I've always recognized the "2 Tacos for $1.39" as a 5-Star deal, otherwise haven't eaten anything else at "Jack" until recently. Today for the 2nd time, I've ordered the "Cluck" chicken sandwich and have to say, it really is delicious. The chicken fillet is thick, juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside. It's a full meal for $6.98". 5-Stars for offering exactly what's advertised. And special kudos for the insulated envelope it is served in - stays hot through the whole distance. read more

Always check your order when you go to this location! Even if you have to make the customers behind you wait. There's nothing like ordering at 3:30 in the morning on New Year's Day and not getting all of your food even though it should be cooked to order. I ordered the sourdough Jack meal with curly fries and a side of onion rings, two tacos and additional sourdough Jack sandwich. Got home only to find that the curly fries were nowhere to be found! Don't ask me how they missed this, but they did. For whatever reason we all have this expectation that our food will be in our bag even after a 1520 minute wait in the drive-through and get home to be disappointed. You owe me my large curly fries. Check your bags. Burgers are good. Try the sourdough Jack. The burgers are good IF YOU GET THEM SMH read more

They got my delivery order wrong then when I called they kept hanging up on me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once again a poster sign on the northwest corner of the building is nothing more than false advertising. Two sausage croissant for $5.99 and when you get to the window they tell you oops it must have been an old poster. Since this is not the first time it has happened it makes it very apparent that nobody is managing this place. Instead of charging me the 599 they wanted to charge me over $14. What a joke this place is. read more

Waited 15 minutes in their drive through and then gave up. I was still three cars back from the pick up window when I drove away. Not worth the wait for Jack in the Box. Super disappointing. Really not okay. read more

Ordered via Uber Eats. Specifically requested NO MUSTARD and EXTRA MAYO. Arrived warm and bit into a large amount of mustard and no mayo. This is the last time I order from this location m. Extremely allergic to mustard. Lawsuit may be pending. read more

My experience at this Jack In The Box was a negative one. From start to finish the chick that worked there was rude, never smiled, no please or thank you. Barely any convo at all. Didn't bother me until I asked for water. She gave me a small cup, I asked for a medium and she lost her mind. When she came back with my food she just opened the window and handed me my bag. I was cool with that until I looked up and saw her giving me obvious evil eye! I said why are you looking at me like that? Why did I even ask! She spazzed all the way out! Lesson learned! I won't ever go to this location again! read more

Standard Jack In The Box... Nothing special about it. Went here last night when I was drunk and absolutely needed tacos. Prices are pretty great for what they are offering. We got 4 tacos, a chicken sandwich, and an order of curly fries for $6.56. read more

Went through the drive thru last week to grab lunch. No wait in the drive thru, woo hoo! The chicken sandwich was just made for me and it was spot on. So were the curly fries and I could tell they used fresh oil. Hooray! Jack in the crack won the prize for a good lunch that day! Food: 4 Service: 4 read more

We have not been to Jack In The Box for a while and my wife was craving for Sourdough Jack. I order the sandwich with Siracha and she her her favorite Sourdough Jack. I have to say it was very disappointed experience. The sandwiches were really small and the buns were substitutes. The food tasted terrible and the siracha was fake. It's a terrible to sell a fake siracha to customers who were born and raised with siracha. It would be an insult. read more

Hit the drive thru tonight. I had jaw surgery recently and admittedly speak a little odd. I tried to order. The person on speaker yelled "WHAT!!??" So loud I jumped. I repeated a number 16. She yelled "NUMBER 6????" I said no ma'am ONE SIX and she goes ok teriyaki bowl. I said yes please. She tells me my order I say thank you and as I'm pulling up I hear her click her headset back on to mock me. Repeatedly making fun of how I speak. So I get to the window and everyone is laughing I tell the young man "tell her if she's going to talk shit, make sure she hits the right button because I heard all that and it was very rude" he goes "it wasn't me". I said I'm aware. That's why I said tell her. So he laughed. Closed the window and went and told everyone. They all one by one came to the window to look at me and laugh. So thanks Theresa for making me feel extra shitty. Karma will pay you back though. You're really not that funny. read more

