Visited on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at about 11pm. Drove up to the drive-thru window and asked to place two orders, I was told "no" with no explanation. I then stated how I have always placed two orders in the past. She whispered "f**k it...ok." In the end, she took both orders, but with major attitude. Although the orders were correct on the screen we got our orders wrong (which we noticed when we got home). When I got to the window I confirmed it was ANA who had taken our orders. She was actively taking new orders while handling the register, drinks and giving people their meals. It was apparent she was not qualified for the job -- she was visibly overwhelmed and irritable. After I was given my first order she told me to have a good night and expected for me to drive off. After an awkward moment she asked if I needed anything else with an attitude. I told her about the second order and she started to laugh and said "I don't know what I'm doing." I experienced major anxiety from point A to point B due to her hostility. This Jack in the Box on Alondra Blvd in the city of Paramount has to be one of the best ones! I always have a good experience when I go there during the night and sometimes in the morning for a Mango Smoothie. The personnel is great and I never have any problems with my orders. They are great at taking orders and very polite..unlike "McDonald's". They all work very hard to give me and many more excellent customer service. The building is clean and very new. The food is always excellent. Love the late night employee's. I recommend this Jack in the Box to anyone. read more

Today was not the worst experience but it's up there, for one parking here is horrible. Second once u walk in the to order manager don't acknowledge you while you stand there, she can at least say good morning be right with you. This is by far the worst Jack In the Box ever! This is the one closest to my house so I stopped by last night and It never fails with their disgusting spicy chicken sandwich! I went there about two months ago and the chicken patty was extra crispy almost burnt and was hard as a rock! Second time which was last night they gave me the most disgusting old patty as you can see It already had cheese like It had just been sitting there and though It would just be easy to just flip It over and put a new cheese! Jack In The Box is a great place for fast food. Especially this one. This Jack is staffed with friendly people who are always happy to attend you as you walk in the door. They have smiles on their faces and great you with a welcome. They are always busy but I give them props for managing the way they work in a steady manner. They have people coming in and out the store. The food tastes fresh and the customer service is awesome. I recommend this Jack In The Box. read more

This is the last time i will be coming here! Customer service is the most rude , unprofessional and can't make an order right to save their lives!! Always smiling and he repeated my order several times to so there wouldn't be any mistakes. He was multitasking the fryer, attending customers, and also preparing the orders.
