We like visiting this location when we wanna snack. Right now they are celebrating their 75th birthday. Every day they have something different to offer customers on their app for a special birthday price. A few days ago it was two tacos for $.75. And just a day ago it was a sourdough jack for $5.99. We like this particular location because they always have our food ready on time. We order through the mobile app. It's hot and the employees are friendly. We like getting there tacos, especially as a late night snack. We have noticed several Jack in the Box locations have closed throughout the Phoenix area. We sure hope this one doesn't. I feel like this location is one of the friendliest and most consistent when it comes to delivering service and quality. Thank you! read more

I went through the drive-through. The wait time was a little bit longer than I expected. Other than that. I got my food, but I noticed that the windows to pick up your food. We're all dirty. I guess from the dust storm, but they should clean it in the counter, cause it looks too much dirt. read more

Jack in the Box - Fast Food Near Me - Queen Creek, Arizona

Yes I realize it's fast food and no I don't expect a high-end meal or service. That being said I've eaten at Jack in the box for many years, including this location, probably 50 times. With a busy morning I just wanted to throw some food in me and not have to worry about cooking and cleaning up a mess. This location is close to me and I hadn't been here in a while. In the past ultimate breakfast sandwiches have been pretty good despite their nutrition. It's basically seven dollars now and honestly it's one of the worst sandwiches I've ever eaten in my life. The eggs tasted like the most recently they could've been made was 4 AM, which is five hours ago, the cheese I'm pretty certain is not cheese, the bun was stale and I don't know if there's never been condiments on it, but it was dry and nothing on it. Terrible breakfast and a waste of my time other than the fact I'm not hungry anymore. Pretty disappointed... read more

Person in front of me ordered their food took a long time when it came my turn and drive-through. I sat there for literally over five minutes, went back-and-forth, trying to get someone's attention. No one ever came on so I left literally pulled out of the drive-through and they took the guys order behind me. Absolutely worst service ever and they just stand around doing nothing. read more

Second time this week i've got the wrong order. and my food is always cold. how hard is it to get my order correctly?

I went there to pick my order and waited at the drive thru for five minutes with no response. I went in and same story. I was stopped by some customers in their car just waiting telling me good luck they were waiting for over 20 minutes. They might as well shut it down if they can't find people to run it. It's embarrassing for the brand. read more

There was the most unprofessional man named Adrienne and a girl with RED curly or frizzy hair who was a bigger girl in her 20s(only for context because no name tag) this girl was awful and just kept saying ohhh adirenne ohhh adrienne (thats how i know his name) they looked like they were flirting so hard and gross. Meanwhile there was a girl with purple hair looked like she was cooking and getting orders at the same time while this red head didnt know how to do anything and we had to wait forever because she was to busy with her precious adrian. Adrian was lazy and gross looking. I felt like bad there was no one else working but the young girl. I wont go back. read more

I went to this location on 10-3-23 around 6:15PM. The restaurant was empty. No customers or staff to be seen. I stood at the counter for a few minutes and still no employees. The restaurant smelled like sewage and skunk. All of the trash cans in this place were overflowing. Eventually all of the staff members filed out of the back of the restaurant. I'm pretty sure they were smoking marijuana. The food was a decent price and was delivered promptly once the staff members finally came up to me, which was the only good part of this experience. read more

This Jack sets the bar. I love Jack and so I visit often. In fact this is the 2nd time today. Service is on point. Very friendly staff and it starts with the manager. Consistent service throughout the restaurant. The food was cooked to order and was great. I went to another Jack in the box earlier today who was competing with McDonalds on the amount of trips it takes through the drive thru to get your full order. Kudos to this restaurant and the leadership team! read more

Went through the drive-thru the person (Carmen according to my receipt) that took my order kept cutting me off when I was trying to place my order. I couldn't get a word out with her saying "And?" "And?" Then she let out a big sigh and said "WHAT ELSE?" I was behind 4 cars, it took a long time. I didn't mind waiting when it was my turn the window was wide open I sat there for a few minutes and another girl walked up and said "I'm sorry I don't know where she went" when I got my food the large curly fries were half empty mixed with regular fries, hard and cold. The burgers were luke warm, tacos were stale. For the outrages price of $41.14 for the food the person taking your order could at least be polite and not receive absolute garbage for food. You are better off going to a different location. read more

