Jack in the Box - Instead of just throwing it in a bog with your food it's packaged separately in a bag and they even included a stir. - Fast Food Near Me - Dallas, Texas

Jack-in-the-Box is one of the better fast food restaurants to me. I like the menu because they have everything all the time. The service is just like any other fast food restaurant. The ambience is always like any other fast food restaurant, dirty on the inside and the food is good. They can scrub it clean all day with bleach, but it's going to always be a fast food restaurant and that means it's nasty. I do recommend their breakfast over the other fast food restaurants because of the croissant and for late night, a.k.a. after the club, I recommend the egg rolls. read more

I have never in my life been asked to count pickles but on 10/29, I was. I drove through the South Dallas location's drive thru around noon for lunch and asked for extra pickles on my Homestyle Chicken Sandwich. I see a charge of 2 x .15 appear on the screen. I pay then receive my food. I look at my sandwich and there are 4 pickles on it. I state that I did not receive the extra pickles. The lady working the drive thru states, "how many are on there?" And which I replied "4." She then proceeds to say, it comes with "2, how many more do you want? You paid for two!" I'm like " I know you lying! I'm not about to count pickles and I know I didn't pay no fifteen cent for each pickle and you need to grab me some more pickles because that's wild!" Someone from the back must've overheard the conversation because they hand her a side of pickles to hand me. Needless to say. I was very dissatisfied with the service received at this location and if I am to pay 15cent per pickle then you can just keep the entire order and give me my money back because that's wild and very outrageous! I was livid! read more

1. My order was completely wrong. It was only 2 ppl in drive thru how in the heck do you mess up a simple order. I went back for my tacos that was not in the bag, just to find out that my #1 was a chicken sandwich. I'm past passed. Poor service and the fries looked like they just poured the leftover fries in the container. This was a horrible meal for me and my family. I am done with this spot right here. Please becareful going here, they ain't trying to get anything right. read more

This place is horrific, I should have known as soon as I pulled up. There was at least five dope fiends roaming around the parking lot like zombies. A man and woman walking through the drive through line who must have been part of the drug op. I'm the man was getting in and out of cars and hanging out with the vagrants. I got a junior bacon cheese burger and tacos. The bun in The burger was stale like a crouton, and the tacos were extremely greasy. I still decided to eat the food and that was a bad idea. I was sick about 2 hours after and still am this morning. This place needs to be shut down and the area badly needs police presence. read more

I stopped by for breakfast on my way to work. Made it to work and it was one piece of scrawny bacon, eggs and cheese on my supposedly "Meat Lovers Burrito" . I called to make a complain't and was told I can bring the food back and they will make it correctly or i can get a refund, but I have to bring the food back. Mind you this was at 8:00am. My lunch break is not until 1:30pm and I work about 20 minutes from their location. So I suppose to be hungry for 6 hours and waste gas because of your mistake. Trash! read more

I order buffalo strip and they gave me a regular and there's something wrong with there fries all I ask is they give me the service and quality of food they'd want to experience read more

See all

This place is disgusting. The bathroom smells like a broken sewer line. There is no AC, just musty fans in the dining room. The food was horrific. It looked and tasted like it was sitting in a warmer for a full week. The CROUTONS were gross. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN??? That just means they are old. So they are using old food, and can't cook it correctly. There was literally trash on the front counter. And you couldn't see the whole menu because there is a LITERALLY WALL covering it. read more

Beware they only take 2 orders in the drive thru then you are stuck with no way out of the drive thru. They need to put a sign out BEFORE you enter the drive thru. Service was horrible!! Lady at the window was rude read more

Yo, service is horrible. Man kept saying what else, what else. Excuse me Sir. Calm down. Last resort, Won't be back !!

I came during the lunch rush and it was packed but thankfully they had 2 registers running and it didn't take too long to order. Once I did I was offered a bacon ranch taco so I just had to try it, along with my usual ultimate cheese burger. Burger was great taco was amazing and it didn't take long to get my food either. read more

Poor service, bad food, horrible experience all around. We went there during a visit to the state fair, and the police were all over the parking lot. there had been a gang fight in the parking lot a few minutes earlier. The order was wrong but after the third attempt to make it right, we gave up and went to an IHOp. read more
