Fast food place so it is what it is. The place has always been clean when I am there but lunch is crowded so yes things can get messy as with any other place. Drive through is my prefered method and is always fast and easy transaction with no order errors. I love the chicken sourdough club and the curly fries. Overall, their hustling to get the food out, made for a short wait being 3rd in line... good crew laughing, and having fun making this a very pleasant experience for us. I came here with a crony and we were the only ones in the dine in area. I had to go to the cashier and say "Hello" multiple times because the workers were hiding in the back doing nothing. When I did get service, I got a Spicy Chicken and two tacos. Without coupons, a Spicy Chicken sandwich would've cost $7.29. We had to walk around until we finally found a table that was actually clean. The spicy chicken sandwich was of below average quality but I felt that the tacos were of slightly average quality. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. I created a Yelp account just to share. In a nutshell, I ordered a chicken sandwich combo through doordash and when it showed up is was just a bun, no chicken. I retraced my steps and realized that the app was a little ambiguous and that I had inadvertently ordered it that way. Only annoyed at this point, I call store 3 times and nobody answers. I get in my car and drive up there, only to be told by cashier that there's nothing they can do about it. Keep in mind that they have already charged me $15 for a bun, fries and soft drink. It wasn't like I inadvertently ordered a burger through the app and I actually meant to order a chicken sandwich, or accidentally ordered a strawberry shake and meant to order chocolate. I wasn't asking them to make something completely different or replace an item, just asking for the chicken that they left off my sandwich, and that they charged me full price for. Cashier refused to help, said there was nothing he could do. He reluctantly called store manager (Yolanda) who backed him up and refused to provide a stupid chicken patty. This location is a mile from my house and I've been here dozens of times, but after tonight I will never eat here ever again. We used to go to this Jack in the Box at least once a week for tacos. As time has gone on, the tacos have gotten worse and worse, until we basically are eating just a shell with no filling. Other Jack in the Boxes continue to load their tacos, but this one unfortunately does not.
