I was surprised to see a 1-star review for this location because every time I've been here, I've had a great experience! I stopped by to grab a quick snack before heading into the grocery store -- it helps me stick to my list instead of buying snacks I don't need . I ordered the 4 mozzarella sticks, and they were the perfect snackatizer! The staff was awesome, and the sticks were freshly cooked -- hot, crispy, and filled with gooey mozzarella. Honestly, I think Jack in the Box has the best cheese sticks ever made. I've never had any that taste this good -- even better than what you'd get at a state fair! Not a great experience at this Jack in the Box. The place was pretty dirty with soda spilled all over the floor by the soda machine. There was no line inside or in the drive through but no one was cleaning it up. We also had to wait a few minutes before anyone came to the register to take our order. On top of that, we wanted to order the Jack Pack but they told us we could not order it in person and had to place the order online before they could make it which was very inconvenient and did not make sense. read more

I ordered thru drive- thru at 04/24/25 at 2:45 PM. No other cars at this time. My order was the Jumble Jack with cheese , fry, and a coke. My order was very fast , luke warm for $11.77 . I reheated my fries at home in the microwave ate the luke warm burger as it was my lunch. Who wants to eat food that is not fresh and hot ? I will not be back to this location. It is a shame , as I have been there during busier times, and food was hot. Workers should know customers help them have a job, as without customers, they would not be working. Here we go. I have been frequenting this place, about once a week for 10 years. After this Sunday attempt, never again. I had previously given good ratings for the food and the service here. Drove thru, gave my order, was told she could not understand me. I repeated twice. I speak clear Arizona English with no impediment. Went on a Sunday night and got egg rolls that were cooked prior to my order and dropped back into the fryers to be reheated instead of fresh ones. Then, my sourdough jack GRILLED chicken patty was thrown in the fryer to reheat(hopefully not to be cooked)too....not an exaggeration, I've worked fast food 7 years of my life. Is it weird to write a positive review about a fast food place? Yes, the food is basically thrown together and put in a paper bag and handed to you through your car window. But there are some aspects I've come to appreciate about this particular Jack in the Box. First being the service. I've yet to drive through and not had an order correct. The employees literally AIM TO PLEASE! Isn't that refreshing? I love jalapeños, pickles, mustard and onions on a burger. They take the order without flinching and the burger is dressed generously with all my faves. Another thing is that there's always napkins and condiments in the bag. Always. But most appreciated is the genuine smiles and greetings I receive at the windows. Like seriously..there's one woman who is incredibly kind and thoughtful about the service she renders. Second is the the food. Come on people! The menu has options for everyone. The tacos are legendary and I've been eating them for 50 years! Yes, I now live in AZ where I do dine on incredible tacos at many restaurants, but late at night Jack's tacos just hit the spot. Moving on to the onion rings. They are super good. Period. Again the bottom line that separates this Jack from all the rest I've patronized in several states is the service. It's really heads and shoulders above the rest. read more

This place is always understaffed, and therefore, always dirty inside. Dirty floors, tables, etc. The workers are very nice, but, rushed.

Drive thru employees need to be trained on customer service and common courtesy. I have come here to get my orders and each time employees are reluctant or don't say good night or thank you at all after handing you your food leaving you wondering if they got everything or if they're waiting. Stopped by for late night taco's. Service seemed good very friendly. Got home pulled out tacos and there was a brown liquid all over the outside wrap to the tacos. It looked like something had spilled all over them. I pulled out the tacos and they were full of grease. I took them back and showed them and said this is what happens when you re-fry. And she agreed. Asked if I wanted new ones. Got a refund. In the back I see a guy making new ones. I made a comment. She asked again if I wanted new ones. Still took the refund. I have visited this location in the past and service was very slow using the drive thru. However, recently it is MUCH improved. I ordered the new Country Scrambler plate at the drive-thru. It was good except for the cheese on top of the scrambled eggs. By the time I got home (about 5 to 10 minutes) the cheese had hardened making the eggs less appealing. It tasted okay, but if I ordered it again I would order the eggs without the cheese. The breakfast potatoes and sausage links were good. I also ordered a hash brown, which was nice and crispy, and a large (original) ice coffee. My only complaint with the ice coffee is I wish it was bigger, like the size of a McDonald's large ice coffee. Jack's large ice coffee is equivalent to McDonald's medium ice coffee. read more

I live close to this Jack in the Box and often stop for breakfast food early in the am. The store is supposed to open at 5 am. There have been a number of times lately when I have pulled up to the drive through and no one answers at the call box (the last time it was 5:30 am). No one can be seen inside the store. Other cars drive up to find the same thing, and drive off frustrated. Apparently, who ever is tasked with opening the store likes to sleep in.. Also, the quality of food served there is hit and miss. On my last visit, I ordered two extreme breakfast sandwiches. Both buns on both sandwiches were as hard as a rock and completely inedible! You cant tell me that the cook couldn't have noticed this during preparation! That's a sign of pure laziness, or I don't give a shit what we give them attitude. I will no longer go to the store on Riggs road. Now I stop at the one on AZ ave instead, their service and food seems to be a lot better that the Riggs store. read more

This place is filthy and so are the employees clothes. We went yesterday and ordered the Jumbo Jacks. They were overcooked and tasted terrible. The fries were burnt and tasteless. One of the employees was wearing gloves but kept touching her hair. One of the men had on a tee shirt with food stains all over it and it looked like it hadn't been washed in sometime. The place was empty but all the tables and floor were dirty. They threw our burgers on a tray without proper wrapping. Later that night we both felt nauseated and during the night we got diarrhea and continued into the next day. The employees are not friendly, except to their relatives who drop by. They stop everything to talk to their relatives in Spanish. This place needs to be closed down. They are never busy and we now know why. Most of their items are overpriced and we could get better quality and service at In and Out for the same price and they have good help, quality meat and the place is always clean.