Jack in the Box - Fast Food Near Me - Queen Creek, Arizona

Ordered online for inside pick up. I have to say the employees were very helpful and they made me feel like I was important! They made sure that I had everything I needed before I left the restaurant. Will recommend everyone to this location! Thank you for making sure that my order was correct and complete! read more

Their service is terrible. They get orders wrong frequently. They're always behind even when there is only one customer. UPDATE: We ordered an item that was supposed to have no cheese (since I have a strong allergy to dairy, not a lactose intolerance). This person tried to argue with us to just take off the cheese, which was melted to the food. She was huffing and puffing the whole time like she was inconvenienced to do her job. It took them an hour to resolve this issue. All we wanted was a refund. read more

Last time we went to this location our tacos were greasy and soft. This time the pita was like cardboard. I think someone needs to start quality control. Don't think I will go back in a long time read more

I've never had a bad experience at this location. The food is always fresh and tastes great and the lines always go smoothly even though they're usually busy (unlike some others I've been too). You can't really go wrong with JITB whether it's in the morning for a breakfast jack or for a late night munchy meal. read more

Why do I keep coming here? I think, maybe it will be different this time. It wasn't... It wasn't different. In the drive through I was asked to park out front. After 27 minutes I went in and had to stand at the counter while the employees ignored me only to finally be "greeted" with: you want a refund too? Yeah duh lady. Kept the OJ's as payment for my time! read more

Waited in the drive through for 27 minutes for some eggrolls. Food was fine, but wait time was completely ridiculous. I was on my lunch break and spent my entire half hour waiting. They could have moved the truck to the front and brought out their order when it was done instead of blocking four of us other cars into the drive through. Especially for those of us with smaller orders. read more

There were six people working here and it wasn't very busy but every table was dirty and all the trash cans were full. I asked them to clean a table and you would have thought I cussed them out. So ridiculous! read more

They seem to always be closed for maintenance when you go later at night. 24/7 is definitely not true. Don't waste your time driving over. It's more like "when I feel like it". read more

Drive thru order for the Sauced and Loaded Spicy Triple Cheese fries, and medium seasoned curly fries... waited way too long to receive and drive thru line was getting crazy long.. Customers service is horrible. I got off work and tried to get some food. Waited for 10 minutes no answer. I try calling them to see if they're open. Never answered the phone. Possibly sleeping. read more

Absolutely horrible! They ignored us for 10 mins just to continue talking. The store looks horrible ( from what I can see from drive thru window ). They also had us wait to have our order taken until they were ready. ( now we are at 15 ). After paying we are still waiting after a good 5-8 mins. Not sure what took them at the minimum 20 mins for two items. read more

To go order. Tacos were dripping with grease and inedible, threw 3 out of 4 out. Breakfast jack was made with two bun bottoms. Fried egg was rubbery and overcooked. 21292 E Ocotillo Rd Queen Creek, AZ 85142, They screwed up my order of three combo meals not once, not twice, but three times left the drive-through as per requested, sat in the parking lot and then left with soggy cold food, complained received an apology and a promise of a voucher by the owner, never received them, I hate a liar. Then this Saturday I went at 11.45 pm after working 13 hours very hungry, I drove up to the lite up menu on the drive-through to be told Sorry we only do DOORDASH no actual orders are being taken, WTF. No warning signs stating this, and why not an actual order. What is the world coming to, just online orders and DoorDash pick up's I guess the kickbacks from DoodDash must be well worth it, and F the drive-up customers. read more

I tried to order on the phone app and it was having problems. I decided to go through the drive through to tell the problem( my app deal would not register) to the order person. They do not know anything about the phone app. She did not even suggest to go inside and see the manager to help me out. I proceeded to go through pick up window and tell the window person the problem. He said the app was having problems- no offer to give me the same deal inside . He did not give any indications of helping me. They lost my business permanently!! read more

Thanks for putting lettuce on my tacos when I asked for NO Lettuce, appreciate it!!!!!!

