I will start out with I absolutely love Jack-in-the-Box and so today I am very disappointed! I don't know what happened, but I just like to give you a little feedback. The wraps usually are very full and satisfying but the wraps I received were so small even if I put them together I would have one wrap, the fries were cold and tasted like they've had been under the heat lamp to long, the drink was good and it seems it was the only thing that made it. Why or why can't Utah get a Jack in the Box? I'm sure I've missed many fine dining options while in Idaho because as we're driving through those greasy cheap Tacos are just too tempting. I love them best when hot, greasy and crispy. Once while traveling in CA my credit card number was stolen. While that got straightened out, Jack saved us. So here is a plea just get some here then maybe I'll get sick of them but it's doubtful. read more

Super excited to go to a jack in the box while traveling back home. I had a bad experience for my first time and here are my reasons why... First off, the lady at the front counter was rude and raised her voice telling us to slow down when ordering. There could have been a nicer way to say that to us. Second off, my dad ordered the cluck sandwich and received a bag of chicken...no bun LOL. The environment was not friendly at all, customers around us said small comments to us while we just tried to eat lunch. We are native and we have not received customer service or customer environment like that where we live. I would have gave zero stars but the food was decent. read more

If Buddy the Elf found the world's greatest cup of Cody, I have found the world's greatest tacos. I cannot express to you how wonderful are these tacos. The crunch on the outside and the warmth of the grease that allows you to see the inside of the taco. Everything just works, from the slice of processed cheese food to the pieces of ice burg lettuce it combines the inferior power of each ingredient to just plain work. And work it does. I placed order through drive thru and already the person on the other end was having trouble getting the order right and another person took over. The order was still incorrect and refunded me the error after paying. Once I received the order, I pulled aside to make sure I had everything, in which I didn't. I was approached with my kids meal order. I went inside to tell them I was missing the order of tacos and the mini churros. Manager Julissa said I had to bring the bags inside so she can see herself. I did and to top it off her attitude was wrong and didn't apologize and as if she didn't care. I'm sure the owner would't want to employ a person who is rude to customers and throwing "it's policy" into peoples faces over a couple of dollars. read more

Came here today (New Years Day 2018) to find out that these guys were left way short handed and a little behind (several call ins). Everybody was happy and smiling, though I'm sure stressed. It was no longer a wait than had it been any given evening at 5 o'clock. We got our food promptly still with smiles and the quality was just as good as any other day. There were a couple cranky customers in front of us who got free stuff for their "wait" though I don't think they would have been happy if the meal had been free and came out 60 seconds after it was ordered. This place has the stupidest policy in place. Apparently if you go through the drive thru with change, they expect you to park your car and go in and count out your change there. Unless you have complete morons as employees, it shouldn't take more than 15-20 seconds to count out the change. I left without my order because I shouldn't have to cater to incompetent people at a fast food restaurant. read more

Walked into this jack in the box to get dinner. Before ordering I was in the restroom when I observed an employee leave a toilet stall and exit the restroom without washing his hands. He immediately entered the kitchen and began preparing food. Needless to say, we didn't eat there. I prefer not to have fecal matter on my jumbo jack. read more

The manager Jason openly fought with me and when I calmly told him I wouldn't come back if that's how I was treated he called me a "nasty" woman and claimed I was "useless as a customer". Will never return. All this was because he didn't want to give me a sauce cup. I was very upset with the customer service i got tonight and will never be back. I ordered the new guac.chicken sandwich and received it with no chicken on it.... I returned to just have them put a patty on my sandwich. When i was sitting in the drive though I heard the cook yell "thats fucking bullshit"....."hes a fucking liar". Totally disrespectful! After hearing him speak that way i asked the shift lead if i could have my money back so i could go to burger king and get my meal there instead because i was no longer comfortable with eating food that cook was preparing. I was extremely hungry when I walked in and was ready to order, waited in line for a couple minutes. At first i didn't think any of it and was like whatever. Then it escalated, it was a guy and a girl I believe with the name of Chase and Cecilia (at least that's what I think her name is) who were displaying extreme public affection, it made me uncomfortable, as well as the employee (s). Look...here's the deal. I love JITB.. There's no other fast food joint that meets my needs like JITB does. That being said, I have a "standard of quality" I expect from the JITB's that I visit. I am not a local to Idaho Falls, but rather was passing through on my way home from Yellowstone. My standard breakfast item of choice is the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich with Ham. This is no longer on their menu, btw (Fail, JITB...) but they still make them (Thank God...the new grilled sandwiches suck compared to the old one). The innards of this sandwich are fairly straight forward from location to location. The real kicker of preparation, and where it is either made or broken for me is in the cooking/toasting of the sourdough bread. Let me tell you... This location is one of the best I have ever eaten at. There is one location by my home in Los Angeles that is consistently good like that... This Idaho Falls location matched it. Very impressed with the customer service; the manager came out of the kitchen just to hold the door open for us! I rarely eat fast food, but my sausage egg biscuit with no sausage was good. If you like ranch dressing, you'll likely be addicted to the buttermilk House Sauce. read more

Received a coupon sent only for east Idaho Jack in The Boxs. The coupon was for a new free burger and said no purchase necessary. I was told that they were not participating in the coupon unless I ordered enough food to equal the price of the burger. I've never heard of ANY place altering a coupon like that.
