Tom the manager helped us he was awesome he took over the store recently and they have changed the staff dramatically and service was Great and the food was probably the best I've ever had at any Jack-in-the-Box. Kudos to the franchisee for making Tom a manager you could see he was also doing a great job working with his people and training and leading them as I watching what they were doing and interacting. Im referring to the location in zip code 98338 graham WA. I went through the drive through after spending the night with my father in the hospital to get my son a "plain cheeseburger". An item I have ordered countless times at this same location, as have millions of other moms for basically any child under 5 years old. The drive through girl told me "we dont have plain cheeseburgers". That is verbatim what she told me. Your employee told me, at a fast food establishment that sells cheeseburgers, that they don't sell cheeseburgers plain, with bun, meat and cheese. I was flabbergasted. So I left. Heavily annoyed, I waited to call the store to speak with the manager for some sort of explanation. I called wednesday, the day of the occurence. I was advised there was no manager, until Thursday between 6-2. Well I called again during that time frame, and again told no manager. "Only team leads on shift". This is not the only problem we have had with this location. I have been called a liar for calling to report items missing from our order, I spoke with the line worker who made the order, he accused me of lying to get free food and didnt apologize when he found the bag had not ACTUALLY made it out the window after he made it. I was told they would remake it, and they would write my name down. Well that never happened. So when I came back through the drive through to replace the items, I was asked for a receipt... how is the reciept going to verify it was forgotten? I have waited 30 minutes in the drive through with a single car in front of me, to finally recieve my food with the eggs not fully cooked and runny and my husbands spicy chicken sandwich still cold in the middle. I stop at this location once a week, at least, because its location accomodates a more rural location. Its to a point we order extra food with the expectation something is going to get forgotten and Im tired of fighting and feeling harassed to get them to fix it. I have worked fast food and I know it can be challenging, which is why my expectations arent real high to begin with but this is ridiculous. This location is notorious for bad service, abnormally slow, rude employees. I really think that something needs to change, hire new employees? New management? Train your employees that yes, you do in fact sell plain cheeseburgers? Im throwing away money continuing to do business there and that's just unacceptable. I would start surveying your customers for their experiences, you would be shocked at how bad things are there, because not every customer is going to write to you at midnight to let you know read more

This place is a disgrace, employees of young age 2 of them decided to flip me off for no reason while sitting in the drive through, and meanwhile i got to smell them next to my car smoking with vapes and marijuana in a little group. And if not that it's behind the trash can where no one gets caught. The employee continued to do it and then walk back in to work and then blows vape smoke into the restaurant. sign says clearly "no smoking within 25 ft of building" i hope this isn't going into food as a former health inspector this is a concern, the food was cold and very questionable the service was extremely slow and all around. Been here a few times. Food is always cold. Fries are always soggy. Wait is always long. You usually don't get your full order. They are not busy, simply incompetent. A new manager is definitely in order. Don't waste your time. Just drive into south hill if you need food. read more

Worst food from a jack in the box chain ever!!! We have tried it on 4 separate occasions (my mistake) and have been pissed every time... What has happened to Jack in the Box? Better yet, what has happened to common courtesy? Went through the drive thru today with my toddler grandson who was very hungry. There were two cars in front of me and it took 10 minutes to even get to the order display. Once I got there I waited and waited for a greeting. After 5 full minutes of silence, I said "Is anyone there?" The girl on the microphone said "I'll be right with you." Oh really? Well perhaps you could have greeted me immediately and told me that right away?? Another 5 minutes is go by and she finally takes my order. When I got to the window, I paid and waited another 5 minutes for the food. I realized once I got home that no receipt was given....smart move on their part. Never again will I go to this location. If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. Worst service ever! Always get the order wrong in the drivethru. Snobbiest employees. I had an order for 3 people, and ordered a free 5pc nuggets for my daughter because I had a coupon. When I was paying, and gave the coupon, I was given a look like I was awful for using a coupon. Then when she gave me the new total, I showed my military ID for the discount, again another look. Then I have her my card to pay for the meal, got it back with the receipt... No discount. WTF. I pull off to the side because I know they always forget something! And I guessed right, forgot fries for my combo. How do you forget fries to a combo? The only combo I ordered. I go inside to get my curly fries, see her put fries in the bag, get home... Regular fries not curly. WORST jack in the box. My order is constantly wrong, always forget food that I order but still charge me for it. Everytime I go through the drive thru it's atleast a 15 minute wait even if there is only one car Infront of me. Example: one night I went there and the employee did not give me my entire order, before I could tell her she walks straight out front to smoke a cigarette, there are a few employees there that are extremely unprofessional and 8/10 times I am completely unsatisfied with the service I receive, most likely will not be going back anytime soon. read more

