April 24, 2026 11:30pm I've wanted to give bad reviews on multiple occasions, especially a few weeks ago when I was craving a Sourdough jack and drove here just to order 1. It had NO cheese (instead of orange & white) the bread was not warmed or toasted at all, there was no tomato, and no sauce. NO BACON. NO ketchup & mayo mix. I don't even know what the grossness was put on it. Should be thankful I don't post the pictures of the sad limp thing. You bet I didn't eat it. It sat in the fridge and got thrown out. WASTE of $7-8. If it wasn't so late in the night I would have driven back seeing as it's a few minutes from my house. But it was straight disgusting and I didn't even finish it. No answer when I called the location either. I am SOLELY posting a positive review finally because of the lady that was at the drive-thru cashier/ speaker tonight.... Friday, April 24th, 2026 around 11:30-11:45 pm. Seriously. I gave up on this location especially after the BS that those young guys had going on a few weeks ago. Before that was just "what more can you expect from midnight fast food...." Tonight I figured how could they mess up the teryaki bowl.. & Ive never tried the 'smash burger' so if it's new how could they not be on top of it?.. But this girl tonight was impeccible. Even under pressure + w/ a drive thru line backing up, she managed to treat me above and beyond and I appreciate it more than I could reciprocate! Even multiple orders ahead of me and behind me (I had my window down to listen in) because generally speaking.. at this location you have to get cozy in waiting. But tonight I was in and out so I THANK THE CHEF(s) TOO!! You guys are midnight Rockstars! And cashier Jeisy H ( Thats what the receipt says anyways, & I hope that's actually you and not someone else signed in on the computer) Because you literally are on Top of it All! I will adjust this review and take it down if I go again and have a different/ worse experience ad usual. And I hope that won't be so. It's sad enough having a fast food joint as a last 'end of the night hype' and to have it ruined & disappointed so many times in the past.... Just keep up what you're doing in hiring this month. And Yes it's appreciated when I can ask for condiments in English. Because even in my attempts at spanish the workers in the past stare at me like I'm dumb and say it's not possible they dont have it. I did yrs in school & used spanish in work as assistant manager. So I know I'm not illeterate in the tongue if need be. If you hire non-english speakers again in the future, please, at least meet us half-way and learn your MENU in english out of common courtesy. read more

As a longtime Jack In The Box box fan, I've enjoyed countless meals for decades. My reason for this review is to single out this particular establishment for a number of reasons. First of all, the cleanliness of the restaurant is second to none. In fact, when I first visited here, it was the manager who was doing the mopping of the floor. Raymond M. This gentleman takes pride in his restaurant very seriously. He welcomed me as he was mopping, making sure he wasn't in my way. He is friendly and apparently very caring of his staff. They all are welcoming and friendly. My food which was breakfast tasted as great as it always does but it was actually hotter than I've usually had it served to me. When I asked Raymond, he told me that they take priority to make every meal to order and to serve it as soon as it's off the grill. Irma is the person who cooked my Loaded Breakfast Sandwich and it was excellent. I have since returned to this particular Jack In The Box because of Raymond and his impeccable ability to run a top notch place. I will return again and again to this location because he really loves what he does and it shows. read more

I haven't been to California in several years. I live in Georgia and I miss Jack In The Box, I went today and Irma at the front counter made me feel very welcome and the 3 taco combo with curly fries was simply amazing. Poor customer service from the drive thru. The girl with glasses needs a better attitude! When taking my order she kept saying "is that all?" After every item I stated. She didn't even let me continue ordering without being interrupted after the first thing I ordered and I only ordered 3 things btw...not only that she didn't even get the order correct and I had to repeat my order again. When approaching the window, she looks like she doesn't even want to be there, NO greeting, just stated the price and didn't even repeat my order like other staff member usually do. She also then asked me if I wanted any sauces and before I could answer she shut the window on me and started talking in the drive thru mic to help the other customer. Stars have remained the same. Hasn't gotten better or worse. Still a great pick me up for cravings but we specifically went for dinner tonight to try their new items! No one in the drive thru but us so we took our time looking at the menu. We went for the munchies box with double Jack, curly fries, and two tacos with a side of their awesome avocado cream lime ranch dip and a classic buttery Jack on its own! We also wanted to try their new milk tea boba and 5 piece mini cinnis. Took them home, quick order as usual. The mini cinnis were still warm so we kind of picked at them before they got cold and hard (which the last piece actually ended up becoming). The munchies box is great, little bit of everything. Classic buttery Jack, can't go wrong. Now the new milk tea boba was interesting. Decent milk tea drink but there was definitely something wrong with their boba pearls. Somewhat chewy but mostly hard and not fully spherical. You can tell that it's been refrigerated if it's that hard. It's unfortunate that they resort to that but maybe they don't make fresh batches every few hours like regular boba shops because it's not a very high demand? I'm not sure but it's disappointing. If I could give this a 0 star I would. I went on my lunch to order food for the office and all the food I ordered was cold and tasted old like it's been sitting all day. I was told to bring back the food but couldn't go back till after work. I returned all items except 2 items as people just through it away for how gross it was. I took the food back for my money back. Lizet the team lead was so rude and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience she doesn't say a word and returns $23 out $40. This jack was acting like the money was coming from their personal pockets. For the inconvenience this caused I was still nice enough to even telling her to deduct the money for the 2 missing items two items. She still didn't want to so she called her manager and he still had no resolution to solve the situation. I stopped by this Jack in the Box today to take advantage of my tmobile Tuesday coupon on the jumbo Jack burger. I pick this location because it was on my way back from work. I put in my order over the mobile app and selected a later time. I also got my wife her spicy chicken sandwich, stuffed jalapenos and got regular fries for myself. When I arrived at my pickup time, I was planning on going inside but there was a large moving truck that took up the whole parking spots so I had to go to the drive thru line. There was 4 cars in front of me so I had to wait. I just told the person in the drive thru that I was picking up a mobile order. She give me my order quick and I went home to eat it. My fries were basically cold and not warm or hot at all. My jumbo Jack burger, my wife spicy chicken sandwich and her jumbo Jack was all warm so I knew it was fresh. The fries on the other hand I believe just sat out and was not freshly made or put in a warm heated area to stay fresh so the fries were not good at all. You can see in my picture that the fries were all stuck together when I pour them out on a plate. My jumbo Jack was fine and I customize it. My wife like her spicy chicken sandwich and stuffed jalapenos. I asked for three buttermilk ranch and three ketchup packets when I placed my order, I only got 2 buttermilk, a bunch of ketchup packets and a bunch hot sauce packets for some reason. I would recommend you check your order before leaving and if it's cold then ask for them to remake it. read more

