We came here today Mon around 4:45pm and it was not busy at all, no customers waiting in the lobby or drive thru. We order our food. We got our cups and we served our drinks. The drink station was not filled up. Was no lids, some straws, lots of empty black trays and very few napkins. We looked around for tables all empty Yes but, dirty. All has had food debris on all the tables. There were three yellow cones for wet floor, good no law suits there. But floor was dirty food on floor as well and trash. The people behind the counter were gossiping about some other girl. They get the chance to talk and waste time instead of taking care of the cleaning of the lobby. Our food came out good no complain on this :-). But cleanness is a MUST. Right before we left a homeless lady came in and start serving her self SODA with 2 32oz cups from Regal Theaters. There were by that time two other male customers which they see her serving soda and touching all. This tells me a lot: first no cares about the place CLEANING NEST AT ALL. 1: lobby dirty and no stocked up. 2. Homeless touching whatever. I guess gossiping and laughing is more important than taking care of the business. They lucky to have a manager on duty that doesn't care. Sad. This location can do better if they want since they have Starbucks right next to it. Sad. read more

This Jack In the Box is absolute trash. They have a liquor store beeper to let them know how many guests walk through, and their cashier still didn't notice me. I went back and swung my hand past the door a couple of time and still wasn't noticed. First impressions people! We were charged for food we didn't order, luckily we dined in and got a refund.