Just ordered from them, wanted 2 big breakfast and 2 cheesecake, even repeated 2 several times. When she asked bacon or sausage I said Bacon on BOTH. Get to the window and she only had one, when I said it was suppose to be 2 she said "oh you only got charged for one, shoved the food at me and closed the window and left" It's a joke to try and do their survey online at JackListens.com. It just puts you into some weird loop that never actually lets you do a survey or give them your opinion. Same thing when you go to their website, they just want to show you menu items, sign you up for their newsletters, or send you to another site to order delivery. read more

They forgot one of our french fries and the fucking tacos are too damn greasy it got on my shirt.and the fries are dry a tacos cold .

Five stars because the workers here aren't selfish idiots like they are in the Covington location. I'm assuming it'd a different owner too. The Covington owner doesn't care that his employees are POS. read more

This is a review of my drive through experience. Placed order with no ketchup or tomato on my Sourdough Jack. Pull up to window, cashier says "would you like ketchup?" *blank stare* Otherwise an uneventful experience. Food was good and as you would expect. read more

This location legit needs to shut down. I agree with a review Marc left in 2012 saying how the drive through people aren't the brightest bulbs in the shed, but this is three years later and the quality of employees has not improved. First, we went up to the drive through window after ordering and my father asked one of the gals standing there, one who looked to be Asian, if they did military discounts for Memorial Day. She said, "yeah, ten percent." Then my dad said "how about free stuff?" and he was joking, but figured he would try since Taco Bell up the road gave us free sodas, since we're a military family. The other girl there, an African American girl there, said "yeah!" My dad perked up and said "oh, what kind of free stuff do you have?" She said "oh, we don't give no free stuff away." We all kind of looked at each other in the car. "You JUST said you give out free stuff." Her eyes went wide and she said "WHO said that?" ...all of us in the car, and the other girl at the window, said "YOU said that!" She waved her hand, said "I ain't said that!" and walked away. Okay then. We get back to our hotel and the tacos we got were DISGUSTING. They looked like little soggy diapers rather than tacos. We went back and complained to the manager. She said "oh, they must have cooked it in the wrong oil." We could hear her in the back asking how he cooked them - the guy was dropping the tacos in the oil baskets to cook them. ...WHAT? Never again. Avoid like the plague. read more

We ordered the 2 for $5 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns at this location. While I was literally mid-sentence, asking for a receipt! The women working slammed the window shut and ignored us. Wouldn't even look at us. Then I see the charge on my card, was $12?! I'd love to know if it really costs $6 for 2 hasbrowns, along with who I can contact for help with this issue! read more

This is the weirdest little ghetto Jack In The Crack I've ever seen. It's in a terrible location and it sucks trying to get in and out of during traffic times. It's nearly impossible to hear the employee at the drive thru, especially if a train is going by. I've never had a problem with any of the staff but I've tried eating here twice now since it's on my way home from bowling (Kent Bowl) but I will NEVER eat here again. BOTH times I've eaten here, I've gotten horribly sick... I'm not talking a little tummy ache... I'm talking full on ass blasting my guts out all night long, and then feeling like crap for two days afterwards. I dunno if the employees are not washing their hands or what the deal is here but I'm warning you now, avoid this place like the plaque! read more

After waiting a long time in the drive thru, the cashier didn't bother to acknowledge us and instead shut the window as we sat for several minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. Language barriers a plenty. I dont think they really know what there doing. Very irritating to have to explane what sweetener is. Also the ice tea tasted like toilet water. And we were asked the same question like 3 times. read more

Just wanted this Jack-in-the-Box today and was told they are not taking orders for a 15 to 20 minutes. Ok What!!!

