I came here with a crony and we were the only ones in the dine in area. I had to go to the cashier and say "Hello" multiple times because the workers were hiding in the back doing nothing. When I did get service, I got a Spicy Chicken and two tacos. Without coupons, a Spicy Chicken sandwich would've cost $7.29. We had to walk around until we finally found a table that was actually clean. The spicy chicken sandwich was of below average quality but I felt that the tacos were of slightly average quality. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. I created a Yelp account just to share. In a nutshell, I ordered a chicken sandwich combo through doordash and when it showed up is was just a bun, no chicken. I retraced my steps and realized that the app was a little ambiguous and that I had inadvertently ordered it that way. Only annoyed at this point, I call store 3 times and nobody answers. I get in my car and drive up there, only to be told by cashier that there's nothing they can do about it. Keep in mind that they have already charged me $15 for a bun, fries and soft drink. It wasn't like I inadvertently ordered a burger through the app and I actually meant to order a chicken sandwich, or accidentally ordered a strawberry shake and meant to order chocolate. I wasn't asking them to make something completely different or replace an item, just asking for the chicken that they left off my sandwich, and that they charged me full price for. Cashier refused to help, said there was nothing he could do. He reluctantly called store manager (Yolanda) who backed him up and refused to provide a stupid chicken patty. The night girl is so far beyond rude, the kitchen is filthy & not at all sanitary and there's ALWAYS some sort of issue...the system is down, they closed early, they can only take cash (I wonder how many employee pockets that's filling ), it takes 20+ minutes to clear 2 cars, the milkshake machine is down, they're out of something, the list goes on and on. Luckily, this time, I decided to open my sandwich to ensure that everything was on it. Well, guess what I found! VERY CLEARLY expired/moldy tomatoes (see attached photos).
