I was on my way home from a 2 hour drive from LA. I stopped at my local Jack in the Box about 3.20 pm today. I ordered the fish sandwich combo. I was asked if I wanted regular or large. I thought the regular was $6.29. I said I wanted regular. She handed me a cup, but diet Dr Pepper was unavailable from the machine. I told the girl at the counter and she filled my cup. I thought it was a very large cup for regular. She rang it up and gave me my bill. I paid with my credit card. I then asked why by bill was for $6.89 plus tax. She said I ordered regular. Yes, I did, and the price was on the menu board was $6.29. She said regular was $6.89. The small was $6.29. I was never offered small. That's a con. Nowhere does it say you have to ask for small to pay the posted price. It was only 60 cents but I felt cheated. I'll never order that again. read more

i came to this jack in the box location in norco before they closed at 2am. yes i came within 10 mins but i was still there by 2am. i sat at the monitor for 4 minutes waiting someone to answer. i ended up driving to the window seeing a car ahead of be collecting food from this worker. i went to window and sat there waiting for her to even at least one to window and maybe say.. sorry we're closing up right now. she ignored me. i honked my horn 5 times to get her attention and each time she wouldn't even look my direction or acknowledge me. i was at this location before 2am!! i sat there until 2:05 just waiting for some type of response. i even saw the worker laughing with the cook that i was waiting there trying to get her attention. i work at a bar in norco and all i wanted was some curly fries and a side after my long shift. i couldn't even get acknowledgment. read more

I really hope corporate gets notified of this review and gets rid of this incompetent, rude, lazy worker. I'm also reaching out to corporate myself. After work, my husband decides that he wants to treat his workers to some food, keep in mind the drove home is over an hour away so jack was the closest to the gig and the only place open. First thing that is said to the girl, Mayra, was "it's a big order" just so she's aware that it's a big order and she doesn't get upset. Well it didn't matter because she still had as rude and straight out disappeared in the middle of taking my husbands order. She went silent for minutes so when my husband pulled up to the window and confronted her as to hey, if you don't wanna work late night shifts, don't work , she gave no sh*** and just said (in Spanish) "are you gonna want your Oder or not, you're not my only customer" and keep in mind my husband is super nice and not rude. She turned away, gave my husband her back , and She proceeded to not care, and slam the window shut. I have this all on video also. Started recording as soon as she started being weird and rude. She didn't wanna give her name, so I called a few minutes later and she answered the phone, I nicely asked for her name and boom she actually gave it to me. So her name is Mayra, works the night shift. This all happened tonight, at around 1:30 am , sept 5, 2025. Jack do better and not have people like this working at your establishments. Tried to order at the drive thru at 0500am... no one at the window or counter smh. What's the point of scheduling 24 if not open.

The quality of the food is fine, but staff is a no-no. I have been ordering from this location for over a decade since residing in the IE, and this is far worse than Rancho Cucamonga or Chino Hills locations. Here's the story. Yesterday the app had a Wednesday promo for a free jack wrap with purchase. Stopped by there to grab lunch with my dad and younger brother, and when my dad picked up my order before we left we asked for buttermilk ranch dressing as my younger brother liked to dip his egg rolls with it. Ordered a Crispy Jack Wrap, three boxes of 3 pack egg rolls and four of the tacos. A large stocky Latina woman who is the manager on duty (not the other one that is the slender woman), made us pay extra for the dressing sauces. Also, when we returned home to eat the Jack Wraps, tacos and egg rolls, we realized that two out of four tacos were actually missing, as well as one of the egg roll boxes. My dad had to rush back to the this location and he inquired about the missing tacos and eggrolls with the SAME useless manager, she refused to disclose her name and is so naive, unprofessional and rude that she kept bragging about her bagging the food and saying thar she went too fast so she can say that she purposely left our tacos behind. Well guess what? She also turned her back and did not want to say anything further about the situation. How would you hire a leader who would single us out and not resolve such a simple matter? She refused to even refund the money from the missing items, which I am very disappointed and horrified. We will also have to end up waiting for the credit card company to refund us via a dispute resolution process. Every time I come here to this location I'm disappointed. The lady's that work the night shift just don't care . I always get the same thing , a munchie meal and the two tacos with no lettuce . The food was good BUUUUTTT the customer service was bad, like sooooo bad! I wish I would've read reviews before coming here. Like the other unsatisfied customers, I came through the drive thru during the night shift. I had the displeasure of encountering BRENDEN. I asked if I could do 2 separate orders, he said- "We're not doing that right now." Ok, that's fine. My friend and I decided to pay together. I was placing my order and asked for a cream soda, Brenden said "We don't have that." Thats strange because every other JITB establishment with the Coca Cola Freestyle drink fountain has cream soda. Especially when advertising over 165 different Coca Cola products and flavors on the flyers plastered on your drive up window. But ok, I made it simple for Brenden. Anyways, we pull up and Brenden glares at us wondering who would ask for such an "unreasonable request". I was still polite even though Brenden clearly didn't want any kind of interaction with me. He stated the amount, swiped the card and never came back. Another lady gave me my card back & I had to ask for a receipt because Brenden failed to do so. What poor customer service. And to that I say: Brenden, if you don't know how to work the register, just say so. If you don't know how to get the cream soda option, just say so. I took my kids here while my wife was out last Saturday or Sunday. The food was just like any other Jack-in-the-Box, but the customer service wasn't all that great. The employees were kind of nonchalant when I asked them a question. I don't really blame them for this, considering they aren't paid crap. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. She has no name tag and the receipt clearly has a males name as the cashier. She huffed and puffed after each item I ordered. She continued to ask me if that's all after each item I ordered like I was wasting her precious time by ordering $22 worth of food. She was clearly annoyed that she has to do her job. When I double checked my order on the screen I nicely asked her to change my combo to a medium and she let out a sigh and sternly let me know that if I don't specify then I get a small. I've never had a problem with this location. They always get my order right, and it doesn't take them very long to get it out to me, no matter what time of day I come. I usually only go to the drive thru, but whenever I've gone inside the service is the same and the restroom is always clean. Night manager is rude. They entered my order wrong and since I didn't catch it on the screen, they refused to fix it. I ordered a Fajita Pita combo and tacos. They entered the fajita and a drink but not the combo. I didn't catch it until I got out of the drive thru. I went back around and since I said the order was correct on the screen... The manager closed the window on me and walked away. No offer to fix the issue... no offer to charge me the difference... ( 31 cents!!)... Just a big F-off. They need to replace the manager on duty tonight with someone who actual cares about customer service. read more

Located in Horsetown USA...not uncommon to see a few horses cruising around these streets. I rarely if ever hand out a five star review to fast food. However this location is close. It is easy to get to, has cheap food and have always had "quality food" from here. Now we all know this place will fill you for less, but man it will rock your body with calories and fat, as will any fast food spot, but man some stuff on this menu is killer. I do agree that this location can have an awfully slow drive through and the window people as I call them aren't the most curious that you can find at some locations.
