Clean Jack in the Box! Food was hot and service was prompt! Bathrooms were okay and the store was clean. While there a Door dasher came in and picked up food and they were very friendly. This location is usually okay there's always a guy working late night I think he starts at 11pm however whoever was working the shift before him left or fell asleep bc no one was answering the drive through for about 20 minutes multiple people went through and left bc of it. Hours are 24 hours on Thursday, I pulled around and saw guy who starts late night pulling in and I asked if anyone was working and he seemed to be just as surprised as us. read more

I had a horrible experience at this jack in the box a couple years ago and said I'd never go back. Well I was craving some tacos a few days ago and went through the drive thru. It was about 8:30 in the evening and there were one or two cars in front of me. My order was 4 tacos, 1 chicken sandwich, and a medium fries. I sat at the drive thru window for about 5 minutes, a little long but I wasn't complaining. The two female employee on the other side of the window weren't working; they were giggling as they told stories while I waited for my food. They eventually gave me my food which I should have checked but the bag was taped and I mistakenly drove away without checking. I live less than a quarter mile away so I was home in 2 minutes. I was missing 2 tacos, the chicken sandwich tasted old and stale and the fries tasted like they were made the day before and sat on a counter for a day. They were cold and stale. It was an extreme disappointment. I immediately got online and filed a complaint on their web site. I have yet to hear back from anyone but I assure you that I will never be going back to this Jack in the box again. read more

Now to rate a fast food place is a bit silly because it's fast food but I wanted to mention it because I'm on vacation and we don't have Jack in the box's in NJ. My experiences with JITB has been in the sixties before the closed on the east coast due to a kangaroo meat scare. Once in Missouri and once in Las Vegas. We like to try places we're not offered at home so here we went. The majority of the food was normal. The egg rolls were actually better than I expected but the only bad thing we ordered was the tacos. Now I have had them before and they were a poor excuse for a taco but they were ok. This time they were over deep fried to the point of just some beef between two hard slices of something Will I return to JITB in the future? Of course, it's part of the American experience. Will I get the tacos? Probably but more now to see it they get better or at least return to the status of ok. read more

I have been eating at this location a few times a month since June 2017. Usually the food is pretty good, correct and I haven't waited very long at the drive-thru. Tonight I went through the drive-thru and it was empty. I decided to try the new Prime Rib Cheese Steak sandwich. Once home, I was really disappointed to see that there was very little meat or cheese on it and the bun was the size of a 6-inch hot dog bun. Also, the meat was not Prime rib strips as advertised - it was ground beef. This is the second new item I have ordered recently that was short on ingredients. I loved the new Country Scrambler Plate when it came out. I was actually full after a fast-food breakfast. However, the last 2 times it was short on eggs, peppers and potatoes - noticeably different the the first few times. I called to speak to a manager but there was no manager on duty (on a Friday night?) I reported it to Jack online today but felt I should worn those of you before your mouth waters for that prime rib. Hopefully they will see this review an make some changes. read more

Food quality is what you expect, but 80% of the time I go they never give me my egg rolls. I order them, it's right on receipt, but they give me chocolate cake (can't complain about that one), jalapeno poppers, or chicken nuggets instead. It doesn't make sense that they always screw that up. The staff is always nice though in fixing the situation. read more

This place was awful. Not only was the food cold but the service .. the door was open and after ordering we were asked to leave, it was still 9:50.. we had to eat in the truck. While waiting for a couple minutes in the lobby for our food I noticed the tables were filthy and the trash was over the top. Personally I work at a fast food place myself and customers always come first even if we have to clean around them if they make it in the door they are to stay aslong as they please, sadly this wasn't the service I received. read more
