customer service was good. The ketchup packets, extra sauces, and utensils were all there, in a separate bag. If you could give zero stars I would give it twice. This location had a tyrannical younger black man with one dread lock in the back of his head at the drive thru last night. He was rude to everyone that came to the line. He admitted to having an attitude and instructed me to hurry up and order so he could hurry up and get this shit over with. His attitude continued to the window where he continued to be rude. He hurled profanity and other insults and insisted that he didn't give a f*ck. I highly recommend this location revisiting the cameras from last night because he was horrible and likely to cause a lawsuit against the company. This was a horrible experience, I'll NEVER order at this location again. There's a Carl's Jr. two blocks down. To make things worse I tried calling to speak with the manager and the Hispanic girl on the phone refused to tell me when a manager would be there. She refused to tell me the name or store number until I threatened to add her to the review. I still haven't received a call and I know they have my number because she hung up on me and I called back repeatedly until I got a call back from her. I don't know if she was trying to protect her coworker or what but that's not protocol. DO NOT BUY MILKSHAKES FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! They don't clean the ice cream machine. If you get a Milkshake that's got small litte balls in it, it's actually butter. The ice cream machine is constantly churning the cream. Overtime with neglect of not cleaning the machine, the substance starts to turn into butter. One of my friends used to work at Jack In The Box. I walk in from the neighborhood behind J in the B. Although the business hours say 6am to 9pm, I often encounter locked doors. They direct me to the drive through. Today, 10/06/22 at 3pm it was 90 degrees out. Are they seriously suggesting I get in line between the SUV and the RAM pickup?