Nail Banger Here Again; When it comes to Chain Burger Jack in the box offers Fresh made to order food. I will not go just anywhere nowadays. I find that most places just through the food together.I got the new Double Jack it was very good. But there are places like here in Graham where they do care. slow learner. 9AM and in a hurry and starbucks had a long line and jib none. ordered sausage egg biscuit meal. took 5 min to get. i thought "good" they will serve fresh. WRONG. biscuit dry, egg almost cold as was the wilted soggy hash browns. cheese was hard on egg. i was hungry so took a bite. the grease from the hash browns was cold and left bad taste on lips and coated roof of mouth. yuck. tossed it back in bag and dumped it out. would have taken it back but was late for appt. should have known better this is not first bad meal at this location but it will be my last. try another JIB not this one update: OK so thought give another chance since only place in Graham for quick AM bite. i asked if they would make my Breakfast meal fresh and HOT. OMG They did and it was good. So stopped again few days later and ordered sam "fresh and hot" again very good. On. roll. So 3rd time I ordered same way. AtThe window I again asked "was this fresh or off the heat tables". "Oh it was made fresh" I was told. Wrong. Hash browns luke warm and soggy. bun dried and crunchy sausage dry and almost burnt. I was on the road and mad. i called and was told someone complained hash brows too hot so they don't serve them hot anymore. REALLY? and machine to toast buns not working so they use different appliance that toasts whole bun and dries them out. I advised I asked for Hot and Fresh made and was lied to. I go to Graham Kapowsin High School. Which is like a couple minutes away from this Jack In the Box (10 minutes away walking) and sometimes I walk down there to grab me an order of two tacos on my way home usually fast enough time for me to pick up my two little siblings at Graham Elementary school which is a good 15-20 minute walk on Meridian. I get off of school at 2:00 and the elementary gets off at 2:55 and I don't really have to be there until 3:00 because it takes them like 5 minutes to pack up and be outside the school waiting for me to walk them home. So I have a good hour to get some food from there and leave right? So when I get off of my school I spend 5 minutes talking to friends before I start walking to Jack In the Box which is like I said a 10 minute walk. By the time I arrived there I had a good 45 minutes left before I had to be at the elementary. I was expecting a line so that's why I arrived that early knowing I have about 25 minutes to wait for my two tacos for insurance (considering the 20 minute walk) And thankfully there was NOT a line at all! It was empty in there! So I order my two tacos and in the background I see this maybe 16 year old looking boy arguing with one of the employees who was holding a box of toys for the happy meals or something. The dude wanted one of the toys and the employee was cussing him out saying no. I'm guessing by the way they were arguing they're friends. But in my head I'm like what the heck? So when I was done ordering I look at the time and I have a good 23 more minutes before I should start walking so I sit in there all pretty with my friends thinking that I even have time to eat in there now! Here's where the one star part comes. These guys take super long to make two tacos!! It went on to the point to where I had to go or else I'd be late! So I told my friends to stay there and take the tacos and I started booking it to the school! I was super pissed because I was wearing my Nike Air Force Ones too and if you don't know about those shoes they're pretty expensive and they crease really easy so I was pretty mad that I had to run in them. By the time I got there to pick them up my shoes were creased and I did not get my food! Thanks Jack In the Box. You made me crease my shoes and I didn't get my food. THANKS. I never wrote a review, but this place is so terrible I feel compelled to warn others to avoid this Jack in the Box location. I didn't know it was possible to receive just terrible service, and I don't even know where to begin to explain all the things wrong with this place. My fiance and I went in for breakfast a few months ago, and people who ordered their food after us received their food before us. After 9 minutes, I had to go to the counter and ask them to start working on my order. The employees were bumping Jay-Z's "Big Pimpin" in the kitchen area for the whole restaurant to hear. Don't get me wrong, I like rap music, but it is not appropriate to be blasting UNEDITED music in an establishment where young kids may be. As we ate our cold food, I saw the timer above the drive-thru window, and people were waiting at least 5 minutes for their food. I thought this was a fast-food restaurant? There were plenty of employees on staff but they have no sense of urgency and the manager had no control of the situation. Maybe if the employee's friends weren't coming in and talking to them behind the counter, they would move at least a little bit faster. Despite the terrible experience, we went in late last night, hoping it would be different. As we parked we saw ALL of the employees standing immediately outside of the door smoking. As we were walking in, an employee said they would be back inside in a minute. Really?! Unfortunately there aren't any other late night options in the area, but I wish I saved my money and just went hungry. read more

