This location suuuuuuuuuuuuucks. Every time I've come here over the past 3 years we've lived in this area, something is wrong with the order. This last time, we got 2 meals and some of the tiny tacos, because it's a cheat night and you go big or you don't leave home... Anyways, NO sauces were included with the bags, which were practically thrown at us through the window... I'm for living wages and all that, but if they paid more than poverty wages at these garbage places, everyone that works in them would need to be fired. If zero stars were possible, that would be the score. If you like your orders missing items, rude service, and being treated like you are the problem when you dare to ask for what you paid for, this is the place! Several times this location has missed items, fries, drinks, but the RUDE was so off the scale when I drove back and asked for my missing shake and orange juice that I will never go to Jack for cheat day ever again. Deleting their app. There are other places that don't treat people like that, and I'd rather eat a protein bar at home than beg for something I paid for. If anything is wrong they say come back in the morning. I don't have time because you can't do your job right. I have tried to get my missing items before and was told that I could get them and upon returning they say come back later again, they can't. Just never mind ever again! We came to grab some breakfast. The drive through guy was seeming to have a hard time understanding us from the jump. When we got to the window, I noticed the receipt was not what we had all ordered, we had modifications but it was nothing complicated just a croissant by it's self and then a combo as well, so when we told him we did not have the other meal on the receipt DYLAN decides to say "dick" in spanish thinking we wouldn't understand what he said when we confronted him about it he's like I'm talking to her referring to "angela" and when we asked for the manager she claims she was the manager, we said you are gonna allow your employees to be disrespectful to customers for no reason, when all we asked for a correction for the food, everyone here is very disrespectful and unprofessional read more

They make good food but the people are super difficult to work with. I pulled into the drive thru one night and I wanted to get a milkshake. They tell me that the machine is currently being cleaned or something and I can't order that. Naturally I tell them to give me a second to figure something else out, keep in mind there is no one inside ordering (it's closed on the inside chairs flipped up) and no one behind me in the drive thru. A literal 8 seconds pass and I'm told "I don't have the time to deal with you" I respond with what I want to complete my order and he just scoffs and adds it to it. My girlfriend also can't get a milkshake and is very indecisive. I tell him to hold on a second and he just tells me to "hurry up" so I just drove off. This location is busy and the food is always freshly made. The shakes are the best thing here and the burgers are excellent. The tacos - a little "meh." There was a six car line at the drive-thru but it moved pretty fast. I go to JIB a lot just for shakes because their food can be inconsistent. This location has been very good for both. I have to say this is one of the best Jack and the Box's I have ever been to and one of my favorite fast food places in this area to go to that has quality service. I'm very keen on customer service, and this business has yet to disappoint me on that in the last year and a half that I have been living in this area. From taking the order till I receive my order I am satisfied. The employee knows the menu, smiles when you drive up, speaks clearly and makes sure the order is correct before taking money. It doesn't even matter what time it could four to six in the morning and they still make you feel like they want your business. You all are doing a great job keep up the great work.