Julie is an awesome worker here very helpful and willing to communicate I really appreciate this hospitality

Absolutely terrible service late at night when i'm just trying to get some food. the food was garbage and i know what i'm getting (jack in the box) but still i've had super good times here. The young lady that was working this night didn't use gloves or anything when handling my food and she had horrid customer service. It sucks but id rather go hungry then eat here again if i knew she was working read more

Food tasted good but it took a while to get it. At least 4 drive thru orders were served before me. The inside of the store was dirty and messy plus we had the pleasure of listening to the manager have a tantrum and swear about something. Also watch out for the floors, could cause a slip and fall accident. read more

Do not come here late at night early morning(it's 1:30am) white girl with red hair is extremely extremely rude every time. I thought it would it was maybe just a bad night but second time around same attitude. Just paid for one of the grossest Oreo shakes I've ever had. Some dude took my order while a girl with gauges and a girl with dreads made the nasty shake... I'll never go here again I was the only customer there too so it's not because they had anything else to do. Just pure laziness read more

This is the usual Jack-in-the-Box I go to. Like everything else is hit and miss whether the food is made well or not. When I placed my order and went to the window, they immediately asked me to pull around front and they bring my order out to me, I asked him why are they playing games? I know they're using a timer, so they get you out of the drive-through as fast as possible so it looks like they served you quickly - when they didn't. I told the lady through the drive-through. I didn't appreciate the games with the timer and I didn't want cold food. She said it wasn't her fault. It was higher management and I know that however they haven't been asking people to drive around until suddenly, they're starting that shit up again pull around or bring your food out to you! Well, they told the lady in back of me to pull around front also and I had to wait for my food until her food got cooked because they brought them out together! Why do I have to wait for somebody else's food to get cooked to get mine before it gets cold! Nobody cares! I think it's very sad and unprofessional to do this. And yes, my order was cold and I only live five minutes away! I was so angry! The manager of this place I don't see him much in there anymore but whoever they got replacing him or whatever they need to knock it off! Stop using that add a date time or bullshit. Nobody else minds waiting for good food at any of the locations, so why is Jack-in-the-Box being so dumb about it so needless to say, I probably won't go there anymore because I'm sick and tired of the bullshit, and you really should train your staff better, when you can keep them. Because I see new faces there all the time stop using the timer and making everybody pull around front and wait for their food to get cold! I honestly wanted to tell them no I'm gonna stay here till get my food, but I honestly was afraid they start messing with my food. So fucking sad. Stop using those dumb ass timers! So outdated disappointment disappointment shame on you guys. read more

I'm not sure why I try to be a nice person and give second chances. This visit on Tuesday 4/27/2021 I visited the drive thru. The only one in the drive thru and they asked me to pull to the front. I did, then 3 more cars were pulled up front from the drive thru, all which were behind me mind you. They all got brought out and served their food before me. When I went inside to get my food it was sitting on the shelf and it was cold. I was so frustrated and not in the mood to argue to wait for them to redo my food. I left and I will not be back. I'll drive the extra miles to go to the other one near San Tan Valley if I even want Jack in the box ever again. read more

Have made a few attempts over the last couple of weeks at this location to get food. They have yet to get an order correct. Either not delivering the correct food or shorting us food, it is maddening! Will drive an extra 3 miles to another location next time I am in the mood for J Box... read more

This is the 1st time we tried the Breakfast meals at this Queen Creek location. It was Great on every level. The food was prepared Hot, Fresh and Appetizing. The Biscuit was fresh and so was the egg cheese and bacon. The breakfast burrito was Huge and filled with great fresh ingredients. Also, came with Hot fresh coffee and hash browns. I was compelled to write a review of positives, as I felt it was justified. When all you usually see and write about are the negatives of any restaurant or business. Also, note the customer service courteous, and quick. It was a very busy location so that was also good to note. The lobby was very clean and orderly also. So we would definitely be back, and I would definitely recommend this location. read more
