I am pleasantly surprised how nice the staff is here. Not really expected for a fast food location. I like Jack in the Box for a typical late night meal, not really to dine inside or anything. No comment on the ambiance other than the staff was really polite! I have to dock this place at least two stars for how slooooowwwwww the drive thru is! 30+ minutes for 4 chicken strips at midnight on a Monday!! Aayyyee Chihuahua! However!!! The portion sizes are HUGE! My chicken strips were monstrous and tasty! The food quality at this location is much better than any other Jack in the Box that I've been to over the years. I'm pretty surprised at how much everything costs (as of lately) ... for fast food ... Yikes! But again, I don't eat fast food much, and the quality and quantity here made it worth it for me. I just wanna say the people working the graveyard shift December 20, 2024 you guys are amazing. I came in around 3:22 AM and ordered a number five with seven jalapeño poppers. I would just like the first off say the service you guys provided was so Great, in my other past experiences of ordering super late/early. I find that the customer service really slacks,(understandably because of the late and annoying time frames) but this location you guys were awesome. You didn't give me any type of tone or rude attitude because I was ordering food so late. by the way, I just wanna mention that I was absolutely starving and I typically would never order that early in the morning, but I just got back from a trip and I was really really hungry anyways to sum up the rest of this. The service is awful. The manager "Juana R." really doesn't like giving out the military discount even though I go in there with my mom's card. She says that my face is not on the card. The floors, tables, chairs and booths are always dirty because they are taking orders and making the food. The female restroom is never clean and often out of soap. The prices of the food have gone up considerably. All in all we spent close to $40 here yesterday. On top of that they do not have cameras in the parking lots. Someone hit my car causing $4,000 in damages and that is coming out of my pocket book. No one left their insurance information anywhere on my car. I doubt I will ever be coming back here. read more

Today was exceptional, and I'm just calling out the crew today 11/6/23 at 12 noon. We were there just moments after that time and ordered our usual, and an order of onion rings all to be eaten in the car before we headed into Vons. Fry-dude was spot-on with the fryer today. Onion rings and regular fries came out piping hot and both, perfectly crispy. The Jumbo Jack with cheese made me glance down at the freshness of ingredients and the softness of the bun. The tacos were standard; however this time, all components remained in the bag and not on our laps. Today was a good lunch for that kitchen. We'll be back. Always do. I really like the brand and the price of the food. At this location, I meet a friend for lunch regularly and they're usually pretty good about getting our orders ready and correct. We both order online before we get there and, if they didn't occasionally "forget" to put our order in the pickup bin and then give a lame excuse that "it was being kept warm" I'd score them higher. They'd get 4 stars if they didn't play loud hip-hop during our lunch. I get it; I'm an old guy but I like a lot of music; just not what appeals to the 17% of our population. If they took care of the music issue and became more consistent with having the order ready when THEY said it would be, I'd give them 5 stars for sure. read more

Been to this location a few times in my life so far and it's been so so. Sometimes their tacos come with cheese and other times they don't. I don't live in this area. so I wasn't aware of the protocol. Everyone is focused on drive-thru service. I was with two other people and we walked in and just stood at the counter waiting patiently for someone to ring up our order. After ten minutes of standing there I spoke up and ask is anyone going to take our order. The lady named Quarana? Not sure of her name because I didn't have my glasses on, and couldn't make it outher name tag. She informed me it was self ordering and to use the computer. I told her that was ok but why couldn't someone had told us when first walked in. She was very rude and said she was busy working at the drove thru.? There were 3 ladies at the drive thru area. I feel someone could had let us know to use the self order without giving us attitude. Also went to the restroom while waiting for the food and there was toilet paper on the floor, and it wasn't clean. There were two stalls, and one was out of order. Classic Buttery Jack - One of the best looking sandwiches right out of the bag. The perfectly shaped bun had a very appetizing lettuce piece protruding. I could even see deep red tomato slices peeking through. These were not the typical old and wilted components you'd see on most fast food burgers. The Buttery Jack's first bite was perfect for a fast food burger. It wasn't greasy or cheap. There was a nice bold secret sauce that binded everything together. Even though the Buttery Jack sounds very unhealthy, it tasted quite the opposite. This looked like an expensive restaurant burger only much smaller. One of the best fast food burgers period. Went to the drive thru Friday night around 1:30am. Everything went well when we placed the order and paid at the first window. Now when we got to the 2nd window the person handling out the food had 0 customer service with had a big attitude. She's the girl with short colored hair ( blue or green color) cant remember. I ordered a large Ice water but instead she said If I want a dasani water instead... I said no I would prefer to have my ice water. She gave us our food 2 tacos, Jr Bacon cheese burger, churros and a Combo 1. She did not bother to ask if we wanted any sauce and when I said Can I please have some sauce? She immediately said " what do you want" with an attitude. I was stunned by the way she responded. I asked for the spicy good good sauce, ranch, hot sauce for the tacos and ketchup. Instead she gave Sweet and sour, franks red hot, and a couple of other hot sauces that I did not request. I politely told her that she did not give me any sauces that I requested. Because of that she called her coworker over and basically gave a hand gesture to her coworker as if she was telling her ' take care of them I dont want to deal with them". The coworker that came to the window was very nice and I told her that the other lady did not give me any sauces that I request. She apologized and ended up giving me all the sauces I requested. And that was the end of my night with the service. This girl should not be handling out food with that type of attitude or service. Glad she doesn't work for me or else she would have been fired!