You know, I have been coming to this Jack In The Box location for years. Sometimes you can either have a good experience or bad experiences. Most times a I have a good one, but recently they messed up our orders .I order a Jack Combo meal, and they give me the wrong drink. My work partners did not get some of the food items they ordered. Everytime I order a munchie box I find tiny specs of hair and it is really disgusting. You should really train your cooks to wear hairnets.

Staff always seems like they're just counting down the minutes to when they can leave. But honestly, can you blame them? Here's my biggest complaint: it's so hard to get in and out of this location. Unless you are going one way down the street, you can't get in. And then the lot is tiny. And then the drive thru can get backed up making it hard to get in and out of the parking lot. When I come here, I just park somewhere else in the center's lot (which for whatever reason isn't connected to Jack's lot) and just walk over. It saves so much time. Food quality is...fine. It's on par with other Jacks I guess. But I have had them screw up orders a few times so just make sure you're checking everything before you head out with your food. read more

Giving a 3 out 5 since I still hope JiB would make a change the menu. I am a customer for years and today made me think twice whether I'd come back. Well, I got my usually Combo 22 breakfast and after driving to the window I thought "Must be inflation!" $9 something for the combo is expensive, but I figured I know it would be good. Uhm, I was wrong. I wondered why the bag was light and there I saw a mini-sandwich. It was just a little bigger than my car key. For $9+, I mean come on! 1st time here I had chicken sandwich with fries and sprite and I thought it was fantastic. It's my second time here and now I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a iced coffee with vanilla. This food is so good and they paid attention to me when I said light ketchup in the drive thru and my meal is perfect. I'll go to this location soon. I have one near my house but it's never right: food or vibe. I do remember the first time I came here and the lobby wasn't as clean as I liked but the food was good. This jitb sucks. I ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger and they forgot the bacon. Since I paid for it I believe I should get what I paid for. So when I went up to mention it a manager by the name Antonio, made the rudest comment in Spanish not knowing I spoke Spanish, and said to the other employees that I wanted to get a new burger after I almost finished mine. First of I only took 3 bites of the burger when I realized it had no bacon. And then they just gave me 3 pieces of bacon in a bag so I could put it in the burger myself. This Jack is so inconsistent! The pro of this Jack is that it's "open 24/7" The con is that they tend to make their schedule as they see fit. It's been twice already that I place an order through the app I go pick it up in the drive through and they are closed! (Not late night either this is like mid day) The last time, I knocked to ask what happened because I saw staff inside. They told me I was closed, and to just call corporate for my refund. Aside from their unreliable hours, they take very long to accept orders via delivery apps. One time a delivery driver waited 40 min to get my order because they apparently just ignore the online tickets if they are busy. I usually come to this location to pick up my child's food. Today the chicken nuggets were full of hair not just one. We went back and a person in the back had no hat and was handling food. The manger comes out which was a lady and I was told that the person was not required to wear a hat because he was a manger. Yet he is was the one handling the food. Just bought two hash brown and one sausage patty for my breakfast. Got to work to find that the hash browns are extremely overcooked- they're hard as a rock. This restaurant is never consistent on food quality, but all the employees do have one thing that is consistent- and that is laughing and having a good time, having conversations instead of paying attention to their job and their customers.
