Absolutely no management on site after hours. The employees put a trash can in the drive thru and told customers they were closed haha wow! Seen a guy get mad and throw trash all over the drive thru because they refused to take his order . A young lady employee had just arrived as this was happening and also told the customer she was sorry that they were closed lol. When it's clearly a 24 hour drive thru. They obviously do it every night and all know the routine, they all day the same thing to the customers "were closed" The employees are having a blast and making that easy money. This jack in the box I went to in commerce Ca location on Washington 8/17/2017 on my lunch break around 1:15 am I ordered a #13 small with Curley fires usually when I come to this jack in the box it's always something wrong with my food in the early morning hours either it's cold or it's wrong but I never called until now this time I was not having it easpically the experience I had this time. So finally I approach the window. Around 1:20 -1:25am as the manager Andy was at the window. He repeated my order back to me Andy: hello you ordered a number #13 with a small fry and bottled water , 3160: yes , andy : that will be 7.67 $ 3160: ok. I gave Andy my card ending 4558 and then he gave me my food and card back. Because of past experiences pulling of with out checking my food and being dissatisfied later this time I waited before i pulled off and check my food Andy stood at the window and watched me check my food I looked in the bag my fries were wrong they were regular fries so I told Andy ' hey I ask for Curley fries Andy replied Oh come on don't trip just take that . I told Andy no this is not what I ask for I would like curly fries. So he replied ok ill get you new ones I said ok. So then I check my chicken strips they were burned and hard so I said to Andy hey my strips are hard and burned. He told me this is not a gourmet meal if you want gourmet get your own restaurant until then this is what you get l, maybe I did leave them in to long , then said what the f*** and walked away then came back to Window with the new fries I told him hey I need new strips he told me he was dropping new ones in the fryer and I was holding up his line with this, he has other costumers waiting. I told him well I don't want hard and wrong food I'm paying for this and I would like it to he right and if he got it right the first time Customers wouldn't be waiting. He had a terrible attitude he tried to intimidate me by staring at me as I wait on my food and laughing in my face. Haven't been inside, just stopped by one morning to get a breakfast sandwich. In and out rather quick. It's about of of the few fast food restaurants within the area, located in a central spot. Only problem is the getting out of it if you need to make a left hand turn, you might not be able to. Since I come I the morning, it wasn't a problem. The sandwich was fine, typically breakfast sandwich, the service was fast and friendly, like most Jack and the Boxes. Used to be in the area a lot, so been here a couple of times and have experienced the following: - Cold food (few times) - Wrong order/ missing food (usually my husband's stuff) - Long waits (most of the time, they sometimes have us drive forward so that the sensor doesn't read that they took so long) It meets the "Location, location, location" test, but that's about it. Come here very often for food and my favorite mango ice teas. I most often get my food through drive-thru. The drive-thru staff are excellent! They are very friendly and always helpful and do not hesitate to fulfill a request. And i always receive my order quickly. This Jack in the Box is the best i have been to by far. read more

These guys will never learn. When I walked in I was first up; there was no one at the counter. A girl walks in after me, goes to the next register and waits. Kid comes out of the office walks straight over to her, past me and takes her order. When I finally get his attention, much later, I ordered a $6 Munchie Meal for the dining room and started to fill my drink cup. The ice tea dispenser was empty. I tell the kid who, instead of filling my cup, walks out from behind the counter over to the tea dispenser, looks inside and says, "Oh yeah, it's empty". He then picks up the container and carries it back to the kitchen area. I think he said something to the shift supv who then takes my cup and fills it from the drive through dispenser. I sit down and wait for my order while more people come in. Finally, after ~ 10 minutes I got up and checked and there was a munchie meal box sitting on the counter. I walk over, pick it up and say "Thanks for letting me know" to the sup who gives me a blank stare that betrays his lack of customer service skills. He turns to another employee and mumbles. Don't know what he said but it sure as hell wasn't "sorry". Bottom line, cold food and shitty service. If you are reading this be warned your money will be better spent elsewhere. read more

Best Jack In the Box with customer service whenever I have a problem they always fix it and food is always on point.

I work down the street and have come here quite a bit. Usually really good service and accurate orders until today. I ordered 3 sets of tacos and jalapeno poppers. Get all the way to work excited to eat the poppers to find the tacos and one eggroll. Not cool. Can't exactly take another lunch break to get the right stuff. Ordered food in lobby, late in the evening and no other customers were there. Twenty minutes later no food and I ask for a refund. Manager swipes my credit card, hands it back with a ,"There you go." No apology, nothing. Their excuse was that the computer didn't send the order to the grill but the drive through magically managed to fill three drive through orders while I was waiting. Adding insult to injury she didn't even give me a receipt for the refund, claiming that she needs that for her manager. Online my credit card showed the charge but no refund. I've put the charge into dispute. Guess you can add theft to bad service for this store. Won't be going back. read more

This place is a mixed bag when it comes to their workers. A few are great, others are slow and don't even greet you. Their curly fries are tastier than most of the JITBs I go to, so their cook is doing something well. Otherwise, the rest of the food is ok-ish, I'd give it a 6 out of 10. read more

I've been going there for months ever since I first started working at the nearby Starbucks and I've always had a pleasant experience. You have to understand that the people who work here have a lot on their plate and they're just humans like the rest of us. Our emotions take the best of us sometimes, they're great, hardworking, respectful workers. Coming from the customer service I understand that it gets busy and at times it does get a big hectic, but I've like other people completely understand. I recently got off work working a long closing shift and I was hungry so I drove to this Jack in the Box with every intention of paying for my item and enjoying going there as I always do. It was about roughly 11:20ish when I was there as I was the last car there in drive thru and one of the guys working there felt bad because I had been waiting for quite some time when in reality it really didn't feel like long for me. I appreciate the gesture that he made for me as he told me that my food item was "on the house". It honestly made my night because it showed me that he genuinely cared and that he wanted to make things right for me. I wish I knew his name, but I unfortunately didn't get it. He knows who he is when he reads this review. Huge shout out to the people who work here at this Jack in the Box. Y'all keep doing your thing and work hard.
