I rarely visit Jack in the Box, but I'm definitely switching to Never. I ordered some breakfast crossants and hashbrowns, and I don't even know why I wasted my money. The people there weren't friendly, and the food wasn't even full. Look at this hash brown. read more

Food seemed old. The workers shut the light off in the drive through so no one will come. every time I go at night they always say they are not set up for rice bowls or shake machine is down. They are rude if you come to the drive thru after 8. Especially the Lady with Red hair. Always rude and none of them want to work. This place needs an audit bad. read more

I got a shake and loaded tacos. He took a cup and filled it with soft serve and then jerked off the mixing machine for about three seconds ( prob how long he lasts in bed) then he handed it to me and yk the like who's a better whore challenge where they suck peanut butter though a straw. That's how hard I had to suck to not get a single atom of my shake. Then they gave my loaded tacos. It was as if he shot a load into my tacos. It's was hot sauce cum. And a little lettuce. Other then that it was horrible read more

They said the drive thru was closed even though it was 10 because they're lazy. I wont be coming back here.

Great service! The lady working the front brought our food to the table and was so kind!

Literally the worst experience I've ever had at a drive-through, on top of it I can't even eat my own food which I paid for. The drive-through clerk would not give me his name so that I can talk to the manager in the morning. I paid for my food and he was literally the rudest person I've ever dealt with. In the icing on the cake was there were fingernails on my food packages read more

Such bad service!!! Food was cold! Waited here for like an hour. We paid $40 for this cold food! Go anywhere but this exact place! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND TO GO TO THIS PLACE! Make a hiring sign. And get good employees that DONT make our food cold! And that do NOT make the cost go higher! Not paying $40 for this cold food! read more

Closer at 745pm on a Saturday? Maybe hire Perl who want to work. Most random hours for a fast food place.

Absolutely the very worst jack in the box EVER!! This is the very last place open when I get off work on the way to my place out in the sticks and lay night at this time there was a hand written sign on the drive thru menu and tonight there was probably 7 cars in line when some guy starts yelling everyone their closing now so sorry you all have to go. What?! The very best part about this place was it being open 24 hours!!! It wasn't great before either with putting the whole order together or getting the nugget success right the 1st or even second tone but at least you could get some food!!! Just terrible!!!! Just close down already so we could get a different fast food place that can handle making some tacos and bacon and cheddar wedges at midnight!!! Didn't realize how cooking fast food at a fast food restaurant was too tough for a fast food employee!!! read more

It's fast food... Jack-in-the-Box... What do you really expect, gourmet? that being said I expect fast this is the slowest Jack-in-the-Box I've ever been to, and unfortunately I live close so I've dealt with this painfully slow drive through many times... Time to get their stuff straight what a joke. read more

I came here with my daughter at 2:30 PM on a Thursday afternoon. We wanted to grab a bite INSIDE (Don't make the same mistake) before her drive test at the nearby 911 School. We ordered the #10 and #14, which is the Spicy Chicken sandwich meal and Chicken Nuggets meal. WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE INSIDE. After waiting 25 minutes and sick of listening to the "children" that work there try to form complete sentences, I ask for our food "to-go" and without eating, we head to my daughters appointment. After her appointment, we sit in Meridian traffic to get home. We're hungry and open our bags. Her chicken nuggets are burnt. My "Spicy Chicken Sandwich" turns out to be an overcooked hamburger with a burnt bun. We waited almost 30 minutes for the WRONG food but THEN, it was also BURNT!! My receipt says that "Kirsten" was the cashier, however, it was a young man that both took the order and bagged it up "to-go". This place is run by toddlers and clearly violates all laws regarding cleanliness. read more

My experience tonight made me really upset. I went home and cried. How could ya do me like this? Soggy, cold, probably-not-even-fully-cooked fries? The whole Munchie Meal wasn't even worth finishing, and that's coming from someone who specifically gets the $7 deal after 9pm BECAUSE I HAVE THE MUNCHIES. I know this is rocket science for this location, and a job where they semi-care at others, but come on. Just cuz y'all are unhappy with life and have to work at Jack in the Box doesn't mean y'all gotta ruin it for us. Smh. Cash me out sy, howbowdah. read more

Quite simply: Won't be going here anymore. A simple order in the drive through. Chicken nuggets and a medium soda. Open bag in my lap to check to make sure it's mine: See bottom of fry holder and fries dumped in the bag. This was no "accident"- I haven't even left the drive-thru driveway yet. So I fish the box of nuggets out from below the spuds. Next up: Straw into drink, right? Get the wrapper off, get it 3/4" through the lid hole... And it stops. WTF? Try to jostle it around, not doing any good. Take off lid. Yep: they filled the cup to the brim with ice before they added 5.2 of the 32 ounces of soda I was expecting. So thanks there, too - three sips later and it's gone. An hour later and I still have the ice. So no thanks, you've had the last of my business. read more

Apparently your employes feel the need to private message people after a bad review. The reason I know its an employee they wrote a review saying "its called us being busy" or something along those lines. I never clamied to be a critic, just a paying customer who likes good service. Because of this I will make sure my family and friends do not eat here again. read more

