They start you off with complimentary soups. Everyone gets both a bean soup and menudo. The bean soup was bland but the menudo was good and had a kick to it. They also bring out a tray of salsas and lime, as well as 2 more bottles of salsa. I got an order of the RB tacos which include meat, cheese, and guacamole. You can't order individual tacos here, each one comes with an order of 5. My tacos came with cilantro and grilled onions. Tacos in the valley are known for using queso fresco cheese. I also got a bottle of Mexican Coke and tried my friend's melon juice which was really good and refreshing

The tacos? Piping hot, fresh off the grill. The salsas? Bold, fiery, not for the faint of heart. Whether you're bringing family or setting the stage for a date, this spot delivers. No frills, no gimmicks--just damn good food. Would I go back? In a heartbeat.

They have a beautiful outdoor patio, but it was a bit warm for a Midwest girl on my visit. I had the El Plebe and Taco el Campo as well as a classic margarita. They also brought each of a small cup of beans when we sat down. That was comfort food in styrofoam. Service started out strong but as it got busier, our server was a little less attentive. No worries though--we enjoyed the crowd and chatting.

The foot-long quesadilla blended tender carne asada, two cheeses, onions, spices and other flavors into a buttery, crispy tortilla. Absolutely delicious! The frijoles were also fantastic- great blend of lime and broth. The service was impeccable. My waitress was knowledgeable of the menu, kind and attentive. I also loved the atmosphere, they had the World Cup playing and it added to the good vibes.

Never in my life did I expect to have this kind of experience at this establishment. I called--not…read moreto get a refund, not to get anything for free--but simply to let them know that just because you think someone doesn't understand you doesn't mean they don't. It's extremely unprofessional, and they should be more mindful. Instead of addressing the issue, I got the runaround and was told that no one working there during the day speaks English. Funny how that works--because when they were taking my order yesterday ( same person) , their English was perfect. And when I pointed that out? They hung up on me. So, I'll take my business elsewhere. That's about $600 a month they'll be missing out on. And for what? Talking trash in Spanish about me and my boyfriend because they assumed I was just another clueless white customer? Guess what. IM NOT WHITE. I'm just light skinned with light eyes and white passing. And when I do speak to management they will find out the hard way. Oh, and that tip I usually leave--even on takeout orders? Yeah, that didn't happen this time. Hope it was worth it.

This place feels like your mom is cooking in the kitchen…read more.. I've tried multiple plates...and each plate was delicious, well portioned, flavorful, delectable...I can go on. First thing you cannot beat the prices. Enchilada plates for $7... fajita plates for $8...The fajita is cooked to order when I went so it comes out with a nice sizzle. The refried beans have that nice sheen on it which means lard was used to cook them...making them so tasty. The rice looked fluffy...the veggies in them do not taste from frozen and the rice was perfectly cooked. They also make their own tortillas. I went with flour...and who doesn't love just mixing in everything all at once...little bit of fajita, some beans, some rice...that taco was a bite of heaven. The enchiladas are amazing...I had suizas with chicken inside. Most places use shredded chicken as a filler...but it's usually boiled or not seasoned. The lady used pollo guisado for the filling...so it went perfect with the salsa and the cheese. Bomba! And the menudo...I'll be honest, what threw me off was the texture of the menudo. It was very soft ...but I cannot complain. It had layers of flavors...the tripe was soft..no fat on it. It was clean and perfectly cooked...with lime on it, perfect dish for a Sunday morning. I will say...the place is small. But I won't knock it for that. Biggest table is only for 4 people and it'll be a tight fit...but hey, get it to go. Not a problem... And customer service is the best. I've stopped multiple times, and want to try all their dishes. I recommend the same for everyone.