Sooo, Jack in the Box can eat a dick. A week ago I literally had the worst experience that ended in me not getting any food and being threatened to not be allowed service after I was already refused service. So I messaged Jack in the box the next day. Took two days to get an automated response that said sorry to hear about your experience, we'll contact you shortly. Two days after that I got another automated email saying about the same thing, and to please fill out this survery. Pissed me off so I ignored it. Today I decided to follow through with the survey, literally just asked if anyone has contacted me. That was all. Two questions. 1.) Was you experience pleasant? OBVIOUSLY NOT. 2.) Has anyone contacted you about this experience? ONCE AGAIN OBVIOUSLY NOT. I don't even want free food, I just want an apology and for that woman to be written up. I already know I'm NOT going back ever again. So fed up. I don't expect a lot from fast food, but I do at least expect to leave with SOMETHING read more

watch out for the homeless woman lurking in their drive-thru, last 2 times i've been there, so has she. she will block the lane, yell at you, cuss at you and demand money. food is decent, but not worth it to get past the the obstacles in the drive-thru. you will be better off going anywhere else. read more

The day employees I got no problem. It's the night crew who I have a problem with, too much ice, ordered medium fries and get so little bit like a small, the cashier has a horrible attitude I hate that lady. Jack should train her better or do something. What a joke. read more

Worst ever! i had to give my order 5 times and they still messed up my order after I had paid and my sandwich had 3 shreds of lettuce and a tortured tomato and my tacos came out brown like the color of mud and we're dripping in brown/ black Grease went through the bags, never will i ever go back or my family. And I didn't even bother to call them this is the second time. Done. Nasty. read more

This one turned out just like the jack in the box.on 104th and that.one is closed. Went to this location today, ordered sourdough jack meal. Got to work to eat it, tasted strange and was cold, took a closer look and discovered it wasnt even cooked through. Cold as ice on the inside. Tried ti call them, they wont answer the phone. Based on the other reviews here, they should close this location too read more

I pulled through the drive thru to pay for a breakfast sandwich on Easter Sunday when I smelled the distinct odor of marajuana coming through the drive up window. If employees do not have enough common sense not to get high on pot while cooking food for customers, then I doubt they have the common sense to wash their hands after using the restroom. read more

This is the first Jack in the box in Washington. It's good but the speaker is loud or the Indian lady is loud. Can't tell.

Please do not go to this location at all. The workers are super rude and they do not want to fix any problem. I come to this location cause it's by my house and I don't like driving all around town to get food with good customer service but how they have treated me and my family this time at our other visits is out of line. When I call or ask to speak to a manager they always say come back in the morning their is no one there at the moment every time. They make you repeat yourself in the drive throu and like to say your drunk and mess up your order and when they do they can't help you to fix it. When they lady gave me my food she gave me an pissed off look like go fuck yourself and she didn't even tell me to have a good day or nothing to indicate that was my whole order and I had to check the amount of food. This is not how you treat your customers. I also work in the customer service industry and you are to give your best customer service and make them feel they are right even if they are not. Don't be just rude when you make me repeat myself multiple times when it's your fault. I'll never come back to this location ever. Waste of money!!! read more

This place is disgusting. I would give them minus stars if I could. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and it was all lumpy and curdled. Bad milk. I tried calling to inform them but couldn't get through. Hopefully no one gets sick from spoiled milk. I wouldn't suggest eating here. read more

The woman in charge of orders and window.... Amazing! Multitasking like a muutha fuucka! Yas food!

Horrible customer service. My boyfriend and I waited outside for more than 10 minutes to get served and all they were doing was chit-chatting inside! We even rung the doorbell as well. I saw about 3 workers inside and not one of them acknowledged we were there. Most definitely lost us as customers. read more

This place has terrible customer service. Had to wait over 10 minutes in the drive thru. As I was leaving I realized they missed something I paid for. Had to park my car, and wait at the outside window another 5 minutes before I could tell them they missed my food and my receipt. The lady looked at me like I was crazy cuz she missed my food. She turns behind her and grabs the food she obviously missed and then shuts the window on me still not giving me a receipt. Meanwhile one of the workers is just leaning on the grill not doing anything. To top it off when I got home I took a sip of my soda and that wasn't even the right drink. Not going back to this location!! read more

ZERO STARS It took 24 minutes to get our order at walk up window. Other customers were experiencing same delays. They seemed to be giving drive thru window priority. Food was lukewarm at best. Don't bother pushing the bell they just ignore it. read more