Walked into JIB Sunday the 17th about 1:20 pm in Graham. No one was at the counter and one employee walked around me to get a drink and then back to kitchen. There were two employees at a booth six feet to my right so I asked them if someone was working at the counter, they both looked at each other and the young man stated that someone was so I left. will not return. read more

Caveat Emptor. Check your order carefully as they will give you something other than what was ordered and try to hide it in a bag. I ordered a southwest chicken salad and received balsamic dressing and no spicy corn croutons. I asked why and their response was "we are out". They weren't even going to tell me! Terrible location. The service is very slow, they frequently get orders wrong. This location is only a mile from my home, so it's convenient, but in the little over a year they have been open there has been at least a dozen times I've been told their milk shake machine was broken or they were out of supplies. My visit was horrible! My family will never return- I went through the drive-thru, paid, and after thought the amount of money I was charged seemed too much. I wasn't given a receipt. I parked and walked inside to ask for my receipt. I was charged for 2 Zpies I did not receive nor order. I explained this to Shawn the manager, and he seemed so confused as to why I asked to be refutnded for 2 pies I never ordered or received. After 15 minutes of dealing with this, I was finally given a refund of $6. Not once did I EVER receive an apology. I feel I was stolen from, as I paid in cash and was never given a receipt for items I did not order. I asked for the General Manager's number, but no one that worked there knew what it was! To make matters worst I took the meal home for my husband, and the food was horrible! The chicken strips looked like they were left in the fryer for way too long. My husband then called the manager to let him know he would be returning the meal for a refund, and Shawn (manager) said "we close in 5 minutes so you can't." My husband drove there and got there right at closing time. After another long, ridiculous argument with the manager, we were finally given a refund. This place is bottom of the barrel quality. The employees are beyond incompetent and do not have even the slightest clue on how to perform their very basic duties. I will NEVER go back there again!!! read more

HORRIBLE! I have gone to this location multiple times, I guess for the convenience of closeness. But I WILL NOT go anymore. Holy cow I have had so many bad experiences here. I ordered a breakfast platter with bacon AND sausage. After waiting in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes I finally got the platter. The sausage was WAY undercooked, it was this super light brown pinkish color. Apparently they were more concerned about times, not quality. The sausage was touching the bacon and hash brown, So I threw the whole thing away. The crew here is completely tuned out to everything going on and have no sense of urgency. They have forgotten items, such as fries, with my order after I was in the drive thru line for 18 minutes. Drug tests should be required because I'm pretty sure the guy taking payment wouldn't have stared at me blankly for 30 whole seconds if he had actually NOT been high. And I would agree with other reviews that I have been told multiple times that they are "out" of something that I want. How is this place still open with this many bad reviews?????? read more

I can't even give them any stars...The staff at this restaraunt are completely incompetent as is the manager Tom.. We sat in the drive thru waiting to order for at least 10 mins without being able to back out and then after ordering we sat there another conservatively 15 mins waiting for the ONE car in front of us to receive their order! I called the manager Tom on Tues. to discuss my concerns and his little teenie bopper girl said that there is a lady on the phone that wants you Tom and no not that way either! One can only imagine the physical gestures that were taking place. I let the manager Tom know that his staff is a reflection of HIS management abilities and that wasn't very good. He was irritated by the chastisement. I informed him that his one emplyoees Brent straight out lied to me when I called to talk to the manager on the day of the event. He sounded as though he was not concerned by this. I encourage all PAYING patrons to start holding the managers and staff members accountable for better customer service then this. If we simply just keep our mouths shut and say nothing then the staff come to believe that their actions or lack there of is acceptable to the paying public. read more