This Jack in the Box truly lives up to its street name: Jack in the Crack. I have also heard variations such as Puke in the Box.. Etc. Anyways. This place ROYALLY SUCKS, my order comes out wrong every time I come here. When I order over the drive thru, I am interrupted with excuses as to why their shake machine isn't working and their employees who have seemingly negative IQ's. Tonight was the grand daddy of F ups for me, I whipped through at 10:30pm simply asking for a strawberry shake and a monster taco! BUT NO, according to the brainless employee, after 10 the shake machine seems to be out of order. What, did they put that shit on a timer? What kind of 24 hour place is this? We proceeded to back out of the drive thru, passing a homeless man on our way out- who was camping in their parking lot. read more

This is the worst Jack in the Box in the area. They always mess up my order- they forget something, make it wrong, or are out of stock. The out of stock thing seems to be quite frequent... I know for a fact that Jack in the Box does not shut down their fryers for the night (they are open 24hrs... seriously), yet the employees try to use this excuse all the time. They may be down for cleaning, but not for the ENTIRE night. I have been told they have been out of cheesecake, lettuce, salads, tacos (how the hell does Jack in the Box run out of tacos), egg rolls, and each of these was a SEPARATE time. I am always told their shake machine is "down." The manager or franchise owner at this location seriously blows and is terrible at their job if they are ACTUALLY out of stock of things constantly, and can't seem to hire competent employees who can get orders correct. read more

Only a one star but if possible there would be no stars!! Shame on you Jack In The Box!! I hope she follows thru with the police and the Health Department. This person is family ~ "For everybody that doesn't know me I can start by telling you that I'm a lady with integrity and very honest, this morning on my way back from paying some bills I stopped at Jack In The Box to get three breakfast sandwiches for me and my babies, I make my coffee I sit on my couch and started eating and when I was almost half done with my burger I noticed it was really slimy, and when I looked I had some spit in my mouth and I noticed that in my sandwich I had phlegm spit alI over it. So I got up really upset I threw up and then I went back to the restaurant I asked to talk to the supervisor, when I told the supervisor what happened all he said was, "I can guarantee to you that we don't do that." and In response I said, I'm not lying to you, but you have to check your employees. He was just mean and had a smile in his face he didn't listen to me he made me feel like I was lying and everybody that knows me knows that I'm a really honest person. I will never lie about something like this ,so disgusting. I've been sick to my stomach since then I'm just worried that I can get infected with a disease or something I'm crying writing this because I'm so mad and frustrated. Please share! So it doesn't happen again. This happened at the Jack In The Box on Meridian and 224th" read more

Very rude customer service on top of over priced meals. July 6, 2021, the drive thru gal seems way too over stressed for work and literally was sighing at my order despite spending over $30.00 on 3 chicken sandwich, 4 tacos, potato wedges and 20 piece nugget. She even had the nerve to shove my bag of food towards me to get me out of the line ASAP. Pretty crazy huh. The same meal at Burger King and Mc Donald's would have been about $14-$20.00 and I guarantee you they would have given better customer service. read more

11pm and after looking in the drive through as I'm paying, I seriously just wanted to keep going and not even get my food. The whole place looked like a disaster. The crew look as if they crawled out from underneath a rock, threw on yesterday's outfit and came to work. To top it off, the food was worse than the whole experience. NASTY place. OMG ! After reading the review by Brianna C. I can see why we saw and heard what we did. We went there on a Saturday afternoon. They were not busy at the drive thru or inside. We walked in a saw a 3 ring circus and that is giving them credit. Nobody knew what was going on, wrong food going out and the kid behind the register could not even answer a simple yes or no answer when the answer was in the picture up on the board I stood behind a gal for a couple of minutes then I asked her if she was in line. She angrily said yes. That they told her that they were no longer taking order until they were caught up with what they had to fill. She finally left. We decided to give them a couple of min. I asked twice when they were going to start taking orders and was ignored both times. 1 guy had received his pancake order with no bacon. He asked about the bacon, The kid went HUH ??? The guy asked again if bacon came with the order as they didn't get any and the picture showed it did, yes or no ... He replied I guess? He ended getting rude with the customer and walked off. After that we knew that this place was a lost cause. 3 tables with customers and eating, 2 cars in drive thru, and order's are so backed up that they quit taking orders !!!! If I was their GM I would be embarrassed to have them for my crew and fire the whole bunch of mis-fits. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO ELSE WHERE. FORGET THE FOOD, YOU'LL NEVER GET IT ORDERED AND IF YOU DO IT WILL PROBABLY BE BURNED. read more

Terrible service and rude employees. They obviously have Horrible management. First off, all of them look like they haven't showered in a few days. Worst place I have been in a long time. We came in and no one was at the counter, we waited quietly and an employee came to the counter punched in or out or something on the register, never acknowledged us and went to the back. Another employee came up with the first, did the same and they both left neither of them acknowledging our existence. Other employees in the store looked at us and looked away. An employee came in from outside asked if we had been helped and we replied that no we had not. He yelled "front" to the others to which one of them responded "I'm not taking any more orders." I giggled a bit and we waited a few more seconds before deciding to go to another place to eat. I have never had such horrible customer service and if I could find the JIB number I would be calling to let the district manager know instead I'll post here and fill out the online form. read more
